Blanca was AMAZING with helping me get into an apartment! My prior apartment was 100% unsafe for my daughters health and I needed to be out ASAP. I had some credit issues that were taken care of but were not reflecting on my credit correctly and she did everything to get the letter I had stating the correct reflection of my credit on to the correct person it needed to go to after going to MULTIPLE apartments in corpus who lied stating they knew exactly what to do and just took my money. I’ve been here a little while and everything has been so good. They listen whenever I do have issues with the apartment and it is quickly resolved.

I have lived across many apartment complexes throughout Corpus, and this is the one and only I have renewed a lease with. First- it’s important to be realistic, these apartments are not luxury apartments, with how affordable they are, how can you expect them to be? What is important though is these apartments are clean, they are comfortable, the people living here are kind and will look out for you, and the office staff is awesome!! Shout out to Sarah, Chastity, Blanca, Diane, Courtney for always being so sweet and helpful! They always hype me up every time I go into the office and just make my day so bright! If you’re worried about roaches, I’ve never had any issues at this complex but be aware that just in general you’re going to see them anywhere in Corpus Christi, they live in palm trees. The complex is old but it is taken care of and you get what you pay for! I’ll take an older but loved complex any day over the other places that will nickel and dime you over every “amenity” that ends up not being offered anyways, or the places that are managed by a giant company not locally based that doesn’t care about you and just wants to get as much money out of you as possible. If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable apartment complex- this is the place!

I have been living at Four Winds for the past 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First I live in a two bedroom apartment for only $850 a month, that is a steal for Corpus Christi, TX! The staff in the front office are always friendly and nice and have always treated myself and other residents with respect and kindness. Every-time I go to the office the staff always greet me with a smile and have helped with whatever issues I may have or just chit chat with me while I wait for one of my packages to arrive (many of the bigger packages arrive directly to the front office, this I like as it prevents anyone from taking packages or delivery people from placing them at the wrong apartment).I have had 0 bug issues in my place as they do regular pest control and I like to keep a clean apartment. Whenever I had maintenance issues (like after the hurricane) they have always responded promptly and took care of the ceiling and the small amount of damage that occurred. I see reviews about repairs needing to be done in the apartment, this happens but the staff have always responded to my calls and fixed the issues promptly. Stuff that has needed repair in my five years, AC motor, ceiling, stove, and dishwasher and all of these things fixed within the day. One time I was locked out of my apartment because I left my keys at work and the building locks down at night, and I called Four Winds and they sent a maintenance person within 30 minutes (after 8pm mind you) and let me in my apartment and gave me an extra key to boot, if that is not good customer services I dont know what is. There are also quite a few trash bins all over the property so it is never a far walk to take out the garbage. They are also now pet friendly, so that is also a plus for pet owners and non-pet owners as the residents generally clean up after themselves and the groundskeepers are always cleaning the property. I am also happy that they started doing renovations around the buildings and have fixed many of the roofs on the property and giving the place a new paint job.A++ place to live and is very close to HEB, schools, and restaurants.

5 stars goes to Chazzidy for a marvelous experience applying and getting into our apartment. Her customer service is definitely top tier. Patience, knows how to communicate very well with her customers. Over all she gives four winds a great experience thus far. Thank you so much Chazzidy!

Good morning, CourtneyThank you and your staff for everything you do for the Four Winds Apartments. My lease terminated on March 5th, 2023. I want to especially thank and recognize the following staff (Chastity, Vince and Mitch) for doing such an excellent job. Their courteous, professional and considerate manners reflect in the assistance provided when needed. Vince and Mitch completed job orders and always worked focusing on the repairs. These gentlemen would assist even when us elderly women would throw the trash out. As I walked towards the Trash Bins on several occasions, they offered to take the bags for me. These gestures do not go unnoticed but are to be commended.Chastity is such an asset to your management office. Her knowledge, professionalism, courteous and demeanor will take her a long way in her profession; possibly managing apartments one day. She always takes time to actually listen to the tenants and allow them to voice their concerns.As many times as I would address issues, I take this opportunity to once again, thank you.SincerelyAraceli Limon

Ive been here about 7 months and really have no complaints, at all. Very affordable and pest control is onsite every Wednesday. I havent seen a roach in months because I request they spray at least once monthly. The interior is very nice, with greyish blue walls instead of the standard white. Vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood in kitchen and bathroom. Neighbors have been friendly. Maintenance is timely in their response time. Courtney, the manager, is on the ball, as well. The only complaint I do have is a lot of non-residents use our pools on Sundays because the office is closed. They throw parties at the pools on Sundays, making it almost impossible to enjoy the pool, the pool and lounge area are left a mess by Sunday evening. But aside from that, I really like it here.

Since February2018, (Building M), No big issues, Exterminator comes regularly, once in a blue moon well see a roach but its not often on a 1-10 scale of how often they appear Id rate it a 3/10. Maintenance is quick depending on the urgency of the matter anything with plumbing or electric they respond that same day. They just put new roofs and are improving the landscape appeal. The only downside is the dumpsters they need to add more dumpsters because theyre almost always full. Its a nice location and neighbors are pretty respectful. I love that there is actual parking unlike other apartments. They are also up to date with technology, online bill pay and text message alerts. Theyre pretty lenient on decorating for holidays unlike some apartments that dont let you decorate at all. The experience has been a good one here so far.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I must say, I have never been disappointed. The office staff is always so helpful, they really get to know you, and they’re friendly. The apartments are huge for the price. Pest control is a constant, if you keep your place clean you’ll rarely see a bug. The maintenance staff is top notch, quick with your concerns, and will happily greet you in passing. The staff seriously understand this is your home and do everything in their power to make your stay here a great one. Highly recommended.

Ive lived here almost a year now. it was a pain just to get them to do their job to get approval to rent to me. I gave them all the paper work they could possibly need then had to tell them to turn the page to see my income! along with making phone calls for them to get what ever info they needed but didnt have the mental power to find in the paper work I gave them.... other than that I have almost no complaints about the apartments themselves.pool is constantly being cleaned once every 2 months so get in there before it turns gross. if something is broken in the apartment they are very quick to fix the problem. a few ants and a roach here and there but its corpus so im used to it. neighbors are another story, most stay to themselves, others leave a whole bag of trash on your door step hoping youll take it to the dumpster for them... NOPE. I put it in the hall and leave it there. I work too hard and take my own trash to the dumpster. a couple auto break ins while Ive been here. VERY lucky that it hasnt happened to me yet. but if I catch them theyre in for a really messed up day. so just be ready to do most of the leg work when applying for an apartment.

I havent rented from here, so my viewpoint is from an external source. The apartment they showed me was clean, but had a run down feel. The pool was definitely dirty, but the staff was friendly, and the rent options were fairly cheep.

Melissa was just wonderful! We had been searching for over 2 weeks for the right price and location! She told us about a special move in price! They had affordable housing at a great price and great floor plans. Amenities include Washer and dryer in apt, dog walk, picnic amd play ground Park, Tennis/Basketball court. Beautifully landscaped pools, plenty of maintenance and very friendly staff! Thank you for the tip Xochitl at 361 Locating! So happy we called YOU!

Lived here for the past 2 years, and for a college student it’s great for the price you are paying! Smack in the middle not too far from either TAMUCC or Del Mar College. The women working in the leasing office and always so sweet and helpful with any questions you may have, maintenance as well is always very helpful and get to reports pretty quick after being made! Would highly recommend to the next person.

Really Good Apartments; move in was very easy too. Walked in to fresh paint & very clean with good carpet.Would like to see a basketball court or fitness center in the future but Love the park & two pools; close to schools & highways in decent neighborhood

I personally have never had a problem with the Apts or the office people. If I ever had a problem I let them know and they fixed it as soon as they could. They are very friendly and listen to your problems and they take it into consideration. Ive been here for over year now and Im very comfortable here. Everyone has their own personal judgment but I love it.
