    Started looking for a new place to live for when my lease is up and Alexis was very attentive and detailed! Gave me tons of information and was very sweet and respectful! I will definitely be considering the move to this apartment with great people like this working here!

    This what we have experienced at Frenxh Quarter Residence. We have been living here for 3 years and stuff like has never happened until disrespectful people that you allow to move in with no respect and trash all on the ground by the dumpster.

    Was able to have a tour of the complex today. From the lady in the front named Alexis. Super friendly an very informative.Complex an apartment was clean. I Definitely recommend this place if your looking for A new home! I would recommend asking for Alexis! She’s super helpful.

    The lady in the office is very kind and helpful getting all we needed too rent.The aparment is very nice.Huge kitchen and nice floors.Maintenance responds to request in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly.

    The apartments are remodeled, friendly people, and the management is awesome this place has turned around alot... office personal are friendly and when u need something fixed they are quick to get it done. The leasing agent goes out of her way to make the tenants happy

    Amazing office lady very sweet and on time with any questions or concerns very fast simple move in and no issues with any of that apartment maintenance is on top of any issue you have if had one and i’d recommend to anyone interested in these apartments

    New management has really cleaned up the place. They answer the phone quickly and get any problems done same day! Assistant Manager stays on top of things and communicates very well. Company needs to keep her. 10/10. If you are looking for a place this will be it. Ask for Jazlin

    We only had one issue with these apartments but the manager themselves fixed it and got the maintence guy to fix the issue. So far I love it in these apartments with me and my husband and 2 year old. Love the price affordable quite just the traffic is the only issue. We are happy among average! 😊

    Ive lived here for just over two years now and have generally had good experiences. Every issue Ive brought up to the manager has been dealt with in a timely manner. The other reviewer is correct, there was a secretary working here that was extremely rude. Thankfully she doesnt work there anymore.

    French Quarter is good value. Nice apartments at fair price. New Management has put some money into the property with a drainage system that eliminates water pooling throughout property and parking lot upgrade.

    So far so good. The manager is super nice and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.Its relatively quiet here with the exception of traffic. We really like it.
