All I can say is the manager and office staff has made a change so patient & walked me through the whole process of my concerns.Thank you so much. I would say that the parking situation it’s pretty cool even though the apartment complex is not to big i still manage to never have a parking problem.My neighbor has cameras facing my door as well so I am really thankful for that. My upstair neighbor don’t really budge at all maybe once in a while I’ll hear a little noise but never to where is uncomfortably or annoying no problems at all. My little sister loves comin over since the AMC theaters is a walking distance!! as well as shopping stores which is so exciting don’t even have to drive!!!Love these apartments man

Ruben and his Manager Perla are awesome very welcoming polite patient and helpful. They went the extra mile to help me with the process of applying for our new home and gave my daughter and I hope The office setting is peaceful and inviting. The property is nice and quite, Im comfortable with the area and its exactly what my daughter and I need at this time in our lives. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a nice clean safe peaceful apartment complex with amazing management. I am really looking forward to making here our new home. ZW

Living at Fountains has been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are fantastic. I am close to all the convenient stores and restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Perla, from the beginning she was very friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Overall a great place to call home.

I have lived here going on 3 years.I really like that I can go out in the the early morning or after dark,and I have never felt unsafe .The office staff is very helpful.The maintenance around here is also great.

Now- The complex was a great place to live. The management was very accommodating during my move out due to losing my job during the pandemic. If you are looking for a good home and great communication with management this is the place for you. Every issue was resolved as soon as I let them know. Would def move here again.8 month ago -Apartments are maintained by hard working people. They definitely did not have my apartment ready for move in; the AC was out, the windows were not ready to be opened, and one was broken when we did the walk through before moving in but they fixed it. Any service request you have will be resolved even though they’re understaffed. I appreciate the new management for their hard work to fix any requests you have. I have not experienced any cockroach problems in my apartment, but I reported water bugs and Management got pest control, haven’t seen any since. Parking is a minor inconvenience because it’s uncovered but if that concerns you pay a covered parking fee.The rent is fair and they usually add a pest control, trash, sewer, storm water, and gas fee in addition to the rent. And you have to contract your own energy. I do like that the location is very convenient to 59!

I have lived at Fountain park for 5 years. I really love living there. The staff there are very considerate, nice. Ive had a great experience here - the layout is amazing, the manager Stephine and staff are friendly, helpful, professional & always available - I had a few leaks in my apartment and they came and fixed everything. Did a great job and I really appreciate it. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Great Job.

Ive lived here for a little over a year now. Perla the manager is extremely attentive, always willing to help with a smile and and positive demeanor! Whenever I need maintenance work done on my apartment, Its always handled right away!

I really enjoyed living here because it’s so peacefully and quiet. There was no roaches and our rent is so cheap ever since we got the move in special. It was really refurbished and clean. The leasing manager is very friendly and treated us like home. Me and my fiancé love it and started to get settled in. It’s been almost 3 weeks since we’ve moved here. I rate this place all 5 stars.

This is my second apartment with this property and I really liked the convenience of location, but the price is what brought me back. I had a 1b1b apartment and now Iam in a studio. The management really helped me find something more suitable to my budget. Carpet and new paint was done on the studio before move in and the closets have big space for storage. They always come out right away when I have concerns like a clogged drain or broken mailbox. My Ac was out maybe a month in and they replaced it right away as it was summer. The trash is an inconvenience as it fills very quickly and parking is being redone so Iam looking forward to continuing to work with them to make this a great place to live. I love how many laundromats the place has and there is hardly ever a wait. They really worked with me during peak pandemic lock downs as work was slow. Ive not seen any bugs inside my apartment and the pest control is done monthly. They even receive my packages in the office if theyre open when I know they do not need to.

I have personally had a very nice experience at this apartment complex. The best thing its got going for it is how approachable and humane their employees are, particularly their front desk employee (Perla); shes certainly the best face they could have found to welcome old and new residents alike. The installations themselves do require a little more care, but for what youre paying, I think it is actually ok. Lastly, its location is very, very centric. Im very very pleased overall with the experience.

I’ve enjoyed living here ! Very affordable units , quiet complex everyone keeps to themselves . The office workers are kind , always willing to help with any issues I may have and maintenance has always offered speedy service ! Not often do you find a decent complex for these prices , so I think this place is definitely a steal of a deal.

The 4 stars is for Adriana the manager and her staff who are always helpful and do listen to any issues. Adriana has remedied the parking situation where I would come home after 9PM and there would be no parking for me, a resident, but the entire visitors parking was full! Id have to park out in the street in the dark. The -1 star is for the property which needs updating & cleaning. I dont see the cleaning lady much anymore. Id see her every morning. The back side of the apartment complex needs some attention as the grounds dont look as nice as the area up front.

I recently visited these apartments and was delighted. It is a very quiet property. The best part is how spacious the Apartments are. The price is very reasonable for current prices on the market. The team that assisted me was very friendly and prepared to direct all the information, there was no need to ask anything since they covered everything when we completed the tour. Definitely one of the best places I have visited.
