These apartments have been such a fantastic find! The spacious layout, modern updates, and abundance of natural light make it a comfortable and stylish place to live. The building management is incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, and the location is perfect - close to stores, my kids’ schools, plenty of restaurants, and public transportation! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great quality living space.

This pool is so nice . And very kid friendly... Im being honest, my daughter is scared of water/ pools, but, to our luck- our very own Aprt we live in,here, she LOVES and is not scared of the pool at all. My daughter is 3 almost 4, she loves to walk to our park here, too. Also, I heard this pool wasnt open for some yrs, but, now its open and the maintenance on it is magnificent.. new painting, pumps, and new cool LED lights!! All I can say is my daughter enjoys this pool and I enjoy the pool its very nice very clean and I love it... Thank you Freeport Oaks

My visit to Freeport Oaks was amazing. The Apartment Manager, Ms. Toni Torres, was so very helpful. She answered every question I had. This is the nicest Apartment Complex Ive seen in this area. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping the entire property looking good.

I’ve been living here for two years now, and I can honestly say this place has never felt better since Toni became the manager. She has completely turned things around, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about both the apartments and the residents. The pool, which was never open before, is now sparkling clean and ready for use—something the whole community really appreciates! The playground also got a much-needed facelift, and the kids absolutely love it. The grounds have never looked better, with everything well-kept and maintained. On top of all that, the maintenance team is always quick, friendly, and efficient whenever something needs attention. I can’t imagine living anywhere else; this place truly feels like home because of Toni and the amazing staff. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the incredible experience here!

Freeport Oaks has been a great place to live. Our apartment is very nice. The manager Mrs. Toni is very kind and friendly. She keeps us aware of what is happening amongst our units. Maintenence is very good. The grounds are always clean and groomed . My wife and I recommend Freeport Oaks as a place to live.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to hop on here and give a review on the office Management for Freeport Oaks. Mrs.Toni, and Ms.T are the absolute best! Very sweet ladies, very professional and they both worked together to get my family a downstairs apartment in a very admirable time frame. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment they will have one available at the end of this month October! It wont stay available long so be sure to hurry on over. If you are looking to rent from respectful, informative, kind, and very professional individuals, please visit Freeport Oaks apartments and speak with Mrs. Toni and Ms. T, I promise you wont regret it. These 2 ladies specified above answered every question i had, they didnt give me half answers, they gave every detail needed before move in, no hidden rules, or fees they were very honest and i can respect that so much!! Ive never had such a positive and nice interaction when looking for a home for my family! Again huge shout out to you 2 ladies! Thank you!!! ❤️

I absolutely love living here its amazing I love the fitness center and the pool is beautiful and sparkling and both of my sons love it as well. The staff in the office is also amazing theyre right on top of it if you have an issue.

I moved to Freeport Oaks about 4 months ago from.the East Coast knowing nobody .Firstly, the apartment complex is excellently managed by Toni TorresProperty Manager ...She is first class at every level .Secondly , she has went above and beyond her duties to help me familiarize myself to the area abd help me settle in to my new surroundings and requirenents.

Freeport Oaks are amazing they have a Wonderful Manger named Ms.Toni and when I tell you she will go above and beyond for her residents that live in her apartments she does just that.Thank you both Tracy and Toni for allowing me and my kids to live comfortable in our 3br 2bath it so quite and great neighborhood Any time I have had a to do a work order the maintainer team has come out and fixed it and the whole team is amazing I don’t ever want to move again. Can’t wait for the summer time cause me and my kids will be in the new pool.You guys are amazing and I freaking Love it Here

I just have to say being an Apartment Property Manager myself years ago. Living at Freeport Oaks Apartments has been the most pleasant place to call HOME. THE Manager Amber Stevenson is super courteous and goes through all means possible to make This Property as nice and safe as possible. And the Maintenance Michelle and Tim are also very Professional and courteous. This staff is top notch and I feel they should be recognized for all their hard work! They stay on top of things! GREAT JOB Staff of Freeport Oaks Apartments!!

RecommendAfter living here for nearly 2 years, I never had any major issues. Management was very professional and courteous of their residents. This community is family (kid) friendly. Although there wasnt any amenities for pets, the community was pet friendly as well. The leasing associate and the property manager were always involved with the residents and the children by hosting monthly events. Sometimes even bi-weekly events. The very few maintenance request that I did have were serviced in a conveniently timely manner. The rent was reasonable and affordable. The property and the landscaping were always up kept. Not sure if the pool was open year round because I wasnt able to utilize it as much as I wanted, but was always nice and sparkling clean. Overall my experience with these apartments is 100% satisfied. I do and would always recommend this community to anyone of my friends and family

This place is one of the best places to live.From the very start the management and maintenance team were always on top of things. They are very nice people. The complex is very quite and I always felt safe. If I hadnt needed a two bedroom I would have stayed even longer. Thank you Amber and Maintenance Team for always being there.

Would love there in a 2-bedrooms 2-bathroom. I am disabled and would need a down stairs in wheelchair. Get SSI for me and 1of my daughter.
