We have lived here about 5 years and love the place. Management is great to work with and super responsive. The floor plans are great! We plan on staying here until we find our forever home. I have always felt completely safe and love my neighbors. The walls are thin, but that is simply apartment living. We have had very, very few maintenance issues, but when we have, they have taken care of things very quickly.

Pros: Price is very reasonable, incredible management team, parking right in front of your unit, great floor plan, granite countertops in kitchen, nice laminate flooring, fast maintenance, community kept clean & nice neighborsCons: Thin walls & next to train tracks (You get used to it)That being said, this is the only apartment I have ever renewed a lease on and was very happy living here. I always felt safe and felt like I had a little home to myself. I loved having no one above or below me, that I only had to walk a couple feet to take out the trash, and that maintenance lived on site if there was ever a problem. I also cannot say enough good things about the management team. They are godsends!

The units are small but nice. I love the hard wood floors. The area is not the ritz but within my complex I have yet to have any problems. The walls are extremely thin. When we first moved in I couldnt fall asleep because the neighbors were so loud.I fixed the problem. We swapped rooms with the children since they can sleep through any noise.

I think I found my little piece of heaven. This place is very quiet and peaceful.The management team is so easy to work with.

I came to this cute townhome and I’ve been looking at them for a while then all of a sudden I passed by there the gates were open which they are NEVER open I walked in and spoke to the landlord she was so nice very sweet when I meet her very willing to help me out then I got the approval on the the town home and I can’t wait till I move in December. Everything took about less then a week and I know at some places they take about a month but the landlord here was very helpful and this is why I rate them a 5 star for sure!
