    After a bad experience at another complex before finding this place, I have to say that everything has been perfect!!The attentive and ever so caring staff here immediately makes you feel like you are home and you find Fox Hall very inviting as they show you what happens to be the best hidden gem in the city as far as apartment living goes!Very clean, no drama, maintenance is at an all time high as they get things done, you feel safe at any time of day or night walking around and it is seriously right where you can easily access the Galleria in 5 minutes..Memorial City in 5 minutes, The Heights in 7 minutes and downtown in 12 minutes!I LOVE THIS PLACE and Katie and Seth are the BEST!!I am forever grateful to those 2 for making a previous nightmare at Campbell Grove Apartments, into what I feel is the perfect fit for me! Thank You FOX HALL.

    My experience with this property has been amazing. The staff at Fox Hall have been nothing but helpful and always go out of their way to assist with anything. Specifically, Ms. Katie Valenti, the onsite community manager. Katie has always maintained professionalism, courtesy, and concern, anytime I had a question or need of any kind. You can tell that she truly cares for the residents here. Love the family and community atmosphere at Fox Hall!

    Looking to move very soon and stopped by the office and was immediately welcomed and taken care of.Toured the grounds and a unit and am excited to move in.I have to thank Katie and Seth they were very professional and kind. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

    Just moved from Fox Hall after 2yrs. Great community, quiet, well maintained. Katie and Seth have been there from the beginning of my move in and have been nothing but the best. There is a new agent that I got to meet briefly during my move out she was very kind. The maintenance guys are just on it, most work orders are handled within 24hrs. And who doesnā€™t like all bills paid! Residents are nice and keep to themselves. The only issue I had was just a problematic neighbor, this is the only reason I really left, that and to move closer to my hair studio, but mainly because of this person. Other than that I probably would have stayed. This really is a really great community, Iā€™ll miss it, who knows maybe Iā€™ll be back someday.

    Centerpoint Issues:There is outgoing issues with the lights. Not sure what it is but after the wind storm, lights havenā€™t been the same. It has come to the point that Iā€™m not filling my fridge like I used too. I have talked to residents who have lived here for years and they said lights werenā€™t like this before. I really think is center point issue maybe there is a bigger issue. And they just putting ā€œtapeā€ instead of fixing the main issue.Revised Dec 2024I want to add, there has been a rise in leaks regarding the ac. Is unfortunate.

    We left Foxhall one month ago and had no bad reason. We have lived here for two and a half years. Love the location, everything I need is so close. The office staff are very nice and friendly. The maintenance requests are always done very fast. It is a nice community. Really good neighbors. The management team is great and outstanding services, always available and ready to help. Katieā€™s leadership shines through, as her team is always attentive. Thank you for everything you guys do everyday. I am definitely in love of these apartment and recommend Foxhall to anyone for the great choice.Ting Lau

    I recently toured this property . Fox Hall Apartments were suggested to me by a friend for outstanding services and awesome central houston location. Seth showed us their model units and I was very impressed with the space and pricing. It seems like a very nice and quiet community. The complex was very clean and the pools were very secluded. A little bit of an older complex but Ive noticed some renovations being done. Seth and the office personnel were very helpful with any questions i had about the complex and the area surrounding the complex. Will definitely rent here when the model i want comes available

    So me and my husband left Fox hall 6 months ago (lived here a year to be exact ) we didnā€™t leave for any bad reasons ,our family was expanding we needed more space! However we absolutely loved it ,neighborhood was SUPER SAFE ,Lana ,Katy and Seth are top notch hospitality (your in great hands! ) the apartments/pool is kept tidy and clean,the laundry rooms are šŸ§¼ clean. Every store you need is near ,and rent was a great price. Our apartment was nice,no real issues! Heat and air worked amazing and overall I wish we never had to leavešŸ˜‚ ! Oh yeah your car is super good to go,they have a security officer patrolling throughout the neighborhoods. The only thing I didnā€™t like is that we didnā€™t start with a 2 bedroom or 3 bed because ultimately we had to move on to new horizons šŸ¤§. Iā€™d definitely recommend this property to anyone moving to Houston great choice!

    This complex is Great! I was greeted by Katie when I went on my lunch break. She was very informative and took her time to show me what they have available. After speaking with her and checking out the complex I am very excited to move in soon! Its not often to find a genuinely nice and helpful staff.

    Lived here a little over a year and still cant get over how much I loved it! Its very quiet, calm, and was overall pleasant living here.In my experience, any maintenance requests are resolved either same day or next day. The only con is its a little inconvenient having guests over, because theres no way to buzz someone through the car gate. So, I had to walk outside the complex to bring them in. Honestly, thats minuscule compared to how easy and coinvent living here is. Especially with all utilities included, you really cant beat it.

    I waited until I lived here a year to write this review. This is the nicest place we have lived since moving to Texas in 2015. I have tried to pinpoint in my mind exactly why I like it here so much. The location is great. I really like that its gated-access-only. I love my balcony. The staff is friendly, and so are the neighbors. There are plenty of laundry rooms. The people who live here are the magic, I think. There are many long-time residents. People who live here are not trashy, leaving their spaces a mess. They actually care about what it looks like here. It is peaceful and clean. We are renewing our lease soon, happily.

    I have lived at this complex for a little over 3 years and can, without hesitation, admit that I absolutely adore this place! Katie and Lana are both wonderful and have always treated me with kindness and respect. The apartment itself has never warranted any real complaints. Maintenance is quick to fix minuscule problems I run into and I have a parking spot so never deal with parking issues. My neighbors have always been relaxed and friendly. Iā€™ve always felt safe since the gate is always closed and locked (unless someone is moving in over the weekend). I really think you should give this place a try. I can guarantee it will be hard to ever leave.

    Ive been here for 3 years and I love it. The staff is awesome and maintenance is prompt. Grounds are always kept clean. Great location for getting off and on i10 going east and west. Its a quick jump to 610 for 290 and the Galleria. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

    Iā€™m going into my 9th year living at Foxhall Apts, they are simply the best, especially when itā€™s time to renew your lease. I have only received maybe 5 rent increases in my 9 years and each time the increase amount never surpassed $20. Awesome!!!

    I LOVE living at Fox Hall. So much so that I have been here for 10 years now. It is an oasis of green right off I10. A beautiful property. The location is so convenient to anything you may need. My commute is only 15 minutes and I dont hit much traffic as I10, 610 and 290 are all so easily accessible. The school district is fantastic. The management and maintenance team are always friendly and ready to help. They respond quickly to all of my needs. Not having to worry about paying utilities is also a huge plus. I am friends with so many of my neighbors, which is unusual in an apartment complex (or even a suburban neighborhood for that matter). I cannot express enough what a great place it is to live.

    Lived here for nearly 2 years and itā€™s been a great place to call home. Convenient to everything, all bills paid, the grounds are kept clean and landscaped, the maintenance staff is stellar. I wish there was better parking for people with 2 vehicles, but thatā€™s literally the only challenge. The office staff is always nice and helpful. Love living here.

    I have been here for 6 months and I wanted to wait a while before I gave my review. What I can say is that I dont want to move until I buy a home. I have received great customer service from Raymond, Katie and Lana. There is another person that has been in the office but I dont remember his name although he was nice as well. I love the all bills paid set-up so I can pay my rent and be done. The schools in the area are great. I am also very close to my job now as well. As far as maintenance goes they have fixed any issue I have had very quickly like the same day or next day and it was done right. The maintenance men are pleasant as well. The neighbors are nice as well. We all get an assigned parking space. Our visitors can park in our assigned space or along the street which is typical in most apartments. I havent had a problem with visitors finding a space. I also prepare for them before they come as well. The garbage area is not dirty at all. In my area we have two dumpster bens, a clothing donation ben, plastic even and cardboard recycle ben in the apartment. This doesnā€™t include the other areas who have their own bens as well. The grass is always cut and the grounds look nice and donā€™t have trash all over the place. I really love the fact that I am close to so many things to do in Houston. The Galleria is in one direction and the Memorial City mall in another direction. Both are less than 10 minutes away. Also I-10 is a block away and that is also convenient.Edit: I moved out of FoxHall after 2 years and I regret it dearly. I am on my way back. Never found a better apartment.

    Lived here for three years. Great location and great prices. Lana, Katie, and seth are great! Managment is always quick to respond to any request and helpful with anything you need. The apartments are older but I enjoyed my time at foxhall!

    The only reason why I moved out was because I had to relocate for work. Other than that, the apartments are amazing. They care about how the complex looks, and it is a diversified community full of nice people to talk to. Also, you cannot beat the location. Lana and the rest of the staff are rockstars. I will miss living here.

    I lived here almost 5 years (an eternity in the apartment world) and I liked the location (only 9 miles from downtown and 4 miles from Memorial Park) and amenities. Its a calm and quiet community with a good mix of families, singles, couples and ages. They keep the property well and are very responsive to maintenance requests.

    One of the main reasons we love it here is the staff. Lana and Katie are great and always super responsive and helpful. Maintenance is great and always quick to help at any time. During times of need like Harvey, pandemic, winter storm, they always make sure to communicate and help residents any way they can. Service like that is hard to find and can make or break a living experience. We are so appreciative and grateful!

    It is shameful that one or two disgruntled residents are enlisting others to post negative reviews of Fox Hall. The person who goes under the pseudonym Nelda Lawson posted a lengthy accusation of racism and xenophobia. Well, as you might infer by my surname, I am not a white Texan and Ive never experienced any discrimination as a tenant. I see many individuals and families of diverse backgrounds around the complex, and they do not seem oppressed nor disgruntled. I have lived here for a few years, and have never had a rat inside my apartment, nor have I heard any neighbors who have had them either. As for bugs, this is Houston. If you need an additional treatment outside of the scheduled ones, Im sure management will accommodate you. As for raccoons, as long as you dont leave trash outside your door overnight or whatever, Im sure you wont have an issue. Ive never come across one going in or out of my unit.Management has done a lot over the past several months to improve the property. Metal fences and stairwells have been repainted, the gate access was improved, etc. Fox Hall is an older property, but theres a reason that so many residents remain here for years. To the complainers, good luck in your search for Shangri-La, where nothing ever needs maintenance or repair, where all bugs and critters have been permanently eradicated, etc.

    I lived here for almost 2 years and have only the nicest things to say about them. The rent prices are fair, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the maintenance crew is very quick and knows what it is doing, all my concerns have always been addressed very quickly and professionally and the location is amazing. Very recommendable and I`d definitely live there again.

    Been here a few years, no major complaints. Parking is a little tight, plus the gates use a card instead of a code, so it is not very guest friendly. Had my laundry stolen once from the laundry room and despite the cameras they didnt do anything about it. Could happen anywhere though. Havent had any sort of bug problems like another reviewer mentioned. Overall I like it, Id stay here longer if not for for the fact that Im paying roughly $200 more per month than I was when I moved in.

    This is a great place to live. Its both close and far enough from the central Galleria area (5-10 min away, but a tad less urbanized). Really peaceful and quiet at all times. Amazing price for the area; utilities are paid so no particular worrying about air-conditioning during the Summer. Mailboxes, Laundry rooms and pool always a few steps away.Only downside I can find is that its not particularly visitor-friendly. Let me explain: each resident is provided with a personal covert parking spot, but visitors must park outside the gate, and the walking gates are not ideally positioned.But if you can get over that little detail, its indeed a great place to live.

    Iā€™m writing this review first and foremost to give balanced feedback regarding Fox Hall, my residence for the past few years. Another reviewer posted many negative comments. I acknowledge that everyoneā€™s experience is individual, but things needs to be put into perspective and the record set straight. Yes, even I have seen a raccoon on the property. We live in a woodsy area next to a creek. You canā€™t expect never to run across a raccoon (or an opossum, for that matter). But please donā€™t make it seem like Fox Hall is ground zero for invasion of the zombie raccoon apocalypse. Another reviewer mentions rats surfacing every time it rains. I personally have never seen a rat. As for roaches, we do have pest control scheduled on a routine basis, and if you feel like your apartment needs an extra treatment, the leasing office will accommodate you. As for traffic, yes, we do live along the I-10 corridor. Traffic is to be expected. But the only nightmarish traffic this individual described happened for a couple of weeks after Hurricane Harvey, and we are hardly alone in that. Yes, parking is an issue. But no one has ā€œkilledā€ anyone for a parking spot. Yes, the lot gates are sometimes open all day, but this is only when a new resident moves in, if they are using movers. Or, for example, if you have a furniture delivery, but even then the leasing office asks for a window of time so that itā€™s not left open longer than necessary. Some of the laundry rooms do have washers and dryers that seem to malfunction repeatedly. Management is aware, and my understanding is that a new vendor contract has been negotiated, and we will be getting new washers and dryers. These things take time. The plumbing does need regular maintenance. Please take into consideration the age of the property. If you want to pay double the rent plus water and electricity, feel free to move to a newer property. As for ā€œRaymondā€™s specialsā€ I can only presume this refers to move-in specials that any apartment complex offers and advertises depending on the rental market. Itā€™s disgusting that someone would think that there is preferential treatment at Fox Hall based on race, or that some tenants are being given back door deals to buy their silence. This is a very diverse community, and it remains a quiet and peaceful property. Iā€™m not saying thereā€™s no room for improvement, but we have an amazing property staff and the very best maintenance crew. Some people canā€™t be pleased, and evidently feel the need to depict Fox Hall as being run by crooked slum lords. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Finally, regarding the recent AC outage this summer, it was because our AC runs on a water chiller system. This isnā€™t something hidden from you when youā€™re given a tour of the property. Anyway, there was a major leak, and it required repairs. Notices were taped to everyoneā€™s door, and the property manager herself knocked on doors to make all the tenants fully aware. For the record, the AC was out for maybe 24 hours, not two days. And this is the only time since Iā€™ve lived here that this has happened in the summertime. Sure, it was uncomfortable for one day, but think about the rest of the time when you can crank the AC as cold as you want, and not have to pay for it. And no, this is NOT a fake review, nor did anyone ask me to post it.

    For the price you cant beat these apartments. Ive lived all over Houston. (Westchase, Sugarland & Richmond) These apartments are great. All utilities paid and spacious. The property is older but well maintained. The place is clean and extremely quiet. Its a safe area. No issues of roaches or rats and Ive been here two years in 2 different units (floor and a 2nd floor unit) You will see a raccoon here and there (after 10 pm) but we are by the bayou. They dont approach you (normally run away). As for the parking.. yeah, I cant lie.. its not great. You get your own covered parking spot for free, but having friends over is a hassle. No convenient place to have them park. The price, security and peace of mind beat out the little inconvenience. I really wouldnt wanna live anywhere else.

    Itā€™s a really nice place to live. Things are well kept. Itā€™s super quiet and homey. Office staff is kind. They have some stringent back ground check policies. Wouldnā€™t say itā€™s intentionally discriminatory but may be time to re-evaluate/update some policies. Maintenance is done quickly. Not an issue with roaches. Love it here! šŸ˜˜

    Been living here for over 2 years. Got a new job in Katy and I and I would prefer to live close to work but I am finding it difficult to convince myself to move because Ive not had any problems so far and the rent is very affordable considering it includes all utilities!

    I think the location alone should rate this 5 stars. I was there for over a year and a half but left to move in with my GF in a house but would have otherwise stayed there .Property was always clean and the office staff was VERY helpful for anything I may have needed. They redid the parking lot, which was nice and also upgraded the laundry facilities to have digital washer/dryer that only takes CC# but you can go on to the companies site and set up an acct that would txt you when you stuff was done...slick.....These are older apartments and therefor there were some structural things that may not be as modern but again, they are relatively priced for the area and any amenity you need is almost in walking distance.Kathy, Katie and Sue + Maintenance guys were top notch and I highly recommend Fox Hall if you decide to get something in the Memorial area that wont put you in renters debt.Thanks guys

    Iā€™ve lived here going on three years and donā€™t plan on moving anytime soon. Katie and Lana are amazing and were also very understanding during the COVID lockdown. Itā€™s quiet and in a good neighborhood and close to everything! Love it here!

    I am living in Fox hall Apartments. Everything works so good. Nice people, maintenance is very good and fast. Quiet place. Beautiful gardens. And nice and calm pools. The location is so good. I am happy living here.

    I have lived here for three years and the service is unbeatable anytime I have a problem they are quick to fix it not that there are a lot of problems. Most of the people that work in the office are wonderful people and a delight to talk to you when I go pick up my packages or drop my rent.
