    Maintenance is on point and takes care of issues VERY quickly. Office staff are nice and very helpful. They worked with me and my roommates to get out of a previously dangerous living situation. Fox Trails is by far one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Rawan and Julie have been SO helpful. I have no words. They have been amazing throughout this entire living experience and me and my roommates and I are so grateful to them.

    I had the pleasure of touring this apartment and I was very impressed. Everything was very nice and clean and I loved the options they had for different floor plans. Julie and Rawan were helpful and professional and wanted to get to know me and what I wanted in my next place. Would recommend to any people new to the area!

    My experience here has been extremely comfortable. Julie and Rawan and the best when it comes to communication and making sure my requests are taken care of in a timely manner.The prospect of living on a firehouse grid for electricity also comforts me in case there is ever an outage. Recently the water has been shut off a couple of times, which can be annoying, but Julie has been extremely communicative in relaying why the water is shut off (theyre updating the valves for winter so we dont lose water if they freeze over), so Im not upset about it.Rawan made me feel like this could be my home when I first talked to her and now that I do live here, she feels like a wonderful neighbor that makes me feel seen and heard.I do not understand these 1 star reviews for Julie and Rawan as they are simply the best.Maintenance is so quick and always fixes the issue on their first try, and I like to wave and say hi as I see them walking about.The property is clean and well kept, and my dog has an absolute blast running around the dog areas here. I dont ever have to worry about stepping on piles of dog poo because everyone here actually cleans up after themselves.This is my home and I love my home.

    This is mine and my partners first apartment experience and it has been nothing but a blessing! Rawan was wonderful in giving us a tour and letting us know what to expect when we originally moved in, and was the absolute best! Julie, the manager, has both been prompt in communication on updates to the property and answering any questions I have sent via email.Maintenance is THE BEST here. Any issues I have reported (mind you, they have all been small issues as these units are ready when you move in) are fixed within 24 hours of submission.The property is clean, well kept, and quiet. Our neighbors are wonderful, and I like to drop in to the office for a quick chat with Julie and Rawan just to catch up as they are genuinely interested in talking with their residents. If you are looking for a place in Plano, this is the NUMBER ONE place to go to. I see us staying here for a long time.

    My apartment was very clean when I moved in. I had so many concerns with how I was going to figure out how to get utilities and all that, but I didn’t have to worry. Julie was super helpful and happy to answer all my questions and show me where to get all of those things taken care of!She made this whole process easy and stress free and I just wanted to give her a shoutout. She really cares about the people moving in, and that is what made the difference in choosing where to stay.

    We moved in at the beginning of December, after dealing with a nightmare of an apartment experience at another property, and Rawan was an absolute angel. Wed previously toured the property with Julie, and regret not having signed here in the first place.The property is well maintained, and weve found no sign of bug infestations anywhere within or outside our unit. The most bugs weve seen have been ants (Youre in Texas, theyre everywhere and you cant get rid of them.)Our unit was rushed due to the need for a same-day move, but maintenance has been prompt with handling everything as weve found and reported it.The complaints about water being shut off is A) not without warning and B) for the purpose of properly updating and winterizing the waterline system to prevent unexpected breaks and freezes in the upcoming colder months.This is a reassuring incident, even if it is inconvenient for one who works from home like myself, but will become a saving grace to prevent unexpected and prolonged issues in the future.Julie, Rawan, and the maintenance team have all been extremely communicative in what timelines are to be expected for any potential interruptions, and the property is being well maintained with care and consideration for its residents.The area also has many grocery and specialty store options within a close radius, at most 5 miles even for those who have complex dietary restrictions such as my wife, so regardless of your store preferences you wont have to travel far!

    This place saved us. My husband and roommate originally signed a lease at an unrelated property in Dallas but found that the unit was unlivable and they were giving us the run around. Our friends live here and got us into contact with the office, because this place was one of our other choices. We have had absolutely excellent service with Rawan and Julie in the office. Julie originally showed us the unit a few months back and was so kind, and Rawan did everything she could to make sure we got into a safe home and getting the keys from her was such a relief after the nightmare we went through. Since weve been here, theyve been hard at work making sure plumbing is ready for the cold weather, and maintence has come by to help out with any problem we run into. The area is nice and family friendly, and its in a great spot to be near any grocery store or market you need, theres HEB, Tom Thumb, Kroger, and Walmart, and then if youe wanting asian markets, theres four within close distance, and its not that far to reach desi or african marts either. Great location, great neighbors, great maintenance, fabulous units.

    We love living on the Fox Trail. The maintenance team is always very agile and polite. We recently had a serious accident in our apartment caused by a car, but the manager Julie has been exceptional, providing all the support she can and beyond. I cant complain about anything just be thankful.

    We have been living at fox trails for almost a year now. We leased our townhome blindly and moved from another state. Julie was extremely helpful with answering our questions over the phone and made the lease signing process very easy. We are near to everything we need. The townhomes are old but newly renovated. With this in mind, any time there has been a maintenance issue, we have had nothing less of an excellent service from John and his team. They are very friendly and understanding and John is awesome!

    Such a quiet and well maintained community!Don’t get me wrong, I live by one of our pools and court areas.So, you do get the joy of life but by sunset as quite as a mouse.Management here are just great!Wonderful job of keeping one of the more mature properties up to par.I rarely have an issue over my almost four years here.When I do!Done……! Yes… that fast!I’ve also come to know that the people that enter your home are trustworthy!Love em all! Especially… I’ll call her Mrs. R!If you enjoy out doors!Our community parks, walking trails,and neighboring ponds with fountains are really nice!     Beautiful updated and renovated property in Plano! Prime location, not too far from 75 and 635, love the covered parking options and variety of apartments and townhomes floor plans.     We have lived here for over two years and couldn’t be happier. Julie the manager is absolutely amazing. She is the best hands on manager that we have ever had. She goes above and beyond to make her tenants feel comfortable and heard. She actually listens and she does everything within her power to make sure your needs are met. She has been here for over seven years. So we didn’t have to worry about the complex changing managers every six months. Stabilization of the staff is a plus. She really cares about her tenants and we appreciate her and all that she does to keep this apartment complex clean and safe. She has the best maintenance team ever. Mr. John as the maintenance supervisor and his team are top notch. They make sure the issues are addressed and they are fixed.     I contacted Fox trails 3 months ago about a possible home for me and my wife and from that moment to actually and now living here has been smooth. The staff has excellent communication skills and very receptive to your needs. The Manager Julie is amazing at knowing your needs and managing the property. Would recommend this place for all the reasons I mentioned and more.

    This place deserves a better rating because all the bad ones are really old. We just signed on to a 3rd lease here and are very happy. Julie has made signing a lease easy every time, even when we were moving from out of town the first time. We’ve had occasional issues with water pressure or billing or door jams and most everything gets fixed within the day or week that it happens. Maintenance is always quick and kind. Julie and Anna are occasionally hard to get ahold of but an email or multiple calls at different times usually does the trick.Only downside is that the walls are very thin. We lived on the 1st floor for our first year and moved to the 2nd because we had multiple families with 2-3 kids above us and the kids running was very loud and at all hours. We’re on the 2nd floor now and can still hear below us because there’s a couple that screams and fights pretty consistently. Not the complex’s fault but I will say the walls are thin.We also just got through our 2nd freeze with water/heat/electricity the whole time! That was a big factor after the 2021 freeze and we are happy and warm here!

    I remove my previous review of this property. Julie the property manager actually reached out to me and righted all the wrongs from the previous 2 leasing consultants. Julie was actually very helpful and got me back into 1 of the units that I wanted and honored the initial rental amount that I was told I would get. I was very impressed with Julies attentiveness and professionalism. Looking forward to starting my lease here tomorrow.

    So glad I chose Fox Trails! Last, year, I saw the reviews but decided to see for myself. Only two apartments were available abs bit until 2 months later! I got a call 2 days later and urged to do the application immediately because one was fine already. These affordable spots funny last long. The staff, Julie, Ana, and Jerome were awesome. My apartment was ready on time and I loved the view of the pool (which was completely redone recently. I saw them clean it EVERY day, even in off season). Dont forget the Plano recreation pool center is at the apartments entrance. No drama, noise, or unruly activity on the property. Plenty of neighbors walk for exercise, any times of day and night...so, very safe. Pet friendly.The WHOLE complex is being renovated and its beautiful. I just finished a transfer to another unit for floor preference and closer to the gym. The transfer was seamless. I had a couple of small things for touch up and the maintenance team was at my door before I could close my laptop, it seemed. Maintenance acts like an extension of the professional yet friendly office and always FAST. Now, to address the negative reviews. There have been pipe issues , pooling parking lots and shut offs because it is an older property and they are upgrading and replacing everything, including undergroundpipes.The trash collects pretty full but only the night before the complexs pick up.

    Lived here for just under a year now. Ive never experienced so much compassion and respect from an apartment complex. Ive lived in many apartments and 90% of them have been absolutely awful as far as communication and executing repairs in a timely manner. If somethings wrong they take care of it. EXACTLY HOW IT SHOULD BE. My daughter and I love the area, our pup loves the park, literally across the street. Very nice people all throughout. I want to thank Anna, Julie and Jerome! You guys are rockstars and we sincerely appreciate everything youve done and continue to do for us!

    Been living here for awhile and so far it’s been great. I especially love living close to the dog park, so I can walk the trail with my dogs very often. Besides that the maintenance people are very nice and very responsive. I had a problem with my door and I soon as I called it in, they’re were there very quickly and super friendly about the situation. 10/10 would recommend this place. Especially if you have dogs.

With the exception of a noise issue with the upstairs resident for a short period of time, I have had no issues while living here. The maintenance crew handles all requests promptly and efficiently. I enjoy the peace and quiet in my surroundings.

    My wife and I just moved to Plano 1 month ago and were looking for an apartment with our family. We looked at so many apartments and Fox Trails apartments were our favorite the staff was awesome! Julie from the office was so helpful and the best we have worked with! She deserves 10 starts!! We will definitely enjoy it here

    My and family and I recently moved to the area. Julie was incredibly helpful and made the stressful process of move much easier on us. She was attentive and quick to get back to us with information! We have been here a few months now and that has not changed. I love the location, the apartment itself, and the staff.     I normally dont take time out of my super busy schedule to make a review, however I had to make time for Fox Trails...I came in looking for an apartment for my son since he also always busy I was greeted by the most nicest sweetest lady Ms. Anna she was very friendly and professional...I was shown the model by the way it was really nice and roomy. Definitely will be one of the properties I have my son consider!

    I am staying here for more than 6months and their service and response is very quick compared to others.Even complaining with their HVAC (Air Conditioning) they have replaced the old one with new one installed by 1 day. Which is pretty impressive

    Moved here from Mckinney and love it! Property is very quite friendly neighbors and great staff! Maintenance is awesome the new supervisor is the best great outside crew and the office staff is very friendly! I moved from Mckinney from a 3 bedroom into a 2 bedroom room here and its alot bigger love the floor plan Im currently in. Awesome dog park right across the street if you have pets.

    I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this complex, and I’ve been sorry to see them. I for one have a very different opinion about this complex.I recently moved out of this community but it wasn’t because I wanted to.I had health issues and could no longer live alone. I loved this place! My floor plan was perfect; I had an 809 sq ft apartment downstairs with a view of the park. I met many people of all ages who became friends and we looked out for one another. The office staff and maintenance crew were all great, also very friendly like my neighbors. They addressed any issues that arose and in a timely manner. I thought they were all amazing.Sure, the apartment complex is older than many in town but it has a charm I never found elsewhere in Plano. The location is ideal to get to the Dallas North Tollway, 121 and Interstate 75. It’s also easy access to shopping, movies, restaurants and libraries as well as schools if you have children.Behind the complex and within my view was Jack Carter Park with biking and walking trails as well as two separate dog parks for large and small dogs. It was perfect for my dogs. They loved it! A city pool is also located in the park if you want to dive, slide and ride in the “river” of the pool, and classes are available through the city if you’re so inclined. The apartment complex also has pools, of course, if you don’t want to be around too much activity in the city pool.I saw the apartment complex make many Improvements to the property while I was there and I thought it was getting better and better. I wish I could have stayed.

    Alas, and the wonderful Ms. Julie demonstrated what taking care of a community resident is all about and not just talk. She was very professional from start to finish and we even managed to have a interesting side conversation apart from the business at hand. I am beginning to love this community. Thank you again. Ms. Julie🙏🏾🥰You get of what you pay for I guess. I would think that youd get much better service with what is paid throughout this community. It varies you know... I enjoy the quite. The amenities are good even though I havent taken advantage of either. I guess thats were the other parts of rental payment goes towards hmm. I do have this to say... Because it literally happened and the truth of the matter I expressed in a survey that came directly from the apartment complex (Fox Trails) where I now reside. This was my reply... Oh and I was locked out all night after doing a 12hr shift with food from Raising Cane that I couldnt enjoy. No one from management has contacted me to inquire of my welfare from the previous lockout that wasnt any fault of mine. I lost a entire days pay due to being locked out of my apartment, no fault of my own.Hello I was told that the requests were complete, but they werent. Plus I got locked out of my apartment and the door lock was one of the maintenance request that I made.The patio door has yet to be taken care of and the kitchen cabinet is falling apart as well. The maintenance issues that Ive experienced since taken resident of this apartment should have been taken care of before I was allowed to move in. An audit or inspection of completed work should be conducted to ensure that the integrity of the words expressed in any advertisement of Fox Trails Apartment Homes maintains its validity. I know that no one human being is perfect, but in business, especially in this capacity when human lives are involved, theres next to no room for error.Thank you for taking the time out to not only read this, but to take actions towards having something administeres to reconcile and correct what isnt in order.Oh and I was locked out all night after doing a 12hr shift with food from Raising Cane that I couldnt enjoy.     I moved into a newly renovated unit here just last weekend, and already feel sooo at home. The move in process was flawless…everyone in the office are super friendly and helpful…Julie & Rawan are the absolute best! The complex is clean, plenty of parking, and right next to greenspace.
