    So far so good! Recently just moved here from work. When I first moved in it was okay but now, I absolutely love it. I found out that there is new management. Let me tell you the girl in the office is on it. I called and she answered by the second ring. She was super helpful and able to get my work order put in for me. Maintenace came out the same day and was able to take care of it. Found a measuring spoon in my garbage disposal that I somehow I dropped down the drain. Everyone is super friendly. Definitely recommend!

    Ive lived here over 3 years & can honestly say this is the best management & maintenance weve ever had! Courtney is always so pleasant & helpful, shes even come to my apt. personally when the guys were tied up & my smoke detrctor wouldnt stop beeping! My issues are always addressed ASAP & they really feel like family. Very happy to live here.

    I have been here for 3 years and I have had a wonderful experience. I love the neighborhood. The apartments are well maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet with no drama!!! I feel safe with my kids playing outside because of the safety of the neighborhood. My apartment is nice with new appliances and I have lived comfortable over here for 3 years. The staff has been very helpful and always have made me feel at home.

    I have lived here now three years and the old management was a joke. Since Kat and Courtney have been in that office it has been AWSOME!!! Courtney has been the best thing to happen to that leasing office!! Courtney has been so attentive to ANY concern or problems that have occurred. Maintenance here is stretched thin just like every place in the town, you just have to have patience. The maintenance guys get it done , it is just difficult when they just have a couple of good techs between several properties. The guys are good and courteous, they are just stretched thin as I stated before. Overall the property is maintained and kept up with.

    I have lived here for over a year now, the office staff is amazing. Great customer service. The manager is first class. She keeps the property nice and she makes sure that the residents are taking care of. She is very personable and caring. If your looking to move, I highly recommend Fountaingate!

    Have been here for over 3 years. Every time I have an issue. It is fixed within 48 to 72 hours! As much as I complain and have an attitude about things that are out of their control, Courtney is always calm and answers the best she can. Kat also is very helpful and I can message her freely with any concerns that I have. Awesome management!

    Ive been a tenant here for about 8months and I have no complaints at all about my stay here, the maintenance is up to par as well as the ground maintenance 2-3 times wkly.Last but least I am very pleased with the staff they dont ignore you they are really nice and mindful of us as tenants, at least I can only speak for myself, its a decent environment and its also peaceful.

    I have lived here 8 years. Im very happy here. I have good neighbors. I enjoy my apartment, any time I have any problems the maintenance comes to fix it right away. The people in the office are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Fountaingate Apartments very highly.

    Ms. Courtney and the Maintenance supervisor have been amazing helping me in taking care of everything I need on a short notice. I had to be out my current living situation in 2 weeks and they have busted their behind for me. These people are constantly busy and cover alot of grounds. Comunication and respect go along way. It is a big complex . Professionalism and treating people with common courtesy goes along way which they get 5 stars. Keep up the good work. They are doing everything they can.

    I have been here for almost a year and i feel safer then any other apartment community in wichita falls. Yes there is no gate but there is a security vehicle that makes rounds every night around the complex, management is very nice, and the day i ask for someone to take a look at a problem in my apartment they come out that very day. I have never had a problem and is worth the money

    Ive been here for 4 yrs. The manager here Dara gets things done. She is carrying when it comes her residents and her property. No drama here. She makes sure the property is clean and her staff is very friendly to. Youll love it here

    I just want to give a good thank you for the blessing we have as our apartment complex manager, Miss Dera here at Fountain-gate complex. I have lived here one year and have had no trouble whatsoever. Dera is here to help, but also manage; she is super clean cut, clear, and concise to the point. Dera is very professional and I think people get in trouble taking her blessings and kindness for a weakness. Weak? Not by far folks, she is not weak, she is a true manager. Some people complain to higher to seek drama, when in reality just following the rules and paying your rent on time will get you what you need here at Fountain-gate complex. I have been other places and Im here for just one more year pending a V.A. Loan, folks Im satisfied. Remember a kind request and a personal thank you means something. If youre into drama, then yeah well you may be in the wrong place. Im thankful and very blessed to know Dera & her husband, and I have a good home here at Fountain-gate complex because of her, as do many others. Thanks, D. Calloway

    Since new ownership in January 2019, the place is really a great place to live. Great part of town, plenty of floor plans to choose from, 3 pools, tennis courts, pavilion with grill and fitness room.

    I love Cortney and Kate because they are Christian people and they are Gods messengers they are so amazing When I thought the situation I had the office was so bad God allowed these ladies to reach out to me ,and I Thank you both from the bottom of my heart .I love you ladies .
