Me and my partner move in soon and we are excited for more space. We currently live in a Cortland property and are transferring to fountain wood. Megan was amazing during our tour, super sweet and funny. The property is very cute and seems to be well maintained. The interior isnt as updated as our current property BUT has way more storage and unique space, which we prefer anyway. We also have two dogs and look forward to being closer to parks and trails.

Ive lived here since October and this is only the second apartments ive ever lived in, they are extremely better than my first ones. i love how they always keep up with the property and its so nice and pretty. i also love how quiet these apartments are and everyone pretty much minds their business. its walking distance from a dog park as well.

I would like to add a great review for Ms. Ciara in the front office. She has been a great help to our family ever since we met her. She have been so helpful when we come to her for information or concerns. Honestly, she have been providing good customer sevice and communication to the whole family. She looks after my girls just like they are her family. She has been proactive and try to solve any problem we have soon as possible. She is good with following up to see if our concerns were resolved. The maintenance team always responds in a timely manner.

Ive lived here three years. The grounds are beautiful and I love being so close to the dog park and walking trails. Maintenance is top notch. Edson makes sure requests are not only taken care of but that you are happy with the work. His team Jacob and Josh are visible throughout the complex and always willing to listen when I have questions or concerns.

(Earlier in 2024) Terena has been very very helpful and honest when I toured the property! While I am not able to sign a lease yet, I look forward to signing a lease soon!Update (4/8/2024)I now have lived in the complex for about a week, and while there were several odd issues in my apartment during move-in (all fixable issues), maintenance has been fast and efficient with each request I send in! Im thankful that I am not encountering pests or anything of that nature as my last apartment was a nightmare.Things that I really enjoy about management here at Fountain Wood includes:-the ability to text/email the office (they dont always get back very quickly at times due to people visiting them physically in the office, but they always respond at some point. (They fixed my fob access issue over text which was cool!).-the newsletters and information they send out for the community helped me be more aware of things going on around the complex, such as watching out for solicitors as it is a no solicitation property.-maintanence works diligently to fix all issues (including repeat requests about my fridge, I was able to meet one of them and he was very informative).-the access to the park is so nice as well.I have yet to use the gym, but I am so impressed with the size of it and the amount of equipment in there.Im very glad to call this my home thus far! I will update again at a later time to add any other comments about the property for anyone who is considering living at this complex.

I’ve called Cortland Fountainwood home for nearly a year now. Since arriving, the team (Logan) has been helpful, understanding, and gracious. Each and every time I’ve gone to their office or contacted them through email, they have been responsive. Even the repairman who worked on my AC was honest, kind, and a pleasure to talk with. The property is well-maintained, and the residents are respectful; it’s a quiet complex. I would rate my stay at this property 10/10 and wanted to say a special thank you to the manager, Jeff, for my parting gift. I wish you all the best. Thank you!

I am apartment hunting for my first place and she made me feel very comfortable to ask any questions I had and she was very knowledgeable. My husband and I moved to Fountain Wood in late August and the experience we’ve had so far has been amazing! Terena, Ciara and Valerie the women in the office are always happy to assist with whatever we need or any questions we have. Terena puts together fun little events to bring the community together like Wine Down Wednesday or tonight Taco Tuesday there is going to be a taco truck in front of the leasing office! The maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance guy Louise is great! Everybody that works here is so warm and welcoming!

From the upkeep of the property to the how efficient they are with the work orders, especially Jacob from the service team, he rocks! Put in a few work orders and he got them taken care fast. She showed me the property and gave me valuable insights on what Fountain Wood had to offer. She was extremely accommodating regarding schedule viewings, and making herself available on short notice when it necessary or if I had additional questions and concerns. I moved into Fountain Wood about two months ago, and the process was fairly quick. Sheena and Eric in the office, made it nothing short of amazing. They really took their time to answer and accommodate any concern/need that I had. I had to move from out of state with only a few days notice and they did everything they could possibly do to make that possible for me.After a few weeks of moving-in, I realized I would need a bigger apartment. One phone call with Eric and Sheena, and that problem was solved very quickly. They answered all my questions within minutes and made my transfer to a bigger apartment very easy.The apartments itself are older but have recently been remodeled to be more modernized, which I love. Also, any maintenance issue that i’ve had, was fixed quickly. Maintenance is nice and makes sure that you know they are present when they’re inside your apartment.It is overall a great complex and really quiet.I rarely see my neighbors when I do happen to go outside.

We are not residents at Fountain Wood but we do plan to move our daughter in based on the experience we had with the staff. We were looking for a safe, accessible place for our soon to be college student and when we saw Fountain Wood, we thought the location and property would fit that need. Both my wife and I felt an immediate sense of comfort when we were met by the leasing agent Terena’s warm and welcoming smile. The excitement she had while showing us the property and explaining our options, made us feel like this is a place we can trust for our child’s first apartment. Not only will we be moving her in, but we will definitely tell people about this place. Thank you Terena for being kind and courteous to us!

I lived here from October of 2018 until March of 2023. Let me just say it sometimes doesnt look great but it was the best apartment experience Ive had. Maintenance is top rated and your issues will get fixed quick! Aaron- the manager is awesome, he is so helpful and usually not hard to get a hold of. I really regret moving from here!

If I could do 4 1/2 stars I would, but I can give the staff 5 stars especially Ciara, I have been here 3 years now, and since Ciara has been here she has always made sure to go above and beyond to help in every way that she can. Thank you for being exceptional at what you do here at Fountainwood.To speak on the service team, I have had quite a bit of issues here and there but Jacob has been awesome at making sure things are taken care of, and is very communicative and knows what he is doing. I hope to continue to stay here at Fountainwood and refer others but a few things that would be nice to change or consider is making this a gated community like a few others, valet trash pickup, and maybe figuring out a way to sound proof the apartments especially if you have someone living above you.Thank you to all the Fountainwood team but especially Ciara and Jacob for all you do here. ☺️

My experience at Fountain Wood was great! I was led through an apartment tour by a wonderful woman named Ciera, i believe she was the assistant manager. She was patient, thorough, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. She was able to answer every question i had and even mentioned some of the closest eating/shopping options!!

The facilities and amenities are top notch and the staff is great. Very tranquil areas, good surroundings, and the pool is excellent. If you never lived in the Euless area its a straight shot anywhere in the metroplex and this is a great place to start the adventures from. I would definitely recommend Fountain Wood to friends or family.

Pretty decent apartments. Nice setting and love how the rooms are designed. Apartment is good and common areas are generally clean. My only 2 major complains are 1. It’s been 6 months since I’ve moved in and the gym is still not functional ( I’m surprised seeing reviews address about how good the gym is because it isn’t functional yet) 2. Maintenance requests get closed on the portal without being completed in my apartment. Have had to raise several maintenance requests more than twice and they have not been completed. The heater in my unit doesn’t seem to work ( 3 maintenance requests so far) properly and heats up the apartment to 82f even when the Heater is off, other times I can’t get it to switch on at all. The mail room is gated but the apartment in general isn’t a gated community. Plenty of parking in the complex. Good location and numerous parks around the complex. Overall safe community and have liked my experience so far. Front office staff are nice

I have lived in this apartment complex for 15 years. That should say it all. Last year (2022) all apartments were upgraded with complete hardwood floors, new appliances and new cabinets. The best thing about Fountainwood is location location location. Easy to get to anywhere in the metroplex in 30 mins or less. Quick responding maintenance staff, friendly office staff, well maintained public space and well kept apartment exteriors make it a comfortable living. I love living here.

In my search for an apartment, I wanted to give Fountain Wood a look. My initial visit I was turned away, but decided to revisit after talking to Makayla over at Cortland. I was met by Terena and she was a joy to tour with. She listened to what my needs were to help show the floor plan that would be right for me. She let me get a good feel of the property, and was helpful with suggestions since I am downsizing. Contact Terena over at Fountain Wood if looking in the area. The apartments are very nice as is everything that surrounds them, everything is clean and tidy. But the best thing has been the attention of the office staff, especially Logan; always friendly and willing to collaborate and resolve any concerns.Something else that I found very good has been that the maintenance staff gives a quick response to any request.

I would highly recommend Fountainwood. I lived here several years ago and it was a great property, very quiet and clean - never had any issues. I recently came back here to looking for a new apartment and all of the ladies in the office were so nice, friendly, and easy going. Elena and Carla are awesome and very helpful. These apartments are working on a few newer upgrades, but still remain very budget friendly. You dont have to sacrifice cleanliness or peace and quiet.

I went in for a tour with Megan, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The rooms are so beautifully designed, interior of the apartments are so soft yet modern, the gym has all of the equipment I enjoy using—I won’t even need my gym membership anymore! I love the unique pool, it’s a nice change from the standard rectangle pools I’m accustomed to at my previous apartment. Megan was so wonderful! She was so sweet, answered all of my questions, and provided me with all of the information needed to make my decision of renting from this location. Thank you, Megan!

To say the least, this place has been amazing! My husband and I have been living here for four months now and it has never failed to stand up to the highest expectation. The apartment itself is incredible. High vaulted ceilings, large windows, and exposed red brick. The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. They always refer to us by our first name and make us feel very welcome. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the upkeep of the apartment complex is beautiful. The pool area is a nice area to relax and is always clean. This apartment complex has been phenomenal so far and it comes highly recommended by us.

Fountainwood is a great location near walking trails, city parks, main highways like 360 and 121, and close to major restaurant and retail pockets. The grounds are kept up weekly and are always clean and beautiful! The management staff consisting of Gabby, Carla, and Elena is very helpful and knowledgeable and I have never had a work order go unanswered - even after hours. Jose is just the BEST and takes care of me every time I need help. Ive enjoyed living at Fountainwood for the last two year!

I lived in this community for two years and never had a serious problem, and would rank this as the best apartment I have lived in so far. The community was quiet, and I never felt that any of my neighbors were too noisy, or that the walls were too thin. The value of the apartment was well worth it, however I do feel like the current rates are starting to get on the higher side for such dated apartments. That being said the only part of my apartment that I felt was too dated was the oven. I dont believe my unit was fully upgraded. The apartments are very accommodating to pets. Pets stations are always in short walking distance and their is a dog park on the same street, with trails running behind them for longer walks. Maintenance could see an improvement. There was an occasion where I had come home to several rusty nails in the breezeway of my building. I left more than one voicemail asking for it to be cleaned, and it was taken care of weeks later by a rain storm. I felt the office staff was very friendly, and have nothing bad to say about anyone there. I had to terminate my lease early and the manager Carla did an excellent job of explaining this process to me, and also facilitated the reletting process. Overall, I highly recommend Fountainwood to anyone interested. I have been in a bad apartment before, and can easily say that this was not one.

I’m happy to say I’ve found my new place to live. I can’t wait to move in.

Stopped in to check out the apartment complex and was very pleased by the property. The leasing agent, Gabby, assisted me through the process. She showed me a variety of units. They’re spacious, with beautiful natural lighting, great storage space and new appliances! The units seem fairly new and look to be well maintenanced. The leasing agent answered my endless questions and didn’t hesitate to show me around multiple times.I’ve lived in many apartments in the past so I know that the leasing staff can make or break your experience as a resident, so overall I was very pleased with my experience there and their competitive rates are hard to resist!

My experience at this complex has been beyond 5 star worthy. This place is a gem.Heres what I know about Fountainwood and the people who run it:The management team has been so professional, yet personal and friendly, throughout my years spent here. The maintenance has ALWAYS promptly responded to my needs, and emergency maintenance (on the weekend) called me back within minutes both times I called them. Not to mention, Jose (maintenance) and his team are extremely kind and have never made me feel uncomfortable with them in my home. The grounds are well taken care of and its a beautiful place to be living.Im shocked to read some of the reviews and its easy to see that there are two sides to every story. Regarding the property manager, Carla, she has gone ABOVE and beyond to serve me. Carla has shared recommendations about the area with me, shes had the office work with my mail situation over vacations, shes always answered my questions and handled everything smoothly and professionally. Ill be sad to move away from this place someday.

Im surprised to read so many negative comments. I have like my experience here so far.Ive had minor issues where I needed maintenance done and things were always done in a very prompt manner. The area is nice and quiet. I have never experienced any issues.My only complaint is one of the managers is a bit rude. She has a rude demeanor/tone when she speaks to you. Also, rent has gone up TWICE in the year I have lived here. If rent increases again, I will probably leave.

We love this apartment complex- the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool is a great place to relax. We love the proximity to the parks and trails just behind the complex. Maintenance is always quick to fulfill our requests. We enjoy the exposed brick and large windows in our third floor apt. In addition, it is located super close to the airport, 360, and 121 which makes for convenient commuting while it is also not far from all the amenities on Glade and HJ.

Fountain wood is an amazing place to live we found our apartment online and looking at reviews of places then when we acquired for ours amazing Logan came to our rescue to help with any questions or concerns we had she helped us with all the way from a simple question to picking up our keys to our new apartment! Ive lived here 2+ years and have loved it. Ive never had an issue with parking or pest control. It is always quiet and feels very safe. One day I came home to a broken AC unit, maintenance came within 15 minutes and fixed it right there and then. Carla has always been so kind and accommodating in every way when it comes to requests. It is a great area with so many walking trails and plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby.

It’s always a breath of fresh air meeting someone who is genuine in helping and answering questions. I came in only asking about the property and availability. Terena not only showed me several options, she explained the process of the application all the way to the move-in. She even told me when I would need to set up utilities! I have been a resident for multiple years, and it’s always seeming to improve. What’s always been consistent is the hospitality of the entire community from front office and maintenance to the fellow residents who are respectful and caring.Location is second to none and any maintenance issues I’ve come across have been handled in a very timely manner. Can’t beat having the Euless Main Trail just a block away with a dog park; as well as 2 nearby playgrounds and a small outdoor theater which hosts summer Friday evening concerts.All in all I have very much enjoyed living in this community and with the new management I look forward to an even better experience here at Fountain Wood.

1 week on and loving it! I will update this review as time goes on.Moved from out of state, and although I wasnt able to view in person, the staff were very helpful and accomodating with any questions or concerns that I had. This is my first time living in an apartment so I really had no clue what I was doing, but Gabriella and Elena sorted everything out.The complex is in a very nice area, close to stores and right next to the DFW Airport. Although this complex was built in the late 80s, the flats themselves look and feel modern, especially with their ongoing renovations.The community isnt gated and because of the dog park next door, parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but I have yet to have an issue parking near my building. They also offer assigned covered parking.The complex promotes a smoke-free policy, and the only people Ive noticed smoking /so far/ are people visiting the dog park and coming to their cars in the apts lot. Definitely a plus.So far so good. The move in process went smoother than I anticipated, and communication with the team throughout was top notch. So far I am VERY happy with my choice to live here!

My family and I lived at the Fountainwood for almost 2 years. We absolutely loved living here and love the area. These arent the most updated apartments on the inside, but for us, the proximity to the dog park, walking trails and green, large trees everywhere by far outweigh having a modern interior. Plus it makes them an affordable place to live! They recently renovated the entire exterior and their landscaping is the best in the Bear Creek area. We will miss living here!!! Shoutout to Elena, Bri, and the maintenance crew for all their help over the years! :)

This complex is in a well established part of Euless close enough to shops and entertainment while still being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to call it neighborhood living. There is a city park close by with a walking trail and dog park for all those dog lovers like myself. We are very happy with our decision to make Fountainwood our home and hope to keep calling it home for some time.

I have lived in many many apartments in my lifetime and trust me when I say this is the best home I’ve ever had! From my actual apt...to the location I’m in... the staff... the quick response time on work orders... you name it. The last apt I lived in took 3 months to fix a leaking air conditioning unit that caused me to have to bathe elsewhere? I promise that kind of thing will never happen at Fountainwood! I have never been treated so kindly ever! Even came home to a gift card on my door once! When you live in an apartment you have a lot of neighbors and safety is a big issue for a woman living alone and I feel so safe. All my neighbors take care of each other. The office throws parties for everyone often supplying food and drink and a lot of neighbors do the same at the pool. One of my neighbors bought food for everyone that showed up and bbq’d it for them! My apt is beautiful and updated and everyone that visits is so jealous. This will be my last home in Texas! If this all sounds too good to be true feel free to visit Fountainwood and have them call Lily to the office! I’m happy to let you see that it’s all true!

Ive been living here for nearly three years now! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating :) me and my hubby’s initial plan was to just live here for one year to give it a try in dallas and now we’re still here going three years strong! The location is PERFECT if you work at the airport, you do not even need to take freeway/highways to/from the airport. The apt is right off the 360, it’s close to Southlake (10min driving) where the Sams Club, Costco, Trader Joe’s and nice restaurants located, also close to Grapevine (10-12min driving) where the BIG outlet mall is. Your choices of supermarkets are TOO MANY! Super Target, Walmart, Tom thumbs and you name it. Also the complex is well maintained and cleaned regularly! The maintenance team is just as friendly as the office team :) I just love how i started my new life in dallas with Fountainwood. I HIGHLY recommend moving to this apartment and even my bf is moving this month from Las Colinas and I’m getting $300 for it! Thank you Fountainwood!!! :)

Gabriella at the front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me a tour of the apartment complex and was able to answer all of my concerns. Would definitely consider moving her when my current lease is up

Great apartment complex if you have a problem the fix it right away the management is amazing shout out to Elaine and Gabriella In the management office they help me out with everything from a small issue with my mailbox to helping me make sure my packages are safe. I recommend this place:)

First Filipe came and worked very hard to see why my AC was not cooling. FILIPE determined I needed a new AC. Edward came on hisDay off to fix my AC. And very courteousIm so happy !! They worked so hard on it so I didnt have to fb o the weekend without AC!they are the best!!

Great staff apartments are great but sometimes pest control is a little slow but not really rarely have any issues sometimes some ants which in Euless is not unheard of problem gets solved pretty well I enjoy living here
