    I love living here! Iā€™ve been here for a year and a half and I continue to absolutely love it. When I first moved here Mario helped me and he was fantastic in my transition here. Iā€™ve worked with Jules who has been super helpful as well. Making service request has been easy and the service workers have been fast and friendly. The gym is great and the pool is even better! I have an amazing view and the location is perfect!

    This is overall a pretty good place to live. There are recurring issues, like the garage gates, entrance doors, elevators constantly being broken. However, I will say the maintenance guys like JosƩ are absolutely amazing! They are super quick to fix anything and everything inside my apartment. They are also very nice and friendly. A lot of other issues are caused by the residents themselves, for example, people leaving their trash in the middle of a the hallway or not cleaning up after their pets.

    I love it here ! The staff & maintenance is so caring . You put a request to fix anything itā€™s done in 24 hrs. The location is walking distance to so many outlets. You also have access to 3 gyms & multiple pools. #2149 Beatriz . All I can say itā€™s a great place to live & enjoy nature.

    Best apartment complex that I have lived in at the Domain. Awesome amenities and location for a better price than the other complexes within the Domain. Good proximity to highways 183 and Mopac to get you to central Austin quickly too. My only complaints are that it took more than a month to get our parking passes and mail keys when we moved in. Also, cell reception is nonexistent for many carriers so you have to rely on WiFi calling, which makes it difficult to receive guests and deliveries who are not on the network when they arrive.

    I enjoy living here at this apartment complex. It has a lot to offer with three different gyms, and three different pools. Thereā€™s a dog park, and itā€™s within walking distance to the Domain area, shops, and bars. The maintenance team is responsive and the resident events are really fun!

    My husband moved here from out of state due to work promotion . so the process for f moving completely was definitely not the easiest .however !!!! the staff in the front office was absolutely amazing with assistance in this process !!! So glad to have such a helpful community staff on hand . Since we have lived here at the gallery itā€™s been an awesome experience we love the scarlet of the domain with a community that allowed us to make awesome friends along the way .. we will definitely be here awhile ! Thank you to everyone at the gallery .

    Great apartment complex and community. The property management and maintenance crew are very helpful and responsive. The amenities, pools and gym are very well maintained and fun to enjoy. Easy walk to the Domain offices, shops, restaurants and activity. Highly recommended.

    Move in was super easy! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my unit when I moved in. The neighborhood is quiet with only a few concerns about package safety. I think Amazon lockers would be best moving forward for this property. I moved from out of state and toured virtually.. i got exactly what you see online. Iā€™m excited to spend the next year here!

    Excellent, incredible, 5-star customer service! Alana was incredibly knowledgeable, a great problem-solver, and kind as she helped me figure out how to move in. She spoke to me with respect, great listening skills, timeliness, understanding, compassion, and top notch customer service in all forms: in-person, on the phone, and via email - it really felt like I had a VIP concierge helping me move! She left an excellent impression of Gallery at Domain, and Im grateful to know they have such a wonderful team like Alana!

    I moved to Gallery at Domain a few months ago. The location is really the best because you have walking access to all the nearby attractions without the noisiness of local shoppers. I appreciate how the staff is prompt to help address any concerns and keeps the community safe and welcoming. The apartments are super spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably.

    I have lived at the Gallery at the Domain since August 2021 and just renewed a lease for another 13 months. I can not find enough positive things to say about my experience with every aspect of my living situation. Ill start with the front office staff, who are friendly, competent, and familiar due to the longevity of the employees tenure with the company. I always find it reassuring when staff doesnt change during the duration of a lease because it shows that they are genuinely happy with the company. The front office is conveniently located at the intersection of all the buildings and has robust hours so that you can drop in throughout the day. The amenities are fantastic when you consider we have three 24-hour gyms and a variety of pools to take advantage of. I have lived here for a year and occasionally discover new lounging areas when our complex hosts events for the tenants. I have also been consistently impressed and thankful for the front office staffs efforts in planning community events. I feel like they invest a lot of time and money into the various happy hours to show appreciation for the residents and build a sense of community. I have made several friends just by attending the past two events hosted at Dogwood and Dos Salsas. Lastly, I would like to compliment how well maintained the premises are. I feel like the hallways and common areas are always clean, and a significant amount of attention is given to the pools and gyms. I highly recommend the Gallery to anyone who wants to live in the Domain and consider it a hidden gem both for its pricing points and location.

    I moved into Gallery at Domain on December 3rd. I knew this would be my home when I first toured the community in October. It was close enough to retail and entertainment at the Domain that I could walk if I wanted, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with residential areas. This was important for me and why I decided not to move to downtown Austin. Having moved from Canada, its essential for me to make my first year in the U.S. memorable and comfortable. This is why where I would live was a top priority for me.Leasing process:- The process was relatively smooth and straightforward. I booked my appointment in October, and since the unit I wanted was still occupied, I was shown one of the model units and another empty unit. I will say, the models are very similar to what you get. I was a little anxious leading up to the move that I might have been deceived hahah! BUT, the model unit I saw reflected exactly what I ended up getting in December.- The application is straightforward. Once you make your decision, you click apply now and complete the form. Theres a one-time fee and the leasing agent gets back to you within a business day or two depending on when you apply. For international folks who just moved to the U.S. like myself, there are additional stipulations to be met but nothing unreasonable!Overall experience:I have been in the neighbourhood for almost a month, and I am still thrilled with my decision to move here. The neighbours are friendly, the area is quiet and peaceful, and the walk to The Domain is quite lovely. Im a morning runner and enjoy the runs in the area. I cant wait to explore the rest of what the Gallery has to offer!

    I love living at Gallery! It has been an amazing experience! This is my first apartment post grad & I work from home, and I feel like my apartment is perfect for all my needs. My apartment has amazing natural light and itā€™s very spacious. Itā€™s close enough to Rock Rose that you can walk there, but you donā€™t hear the noise from bars or the people. The pools are great and I really enjoy access to the three gyms. I love living here and I really hope management doesnā€™t jack up my rent when I hopefully sign another lease.

    I have enjoyed being at the gallery so far. Maintenance had a quick response in fixing my AC. I have enjoyed my apartment as well, there is plenty of space and storage. The office staff has been understanding and accommodating being a resident here!

    Ive had an amazing time living at Gallery. The sun and moon are visible from my window, and their beauty is unparalleled. Besides, fresh air at the parks and excellent gym facilities are add-ons to the facilities. I love the Lobby area, too, its just too relaxing and beautifully structured! I havent seen such awesome living spaces ever!

    We have been living at Gallery at Edge for 10 months now and our experience has been wonderful.Our apartment is spacious and comfortable. We have never had any noise complaints, never hear our neighbors and have not had any issues with construction noise either. The area is great and friendly, lots of great restaurants within walking distance.We love the events that are hosted by management, such as a virtual make your own cocktail tutorial and other pop up events like Taco Tuesday and Bingo night. We love having a sense of community even during COVID times.Gallery was also great with communication during the snow storm. They kept us updated and were quick to get everything fixed. We really appreciated their dedication to getting us back to normal as soon as possible.Well definitely be renewing!

    This has been one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The leasing office staff are so professional and friendly and they are always willing to help you. Maintenance requests are processed incredibly fast and they are always very thorough. Needless to say I will be renewing my lease!! (*Update: Just renewed my lease again - going on 3 years!). Love this place

    I was a tenant at this property for over two years.I have been very pleased with the service, living community, and amenities that this property offers.Three different workout facilities is an amazing perk that allows you to get in a workout in just about every fashion possible (only one free weight squat/bench rack though - only downside).Any maintenance/pest control request was handled promptly and the only spike in pest issues I experienced was during the initial construction phases of the upcoming apartment building across Kramer. Keeping your place tidy will assist in less roaches.Noise pollution was at a minimum for the most part, with the noises only coming from the tenant living above me, and dogs barking outside in the hallways. However, my apartment was located looking outside during the street so noises from outside conversations, police, fire trucks, train, etc do occur at times, but do not last very long.The staff are extremely professional. Any issue, question, etc. I had for them were handled exceptionally well and they are extremely kind to the tenants here with their availability.Ease of access to the park, leash-less dog park, and the heart of the Domain is always there. Only five minutes away.I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a one bedroom apartment. I was extremely satisfied during my stay here and if possible would move in again if I so chose.

    Ive lived here a month so far and love it! The staff has been great to work with. There are a ton of amenities. The neighborhood is fun. This apartment is in the Domain without being in the thick of the hustle and bustle.Ive read the reviews about package theft... we have Fetch which allows you to choose a delivery time when you are home and available. I have had zero problems. I get a text as soon as the package is delivered and go retrieve it. If I know I wont be home, I simply reschedule the delivery. Super easy.

    I havent lived here personally, but two of my very best friends do, and they have nothing but nice things to say about it. Their apartment is lovely, the rent is surprisingly reasonable for a nice apt. building in this area, its directly connected to a parking lot Ive never once had trouble finding good parking in, its walking distance to everything the Domain has to offer while being just far enough away from the rowdier Domain bars to avoid noise problems, the building is clean and well-maintained, theres a good mix of young students/professionals and families... All in all its just a really lovely place to live.

    Wonderful find! After touring multiple properties, my husband and I knew the Gallery at Domain was it! Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with amazing staff at the front office. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. Phenomenal job! I have zero complaints and enjoy all the amenities. The location is perfect as I work right down the road. I look forward to staying here for a while!

    Moved here from San Diego. Best move ever!! The staff at Gallery at Domain are extremely professional, helpful and nice. Apartments are beautifully finished and new, the amenities are top notch and the neighbors are friendly. If youā€™re an animal lover, youā€™re going to really enjoy the beautiful dog park centrally located. If nightlife is your thing, look no further! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. I love living here, 10 stars!!!

    Galleryā€™s pet policy is what first drew me to the community. Itā€™s one of few in Austin that do not have breed restrictions. Although heā€™s the most gentle dog Iā€™ve ever met, my Pitbull Terrier is number one on most communities restricted breed list. Finding a community that takes a basic approach and looks beyond a breed name is becoming harder to find. Iā€™m grateful that Gallery only requires a pet interview - making it a truly inclusive community.Besides itā€™s proximity to all of the restaurants, shopping and office space the domain offers, the Gallery offers amenities that most communities could never match. There are 3 pools, 3 gyms, 2 communal terraces and 2 dog parks that all residents have access to. Itā€™s rare that youā€™ll have to fight for equipment when working out because of this. Everything is well maintained and cared for and truly state of the art. They also offer social events and fitness classes for all residents for no additional charge. What really impressed me is that even through the pandemic they still offered these events by temporarily moving them to online platforms.No apartments are perfect and I did have some grievances while I was there. My biggest one was the entrance gate to the Parkside garage was broken for over six months. I reported it several times and nothing was ever done. Anyone was able to get into the garage and because the doors from the garage to residential floors do not require fob access, anyone could thereby access our building. Management did start providing 24/7 security that did routinely patrol all garages but it didnā€™t give me a complete sense of security. The first year I lived there, I had a studio that did not offer washer / dryer connections. There are two laundry facilities within the complex and one of the dryers has literally been out of order for the last 2 years. Iā€™ve seen notices indicating washers and dryers are out of order frequently and repairs take a long time. Fortunately most apartments offer washer / dryer connections so you can rent or buy them to use right in your home.Overall, any inconveniences I may have experienced while living there were very minimal and I highly recommend this community. I ultimately decided to buy a home outside of Austin with housing costs rising as much as they have. That being said, I still think Gallery offers a lot of value given the amenities and itā€™s location considering rent in every single apartment community has gone up so much in recent years.

The management really puts an effort in to keep the facilities maintained and any service requests Ive had have been promptly filled. Love my apartment here!

    I love living at the Gallery! Ive lived here for a year now and am very happy with my decision to stay for another year. There are 3 beautiful and clean pool areas and gyms, free fitness classes for residents, game nights, monthly resident events, a large dog park right in our backyard, and several resident lounges, grilling courtyards, etc. We are also walking distance from Kramer Station, Rock Rose, and all the shopping the Domain has to offer! Depending on where your apartment is located you may have to deal with some construction noise during the week. For me that has literally been the only con compared to the long list of pros. The maintenance staff are quick to resolve any issues. The leasing office staff are always friendly and professional. Monique especially has always gone above and beyond to answer any of my questions and give advice on leasing options. The quality, amenities, and location justify the cost of living at the Gallery, and they even offer discounts and promotions when you move in! Its a great place to live, simple as that!

    Iā€™ve lived at Gallery for over a year. Iā€™ve really enjoyed the events they host for the residents! The free workout classes are amazing. The tall ceilings in the gallery building are so worth it.Itā€™s not five stars bc the complex does have issues. For being a ā€œluxuryā€ complex, we definitely donā€™t receive that in security or cleanliness. I feel like most of the issues can be solved, but being owned by Lincoln Property (a huge corporate business) slows the changes that need to be done. If you move here, get to know your neighbors, donā€™t leave valuables in your car, and please pick up after your pet.

    I am having a great experience living in the Gallery at Domain apartments. The process to rent the apartment was really easy and fast. People in the management office are helpful.Very well located, close to everything. Public transportation is just 2 blocks, also the bars, restaurants and stores are 2 or 3 blocks. Love the gym! Now waiting for the summer to enjoy the pool!I highly recommend living here!

    Ive lived here at the Gallery for 5 years living in 3 different apartments - the moves were due to my changing needs. I liked it here so much that I never left. Please note: nothing is perfect, that goes for the Gallery. However, they were closer to perfection more than any of the other complexes, Ive researched and visited, here in the Domain.This will be a two part review - one for the office team and the other one for the maintenance team. Pre Covid-19 everything was amazing. The office team was amazing. They were responsive and consistently provided an exceptional level of service, they knew their residents - even our apartment numbers. Most important to me as a long term resident, they respected the fact that I saw this as my home and treated me as such.The maintenance team were amazing prior to Covid-19. They knew the residents as well as the apartments. They were friendly and respectful. I loved our maintenance team!Post Covid - 19, like everywhere, things are different, lots of changes. The lockdown impacted everyone and as well as all of the businesses, including our office and maintenance team. It totally affected the way they did business from a safety perspective. Although the office team continued to be very responsive, they lost the personal touch due to social distancing. Face to face interactions were very limited due to no fault of theirs! They did the best they could. It was tough for everyone. I am very confident that when the pandemic is over and life is back to normal, they will go back to their Rock Star levels of service and interactions - just with new faces.As far as our maintenance team - those guys kick butt! Because they are essential employees, we saw them when needed. Safety was their number one priority as they were very respectful of my space and safety. Rumor has it, we have the best maintenance team in the Domain! For the most part, theyve had the same guys for years - which always helps. Additionally, they know their stuff!Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to live here. I chose to stay even though I have many options because for now, this is my home. Quite frankly, it was the best place that researched in the Domain that met all of my expectations do I never left!

    Just moved in a while back, and so far itā€™s been amazing.The move in process was seamless, and for someone whoā€™s moving to the city for the first time, that was doubly important.The team was prompt and courteous in answering all of my questions of concerns prior to moving in, and quick to get me in to my apartment on moving day (without the hassles of random paperwork that one usually has to go through).The vibe of the domain was always what I was looking for, the fact that everything around me is walkable and happening. The best part of the gallery at domain is that you get to enjoy all the perks of living at the domain, without having to suffer through the excessive noise concerns that one might have living around a shopping mall.Kudos!

    We moved about a month ago and so far everything is great. I highlight Sarahs service from the Leasing Office, which was the big difference in our decision to rent here. Her commitment, dedication and friendliness to the service gave us a lot of credibility and a real desire to make a difference. As for infrastructure, there are gyms that are undoubtedly the best in the area.The only drawback so far is the noise that comes from the works being done around the building. but this is not the responsibility of the condominium

    Best place Iā€™ve lived! Iā€™ve been here for 6 months now, I love the location and being able to be so close to Rock Rose without the traffic. My apartment is cute, updated, and well-kept.     Gallery at Domain has kept the residents up-to-date with how the building conditions were doing during the 2021 Winter Storm and made sure to answer any questions we may have had. I appreciate the detail to service that is provided by the staff to ensure the safety and comfortability of the residence. Not to mention, all the amenities that are available to use if you become a resident yourself. If youre looking into getting an apartment that is in close proximity to the domain and great amenities to boot, this is the place for you.

    Staff is super friendly and building is in good condition compared to others Ive checked out. Shelbie gave me a wonderful tour of the building and showed me several nice apartments. The Gallery is just far enough outside of the Domain craziness to feel like youre leaving the domain, but still only a 5 minute walk from it. If youre looking to live in the Domain but want to be walkable to the train station and other Domain amenities, this is the best option for you.

    The basic offering of the Gallery (Parkside specifically) is a fantastic value compared to other offerings in the Domain area. Maintenance and the front desk responds swiftly in my experience, condition and quality are good for an apartment, and the amenities/events are a nice addition.Originally, our major complaint was one that you might see most common on here and that is Noise. Multiple times a day, the many garbage bins were wheeled from one side of the complex and back so that they can be emptied. With no lid over the top and metal wheels, the bins reverberate immensely to create over ~120db of sound - thats about as loud as a Jackhammer.Since then, it seems that this noise was addressed! Whether there were improvements to the bins themselves or they drive at much lower speeds, they became almost unnoticeable when indoors.Move out seems to have been smooth as well, with the standard fees tacked on and a cleaning option to help alleviate any security deposit surprises.The Gallery is worth consideration.

    I have just moved here this past weekend, prior to moving here I did a lot of apartment shopping in the north Austin area and found no other property compared to the pricing and quality that you get at the Gallery at Domain. Leasing agents and maintenance staff are very friendly and courteous. They handled my maintenance issue quickly. Iā€™m very satisfied with my decision.

    Gallery is a fantastic place to live! I am a current resident and I am completely satisfied.Great variety of exercise space and recreational space. Close proximity to the Shops in the Domain. Great location in town due to easy access to Mopac.This place checks āœ” all the boxes for me.

    Tell you a story that I almost had the worst day this year but Michelle saved me from it.Today is my move in day but the system went wrong so I still canā€™t sign my lease. The moving company also happened to arrive earlier so we ended up in the leasing office at 1:30pm.The system was still not working so I have to make a money order and sign the lease on paper, while the moving company waited outside, charging me 200 per hourā€¦To get the 1200 prorated money order, I went to three different ATMs to get the cash (711 only accepts cash for money order), but only ended up getting my card locked as Chase thought there is a money fraud.I returned to the leasing office, almost in despair. Magically Michelle stepped out and made the system work again so I got to sign the lease and pay my rent online.The end of story is I can finally move my stuff and sleep in my new home tonight. Huge thanks to Michelle.

    I lived in a 2 bedroom in the Parkside building for 14 months. I never had any issues with noise or anything else. The maintenance is amazing and prompt the front office was awesome too. The location is key you get all the luxury of living in the domain without the headache of traffic and noise. I was terrified Christmas would be a nightmare but it was like anytime time. Cheap water and power bills too !

    I love living at gallery! itā€™s location is great; the gym is amazing and has yoga classes, and the community is super responsive! 5/5 would recommend! The apartments are huge too!

    I have had much a great experience so far at the Gallery. I came to visit the apartments back in September and then again in October and Alyssa was my leasing agent. She was so awesome and informative. Very please with how quickly she has responded to all my questions as I get closer to move in.

    I absolutely love gallery, and appreciate the pool maintenance being finished fairly quickly, however It appears a good amount of the ambient lighting around the courtyard are dead bulbs. The pool lights are also yet to be turned back on.. otherwise generally great maintenance.

    I have had a wonderful experience living at the Gallery! The office staff is very responsive and always friendly, the maintenance staff completes requests very quickly, the location is amazing, and I love the finishes in my apartment! I would recommend the Gallery to friends and family.

    Im going on my 5th year living at Gallery at Domain and I love it. I live in a one bedroom unit with balcony. The high ceilings and big windows make it feel very open and spacious. Its great living to close to all the restaraunts and shops here at the Domain .Aside from the great apartment and location there is one thing that I really appreciate the most and that is there is NO breed restriction. Being that I am a mommy to a beautiful pitbull I am happy I found a place to live where my pittie was lovingly welcomed.Lastly looking at the most recent reviews I will admit there has been more criminal activity in the area but I think with the extra security things will take a turn for the better. In the almost 5 years Ive lived in this apt its only been in the last year that the criminal activity has become an issue. I think its most likely Due to the pandemic.

    Ive been here for a couple of years and have been quite happy. Great location, really nice amenities, regular social events and resident activities. The problems are the same as everywhere else really, but it feels like the management does care and they do try to make improvements.

    I have loved living at the Gallery. I face a courtyard with the fire pit and love sitting by the fire with a book. Itā€™s also a great location being close to the domain, but not dealing with any other domain traffic.

    Matt Bonano( the resident manager) if you see this I want to thank you for taking time out of your day to handle the noise complaint issue I was experiencing for months! Thanks to you going beyond just emails and actually calling me and my neighbors I was able to see that they did not know their speakers were causing an issue. Thanks to those pivotal phone calls you made Matt Bonano, I was able to get into contact with my neighbors and peacefully resolve this 6 month issue. If anyone is reading this who is looking to become a resident who desires a great office when they are in need, I will vouch anyday for Matt Bonano as he really took his time out to help one individual like myself with more than just emailing, he takes action. Now I can sleep without music blasting and I am greatful I got to see that my neighbors are really cool people and I am greatful every moment for them being so understanding as well.The interior of my apartment is just so beautiful and to have that now in combination with ā€œpeace of mindā€ and knowing that this complex has management such as Matt Bonano backing the residents it makes very comfortable living at this property.Once again Matt Bonano I just canā€™t thank you enough for helping me restore peace in my unit.

    Had a wonderful experience here touring. We were taken care of by Shelbie Christopher! She was beyond amazing! If I could give a hundred stars I would! She was super knowledgeable of the community, answered all of her questions, was dressed to impress and really just made us feel super comfortable. This place is absolutely gorgeous! Super pet friendly and have a leash free dog park in paw spa!! we need to move in very quickly and Shelby did everything she could to process the application efficiently and got us approved to picking up keys within a few days. If youre considering this place, stop youre doing now and head over there! Also ask for Shelbie! Shell take care of you!

    Itā€™s really nice to live here. I love the community, lounge areas, the view from my window and events. Itā€™s silent and comfy. The residenceā€™s support also works pretty well, the managers are helpful.

    This community is a beautiful place to live. Everyone from residents to staff are friendly. It awesome the be so close to everything in the Domain. Having the Domain Central Park behind us is fantastic and the doggies love it too.
