I moved in in April 2024 and was waiting a couple of months to experience the complex and interact with the staff before I wrote a review. I have to say Robert from the front office and George with maintenance have been great. Robert is always friendly and responsive to emails or inquiries. George is very friendly and performs any maintenance request efficiently and correctly. Robert and George work very hard to maintain a great quality of life for the residents here at the complex, always ensuring that the grounds and apartments are well kept and clean. I greatly appreciate all the work that they do and am happy to have found such a great complex. Keep up the great work, Robert and George it doesnt go unnoticed!

Me and my husband moved in last September and have loved living here! The renovations they did prior to us moving in are beautiful, and the complex is smaller and very quiet.We’ve loved working with Katrina in the office as well! She is always quick to respond or resolve anything we bring to her attention. Maintenance is also very quick to respond and fix whatever we bring to their attention!

This apartment community is super awesome. It is very well kept and beautifully designed. My apartment felt like the home as soon as I opened the door and stepped inside for the first time. The space feels super warm and is EXTREMELY spacious.Natasha (the Community Manager) is a wonderful person and super helpful. She made this moving process super easy and made sure everything was as straightforward and simple as possible.Definitely the best apartment I’ve rented to date!

My husband and I found this property in a random search for new places to live. We sold our house of 14 years and decided to make the move an apartment. (We were super nervous about living the apartment life!) We loved the layout of the apartments and the fact that it was a pretty small complex. We showed up to take a look around and met the Community Manager, Natasha. We walked around the complex, toured a unit we were interested in and talked with Natasha. She was very welcoming and professional. The move in process was fairly easy. Residents around us have been welcoming. We love that there are contests and community within the complex. Any issues weve had have been addressed in a very timely manner. We are loving the Grafton Flats community thus far!

I really enjoyed my stay at Grafton Flats. I have nothing bad to say about management or maintenance. Katrina and Eric were very professional and helpful when it came to anything I needed. Katrina is also understanding and accommodating to any sudden circumstances that may come up and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to call their new home :)

My husband and I have lived at Grafton Flats for over 5 years. We love the environment. As opposed to many apartment complexes, this one is well-kept, quiet, and more of a mature demographic (as far as residents go). We also appreciate the close proximity to everything. The amenities are also really well kept and up-to-date. We have used the clubhouse for a family event and all of our guests raved about their experience.

My roommate and I have been living together for about three months at the time of this review, and Natasha (the office manager) has been awesome! The transfer process of my roommate into this two bedroom apartment, and my own application process, have been incredibly smooth, due to Natashas quick response and kindness. We truly do appreciate all of her help!

As a tenet of five plus years there have been a lot of changes until the complex got bought out and the new management has been amazing! Katrina manages the complex currently and has been an amazing change for the community. Katrina goes above and beyond to take care of her tenets and her heart is beautiful because she is talented at what she does. She takes care of all the needs of all the tenets even when they don’t ask anything of her.Katrina is on top of her job.She takes the time for everyone in the complex.I have lived here for 5 years and she always makes sure her tenets come first!This is the best place ever!!!I love Grafton Flats! 💕

We just moved to Texas from Ireland for a career opportunity I got through my Job. We visited Grapevine a few months prior and were welcomed by the management with such a warm reception. Katrina was super clear on the process and gave us a tour of the gorgeous premises. The pool area has had some recent uplift as have the apartments themselves. We visited between 7-10 properties and the Grafton was our number 1 choice for when we arrived back in January.Since we moved in Katrina has been so attentive and her colleage Jake who looks after maintenance has played a blinder being there for our every need, not that there was much on that front.If your on the fence on Grafton, get off. Its a great place to live.

Ive lived here since November 2019 and I love living here! The updated units are beautiful. The grounds are kept clean. Parking is never an issue, plenty of guest spaces. Service requests are filled quickly. All of the staff is really friendly. The location is safe and close to many grocery stores and entertainment. I’m not sure what more you could ask for!

Great staff, Great location, Great Apt HomesLoving the renovations inside and out, Eric the maintenance is GREAT. The New management company and Manger Katrina are AWESOME and have done a fabulous job ❤ My family and I look forward to many more years of community events and calling the Grafton flats our home.

I have lived here about 18 months and just extended my lease. First, ANY REVIEWS PRIOR TO 4 MONTHS AGO SHOULD BE DISREGARDED! The ownership, management and even the property itself has changed for the better! The old companies definitely did not make it easy for this new company and I applaud how much they took on and have been able to rise above; truly a testimony to the new company.Rent is a little bit higher , but the property is quite and not overrun, My apartment has a open floor plan & a kitchen that both my kids and myself can be in at one time! I am close to the schools and honestly anywhere I would want to go is only 15 minutes away. Staff is efficient and timely. I do wish we had covered parking.

The staff is very very cooperative and friendly. Specially team of Katrina, Eric and Rehmaan are so prompt and quick in response to all the issues. Maintenance requests are positively addressed to. A really good and nice neighbourhood to live in.

I’ve lived here for almost 7 years and I have absolutely loved it here. Im actually really sad to leave, but all good things must come to an end. The Grafton thus far has been my favorite property I have lived at. My daughters and I have always felt safe. This was our HOME. I will for sure refer if need be. And if I ever make it back out to Grapevine to live and need an apartment, I know who I will be calling. Thank You again Grafton Flats family.
