    Andres is a wonderful maintenance guy. He explained to me thoroughly what he was doing regarding my work orders. No one has ever done that for me. Melissa goes above and beyond for not just me, but all the residents and all our questions. Shes very quick to get things done. I am so appreciative of this new company and their employees and all the improvements that are already happening in our complex.

    I just want to start by saying after weeks of applying and being denied over and over I finally got the break I was needing.A new fresh start for me and my babies.From the time I walked into the office I knew I was destined to live here. Ms.Jessica was very sweet and very honest but also determined to get me where I needed to be.With a lot of hard work and faith she managed to get me approved and I can’t wait to start my new journey in my new place..

    My sons lives at the fredrickburg place for a year now. And many many changes have been done here. Last year the manager name Joan was the rudest person ever. till they fired her. The new manager Ana has really clean up and has her crew on point. Every repair Ive reported to be repaired has been done with in a couple of days. And for the roaches Ive havent seen any since the pest control comes monthly. But you have to request it. Overall its been safe pleasant s

    From the first time I walked in the office the entire staff was very accomodating from office staff to maintenance. Anytime I need something it was done within 1 to 2 days at the most. Not to mention they are very veteran friendly EX:I just recently was given a service animal and they were very happy to welcome the new addition to my family...💜💚❤ Anna doing a FAB job!!!

    Wonderful changes since the new ownership!The community is going to be gated this month.The leasing office was remodeled and made bigger. There is a nice pool and a kids playground. I am happy with the changes! Community is safer than it has ever been!!!Fredericksburg corridor is improving.

    Jessica and Jeanette do there work at the office and the guys dont go over to take care of it but a month sometime later they need more help and the girls need a sport card to travel and show apartments, more employees.
