I’ve enjoyed my stay at Gateway Oaks, family changes caused me to leave the place I loved and called home for two years. Staying at gateway I felt safe and supported by staff during my entire stay. Yesterday my friend and I toured Gateway Oaks. From the time we walked in the office Shountae greeted us with a warm smile. She gave us a tour of the community and showed us all the great amenities. Once we were in the unit I wanted to tour she answered all my questions, she made the tour so much fun, and she even overcame all the objectives my friend posed as we toured the unit, she was able to sell us on the floor plan with ease. She was very knowledgeable of the community and she made me fall in love with the community, all the residents we passed during the tour seem very friendly and fond of Shountae as well so I felt even better knowing that beyond the tour she would have the same great personality as a part of the office staff once I became a resident. Overall, after touring multiple properties on Gateway she was the most knowledgeable of her community, made the tour fun and she made us feel very welcomed

This is a great place to live. The office staff is super nice & will go above & beyond to help their residents live more comfortably. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any maintenance needs. They are very friendly as well. The area is quiet for the most part. The view is awesome! Theres a sand filled volleyball court by the pool area that has beautiful lighting every night. I love going on my balcony to look at the stars & listening to the soothing water sounds.

Ive had a great experience here with my apartment and especially the front office! Everyone has been really nice, professional and easy to work with! I have really enjoyed this apartment complex! I’ve been a resident for a year now, and what I love most about GWO is the convenience of having a gym, a pool, an in apartment washer and dryer, an on point maintenance team that responds quickly, & the community events. Futhurmore my experience with the leasing office agents, has been delightful! Their support, understanding, aid, and friendship, has been nothing short of amazing within my transition from moving from another state by myself. I am really appreciative Thank you Crystal & Shante, and Miss boss lady. Cheers to another year with GWO 👏🏽

The best place to live! I have lived here two years and have been loving it! The staff are so sweet and I have the best neighbors! The only bad thing is having to go up the stairs, but I know I need the exercise! Love my view and it’s very quiet at night!

I’ve lived here approximately 2 months so far and my only complaints are how fast people think they can drive through an apartment complex. Also the fact that when the pool is closed we get no notice except a sign at the pool. Other than that staff is extremely nice which is the reason I chose this place. The amenities are exquisite the property is just beautiful and the bath tub don’t even get me started they are just wonderful. I throughly enjoy calling gateway home

Best apartments in Forney!I lived in two different apartments in Forney before I moved to Gateway Oaks. I then lived in Gateway Oaks for two years.Gateway oaks is by far the cleanest, nicest apartments around. I absolutely love living at Gateway Oaks Apartments in Forney, Texas! From the moment I stepped foot in this luxurious community, I knew I was going to be impressed. The apartments are well-insulated, keeping the temperature just right and making it a comfortable place to call home. The resort-style pool is a fantastic feature, and I love spending time there with my family. The wrap-around porch is perfect for our toddler, and I appreciate the privacy it provides. The large windows allow plenty of natural light in, which really brightens up the space. The open and modern floor plan with high ceilings make the apartment feel even bigger, and the under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen is a really nice touch. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my experience at Gateway Oaks Apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a five-star living experience!

Very sweet ladies. They are very attentive to my needs. I love that the apartment complex is pet friendly and they acknowledge my beloved chihuahuah Tonka as a tenant! The maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure my apartment stays in tip top shape. 😉 I love my beautiful apartment and plan on this being my home for many years to come.

I love being apart of the Gateway Oaks community. The apartment is really nice and quiet. The people in the office are super nice and easy to work with. Ive lived in several apartment complexes across the MetroPlex and these are top of the line in comparison. There is a bunch of storage space, a walk in closet and even a pantry. You have 24 hour access to they gym and they are pet friendly. Everything anyone could ask for in an apartment.

This is a great place to live, great staff, and is in a good location right off of highway 80.If anything goes wrong maintenance is really fast go get it fixed, it is always really clean, and well taken care of. The only downside is 6-8 am traffic and 5-6 traffic on 80 but there is always ways around it leave 15 minutes before 6 and you won’t have hardly any traffic but the metroplex in general is just full of traffic, the city is taking measures to fix that traffic by widening roads here in the area, all together it’s peaceful, have never noticed or heard of crime here. It’s a great place to live especially with the amenities here.

I’ve been here almost 2 years & I have never had a single issue that didn’t get handled right away. This is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff is amazing, everything is always so organized & clean. My apartment is beautiful... the way it is designed makes it feel so cozy. I’m so happy here. The property is always so nice and clean. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. Parking can be a bit rough/frustrating sometimes but.. I got a garage and so, that resolved that. I highly recommend these apartments.

Gateway Oaks has been such a great experience for my fiancé and I’s first apartment. We moved in December on 2018 and have already renewed our lease! The buildings are quiet and the residents are polite. The girls in the office are quick to fix any issue and really help create an Energetic atmosphere. The many amenities are great for anyone with an active lifestyle. We love it here!

I went to Gateway Oaks Apartment community twice and each time was greeted by the staff and felt at home and because they were so welcoming. The manager himself assisted my husband and I the second time we went he helped me with the online app process, he toured us around the community and was very patient even though they had more potential residents coming in on this busy Saturday, we did not feel rushed at all. He provided us with exactly what we were looking for and we had to secure our place that day, we did not want to loose it :) We are in the process of preparing to close on a sell on our home and looking for a temporary stay until our next home is built, coming from a house environment I believe Gateway Oaks will continue to feel like home as well. Keep up the good work Gateway Oaks!

My Fiance and I have lived here for a little less than a year and have not experienced any issues. Cally and Amanda made the application process super easy. They are quick to address any issues residents have and are constantly trying to improve the community. We have a wonderful view of the pool and courtyard from our balcony and our dog loves the fact that there are always other dogs to play with at the dog park. This is a great place to live and a great atmosphere for younger adults looking for their first apartment.

Beautiful, brand new property. Customer service seems second to none, and the manager, Josh, was warm, professional, and made me feel immediately right at home (despite my whining, grumpy, sleep deprived, over-sugared kids in tow). :)I especially love how they lack conformity to traditionally rigid, management-focused rules of every apartment Ive been to (I worked at a number of properties in the apt industry for 8 years). Here, the standard rules are broken (short lease terms offered without gouging you for ridiculous amounts, working with people when they need to break a lease, etc...) and hence, they are far more client-focused. Impressive property management company!

I went to this complex on Saturday for the first time with intrest in renting. My daughter and I were met by Ariane. She was extremely friendly from the beginning and even though it was a Saturday, and she was the only one working, she took her time with me and went over everything very thoroughly. She probably spent a good 30 minutes going over pricing and floor plans and answering my questions. We went back today to take one last look before I apply and she was there again with the same great attitude. We have visited quite a few places looking for a new place to live and so far, by far, this property has been the best. I hope we can make this our new home!

COMPLEX AND GROUND APPEARANCE:Lived in the apartment complex for 6 months and it is always clean and well taken care of.STAFF:The office staff is always happy to help you. They go above and beyond tomake sure the residents are taken care of and satisfied.MAINTENANCE:Any maintenance issues I ran across were resolved with an hour or being reported.PARKING:Parking is similar to other places, you need to get home early to get a decent parking spot, but if you come home too late you could be walking a good way to your building.DOG PARK:The dog park could use more attention especially during the warmer months, maybe the addition of a bench would be nice.COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE:Wish there were more events for the residents to attend so everyone could get to know the people they live around.

Amanda in the Leasing Office is Amazing, and very helpful with whatever you need. She’s what you call Customer Service! Can’t complain about the beautiful complex either. I highly recommend making this your future home.

Very peaceful, relatively quite, clean, efficient maintenance & nearly no problems except a couple issues 💕Don’t get me wrong, I love the office & maintenance staff (they work hard) however, I & neighbors are tired of chronic issues:Amendment: tired of the dog dung in our hallways & stairway;Trashy behavior & habits:I.E. guys were out doing auto maintenance (LOUD truck) (my grandson has it on video), letting grease & who knows what black liquid pouring out of auto onto parking lot, & throwing meat from their carry-out into the bushes;& not enough dumpsters to hold weekly amount of trash that spills out all around on lot!Already looking like the slobby relatives came to squat & leave behind their unscrupulous messes, ESPECIALLY dog dung!Now, how to register for visitor parking seems NOT to be conveniently assessable On their website. And no one in the office is answering the phone. If one doesn’t register guest vehicles they risk being towed away & paying a fine.Why not make it easier on residents by updating your website?

I love living here. Caley is so pleasant and has patience of an angel. No matter what stupid question I ask she answers it with a smile and assures me nothing is stupid. I know I will be here for years to come and recommend everyone should come join us all.
