Nina is the complex manager and she has been wonderful in the process of getting my work truck approved. As well as the assistant manager chelsie has been amazing from start to finish. As far as the complex goes, parking can be limited the later you get home as spots fill up quickly but the complex as a whole is well lit and taken care of by the team.

I would like to say, its been a very good living experience here at Gateway pines Apartments. The front office staff are very friendly and also helpful in any way that I needed them in the past. Living here i feel safe and the community here are nice. Bottom line, I love it here.

I have been at these apartments for quite some time. The grounds here are clean, staff is super attentive and helpful, and the maintenance guys are pretty cool. No complaints here, highly recommend.Also wanted to add, I lived on the floor above the main office. It is secluded from the rest of the entire place. I see a lot of bad reviews, but where I live I only have 5 neighbors and they are all cool. Choose where you live wisely. The 6 apartments in my little corner were always pretty quiet.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in need of housing with very short notice. This of course can be a stressful situation. Once I stepped into Gateway Pines office, I was welcomed by Briana who did everything she could to accommodate and assist me in my search. She was very attentive with follow up questions and reached out after I had left to assure any and all concerns were addressed pertaining to my interest in Gateway Pines. Her meticulous efforts did not go unappreciated. I recognize her as a great asset to the Gateway Pines staff. My leasing and move-in have been among my best experiences and I look forward to calling Gateway Pines Home.

Wow I never had same day maintenance before thank you Miguel great place to live I am really grateful, since I moved here all my Apt problems disappeared the place is not just beautiful but well kept! No trash around the trash is picked up on time and my kids are loving it too and no roaches thank you Jesus!

I am disappointed that they turned off the water. We were stranded. I go to the gym before showering. I would not cook or take a shower or wash my hands. I went to the leasing office and asked Brianna if I could borrow a few water bottles. She said yes. I brought numerous pieces of water to my apartment so I could use it to prepare food and take a shower.

I lived at Gateway Pines for over two years. I moved into my apartment before even seeing it in person ahead of time. My apartment was brand new and I never had any maintenance issues whatsoever. Staff was always friendly with any questions or concerns I had. Apartments are decently priced compared to similar apartments in the same area. I felt extremely safe and the community was quiet overall.

In honesty, there is really nothing negative for me to say. I did not encounter any rough patches during my stay at Gateway Pines. My only reason for moving was due to job relocation.Ill cut to the chase: Monis got me sorted out in the beginning and was very helpful and informative as I was moving, once again, due to job relocation. I was the very first resident in my apartment room so obviously that was a huge bonus. Karla was always quick to reply to my few emails about questions. Karla was also very understanding and helpful during my lease termination as it is not something neither party wanted to do, but needed to be done.The only negative things I can think of were one night where the power went out for about 10 minutes before kicking back on. Hardly in managements control. Parking was never a hassle in the beginning until more residents started to move in but the management was quick to assert closure to us that more parking would open up.In conclusion, I would recommend anyone I know to lease with this company. One last thank you to the staff and management of Gateway Pines for their continued upkeep of the complex and genuine customer service towards me.

2/5 stars for pro-collect/gateway pines for reporting me to the credit bureaus years after i paid my move-out balance and did not owe pines anything3.75/5 stars for my comfortable stay with a few issues but mostly satisfactory experience with pines5/5 stars for how well ive been treated as an ex resident who left an honest and not always flattering google review.Avg star rating: 3.6/5 so i rounded that up to a 4/5 due to my most recent and as pleasant as it can be experience.************Updated review************I loved the priceLocationRelatively new and upgraded feelAnd the pool!Also when i moved out and had my mail accidentally sent to them instead of my current address, they made sure to call me and let me know they had important docs for me.From living here 2 years ago, i remember having a few issues:1. At one point there were roaches in the breezeway but this was swiftly handled once reported.2. One pool was always closed even though we paid for 2 to be accesible to residents.3. Maintenance was not that qualified —this may have changed. My spouse and i both lived here in different buildings at the same time and both experienced poor outcomes for simple maintenance requests like a clogged sink or dishwasher. Jammed sink disposal shredder thingy lol…4. Lastly its multiple levels, and no elevator! Also parking is scarce during the week and latenights.BUTTTRecently and the most pressing issue as i have since moved out from gateway but otherwise enjoyed my stay—was having them or the collection company they use report me (dropping my score 20 points) nearly 2 years after i had paid and resolved the move-out charges(i must have forgotten abt it in the chaos of moving but do not have a history of late or missed payments with gateway or any provider for that matter) idk if this is Procollects fault or Gateways…but this does affect my overall rating along with the issues i experienced. i loved the following actions from gateway once i informed them of my issue though:1. They always answered—i hate when i call an office and cannot reach an agent. But i was always able to be assisted during this process.2. I felt respected and heard, Chelsea made sure she let me know when i would here from her and what she could do to help me.

I’m new to the area and was moving for work. Gateway Pines was really open and AMAZING. The leasing office was welcoming and comforting. They were aware of me being on my own for the first time and really made me ease right into my apartment! Monise and Breigh helped me out so much and really made me feel at home!! Andrea the manager is really fun and outgoing and won’t let you get into something your not ready for!The apartments are awesome and amazing all new and clean feel, definitely something I recommend to anyone on their own for the first time!This place rocks!!And all three of the lady’s in the officeMoniseBreighAndreaAre all amazing!

Great apartment complex and really nice amenities.The developers didnt build it with enough parking. There is probably an average of 3 cars per unit plus people have work vehicles and trailers taking up parking spots. People are parking on firelanes because there is absolutely no parking left by 9pm.

I haven’t had any issues with anything or anyone in this complex (that could be because I’m never home😂). However, I do have an issue with inadequate parking. I shouldn’t have to park near the field/woods or near a different building to get to my apartment. It’s very frustrating (especially after working 12-14 hour shifts). If it wasn’t for the parking issue, I’d probably give you 5- stars.

Very happy here quite nice clean ive had two maintenance issues since i moved in and both of them where responded to same day and fixed one for a dishwasher issue the fitting was lose fixed in no time no issues sinceOne due to A/C and it was the thermostat program was changing temps and i had no clue they showed us how to change it and was not agitated with us at all due to it being after hoursStaff is super super kind very helpful
