    Move it was quick and easy. My dog loves the big dog park and the pool is amazing. Also love our new apartment and there’s so much lighting. The restroom and closet is huge. The study is great for my work from home station and gaming room.

    (Using my husbands google to post this review)My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we love this place SO much!! We are really happy with the complex, they are always very clean (the pool, gym, computer room, and road), and the neighbors are very quiet. The office staffs are always so nice with great patience when we came up with something regarding the apartment. And the maintenance guys are awesome too, they are always very helpful and do their job quickly and efficiently. An issue do happened with our bathtub in the past two years, but it was fixed super quickly. No bugs. We absolutely have no negative experience about this place and cannot wait to renew our lease!

    My family’s experience at the Fountains was mostly positive. The apartments are nice in general, we particularly liked our large bathroom. We liked the dog park and doggy bags conveniently placed around the complex. We also liked the very cheap pet rent.We never had an issue with loud or disruptive neighbors and the walls didn’t seem thin enough to hear each other. The residents and neighbors seemed like nice working people, not loud party animals or trashy. Management was generally pleasant to interact with.There were just a few issues we dealt with. The most important was when we moved into the complex in the middle of Summer, the A/C was broken! It was miserable and should have been checked to make sure it worked when we moved in. However maintenance was quick to try to get a fix for it and provided us a portable A/C unit in the meantime.The other issue is the parking situation, my spouse would often times have to park very far away from our unit or in guest parking up front when he got home because there was no parking nearby. The gates would also break once in a while and stay open which is annoying when you pay $50 a clicker but then anyone can just come in. But they would eventually be fixed.Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay at the Fountains and are sad we have to leave it due to a move. The positives outweigh any issues we experienced here. We’d recommend anyone looking for a nice quiet complex check out the Fountains.

    I like the apartments, the people that live here are nice, the management is nice. When it rains the parking lot is like a lake. The hot water doesnt stay hot very long but when it does its really hot. I think the grounds are well kept and I just really like the layout of my apartment. Its quiet and comfortable

    Ive lived at the Fountains for 2 1/2 years and my experience is mostly positive. Apartments have good light and vaulted ceilings. There is a large storage closet on the balcony/patio for 3-bedroom apts. We do have a new manager and I havent interacted with her yet, but she has made some great improvements like adding a huge grill by the pool and putting sod down on patches of ground that were bare for years. She also has organized several events. My only suggestion would be to make the pretty pool and spa more accessible to the disabled by adding handrails. This is a quiet complex and current dog owners are good about picking up poop. There are several dog stations that always have poop bags, which helps. Trash is kept under control and not allowed to sit by apt doors. Maintenance is friendly and very competent and helpful and I feel completely comfortable having them come into the unit, whether or not Im home. They are always busy but take time to wave and say hi. The gates are working most of the time and I feel secure walking my dog late at night. There is a good mix of adults and students. I very rarely have a bug, although Maintenance is often battling wasps (I seal my fireplace in summer and duct tape edges of screens). Courtesy patrol is mostly checking parking stickers and will come if called and is very pleasant. Office staff--especially Lesley--is efficient, responsive and professional.The negatives: The main issue is parking. If you come home late at night, there is no parking. I pay for an assigned carport for $25 a month to avoid the problem but my daughter works late and always parks far from our apt. The other issue is that these apts are getting old. The windows are very heavy and hard to open. The kitchens are tiny and there are only 2 drawers and little cabinet / counter space, but there is a large pantry and shelves in laundry closet. The ventilation systems seem connected to other units so if you have a heavy smoker downstairs, you may sometimes smell their smoke in your bathroom or other room. I dont have this issue but two neighbors have complained about an adjacent unit where residents smoke. (The managers have tried to correct the issue.) Overall, I enjoy living here even with an awful commute to Irving (if I dont leave by 6 am the I35E is horrible). Denton is a fun, quirky town but growing daily so traffic will only get worse. Still worth living here, in my opinion and I plan to stay at the Fountains.

    This has been a nice place to move into. All the neighbors I have met are really friendly and the kinds love the park and pool! We really like the space that we have and its pretty quiet for the most part even though we have upstairs neighbors.

    My aunt lives here. She has nothing but great things to say... I help her out around the house and with the kids almost daily due to her work so needless to say Im here quite often. Anytime there is an issue, its handled. Its a gated community and I feel my family is safe living here. I highly recommend this complex and give it 5 stars!

    New here, just moved in March, excited to live in Denton, Tx near my job. Signed a lease site unseen due to my work schedule. So far my experience has been great. Ill do another review in about 3mths once I get settled in.

    So far so good! Apartment has some minor beauty issues but its in a good location, we have quiet neighbors, and of course the apartment has friendly staff :)

    The place was quite good and green every where. Maintenance here is good. Pool and play area advantage to the community. I recommend to stay here for a good living.

    Beautifuly managed scenery, nice neighbors, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Management is very helpful, and the pool and volleyball courts are a plus!!
