The staff here are the best! They did a Christmas party for the kids this past weekend. I took my 5 year old granddaughter and she had a blast. They wrote letters to Santa and today Patrisya dropped off a personalized letter for her from Santa. My granddaughter was beyond ecstatic! Talk about staff going above and beyond for their residents! Gilbert, Patrisya and the maintenance staff absolutely care about their residents and it shows.

I normally don’t do reviews, but I just moved to this apartment complex recently, And I got to say the staff is very professional and friendly. They are under new management from what I understand. I had Gilbert help me (Manager) and Taylor with getting me into a unit. They were very helpful and was a breeze to move in. The rent is real affordable that’s what made me move here. But very happy that they have a good staff and even the maintenance team Travis and Scott are some good guys! Definitely give this place a chance if you’re looking for an apartment.

Great management thoroughly enjoyed working with Gilbert and his team. Very professional and courteous. Lived there for a couple years. The place is really improving with this new management. Such friendly neighbors. Would definitely move back if my family and I move back to Texas.

I lived here the past 3 years and enjoyed my stay and time. Leasing office does a great job working with residents and issues promptly and with courtesy. Patricia and Gilbert are both super friendly and helpful. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay I recommend here.

The entire touring and application process was very smooth and welcoming. Our leasing rep, Patrisya, was very friendly and accommodating to our questions and concerns. She helped us tour the units we were interested in seeing and worked with us every step of the way when it came time to submit an application. I very much recommend working with Patrisya if youre interested in joining the Fossil Hill community.

Went in originally looking for a 3bedroom but unfortunately there were none available. Patrisya was still very helpful with offering to show me a townhome and gave me more information regarding prices and a tour! She was very welcoming and warm. What a great experience

I was met by their lovely receptionist Elsa who walked me through the quotation and application process and showed me around the facility pointing out the amenities and showing me the room layouts. As pleasant a first showing as one could ask for.

I moved in May to this property. It was a little rough at first because of a few maintenance issues. Someone also messed with my car, but that was the propertys fault. After I got settled in things started to get much better drew and Shannon are 100 percent on type of things. Im exited for whats to come. Loving it!

I am very impressed with the way Fossil Hill Apartments have made a turn around at 5700 N. Beach St. in Ft. Worth, Tx. 76137. Mary, the Office Manager has taken control and things are looking up. The surroundings are looking much better and she has gotten not one, but three Maintenance men to get our work orders done so we dont have to wait two or three weeks. Noemi, as always pleasant and works hard to help the residents whenever she can. Joe, Maintenance Supervisor seems to be doing his job well. I have put in three work orders and they have been completed immediately. I hope this continues into the future. Good luck to the staff. Ms. R.

I have to say that I love living here! The ladies in the office are phenomenal! When I moved in last year Naomi worked her magic to make it happen! My kids purposely ask to go check the mail just so we can stop in and see her and Mary (and Dru too)! Whenever I have a maintenance issue Joe is usually right on top of it!

Ive just came across the best management duo!Ms. Melissa- Shes the beautiful lady at the front desk with the wonderful communication skills. She was ready to answer any questions I had, a physical request or an informal one, she was on it!Ms. Denise- Our Lively New manager. Shes the tall lovely lady in the room. She will bend backwards to satisfy the residents here. She will be determined to help literally anyone with any problem and see through it until youre problem is solved.I love them!My experience with them was fun n productive.

I want to say that the staff at Fossil Hill -- Mary and Naomi have been a boon to myself and my family. I fell into hard times with being laid off back in January.They worked with me and kept the line of communication open, friendly, and honestly. I was finally able to get back on my feet last week as of this review.Truthfully, I am glad I had someone in my corner.If you want friendly, family driven staff that will go above and beyond for you -- look no further than Fossil Hill apartments.

I have lived here for the past year or so and I love it. My 3 kids love it. We love the staff, the pool is great on these super hot days and when its not as hot, my 3 beautiful kids (2 girls and 1 boy) love playing in the perfectly shaded playground area. Being a single parent I can see myself living here for as long as it takes to find a significant other. Heck, they should have a singles night for current residents to meet and mingle. Just my thoughts.

My family has been here since November 2020. Melissa bent over backwards to see that we got excepted after an error with our initial application. She always has a smile on her face. Denise communicated daily during the recent winter storm when some buildings were affected by broken pipes. This property is old, but communication is key. Overall, its quiet and friendly. We are happy here.

Best prices in the area. Ive been to alot of apartments in this area to shop pricing and value. This place is by far the best of both worlds. I have friends who live here so I took a tour. I couldnt believe how professional the office staff were. I believe it was Kaylee and Marianna? They were professional and caring. They took time to make me feel comfortable like I was at home! I was so impressed with this community that I had to take a look at Marinnas other property Sandshell at Fossil Creek. Dont go anywhere else. Youll be wasting your time and money.

Just moved back and I have a infestation of bugs. The person to paint the apartment just started I have to be out my old apartment tomorrow. And I can blink without a new bug popping up no joke at all. They did let me out my lease free of charge and returned my deposit. Even though I was not happy at least they did admit fault and let me move on.

I recently moved to the apartments with my daughter and it has been a lovely time. Melissa is a great person to work with and always brings a cheery personality to work, as well as the manager Denise. They are a wonderful management Duo and they do their utmost to make the residents as comfortable as possible. Maintenance is also top notch not a single complaint.
