    Ive been going on 5 years and for the most part I love my apartment. I know my neighbors and they know me. My problem is people with kids in a one bedroom. The running and jumping from the time they get home until they go to sleep is ridiculous. Residents that dont have children should not have to endure this. I really like the place I chose to call home but this just might be my last lease here.

    Moravia was the best! Very professional very nice and she dressed the roll. I APPLIED she accommodated me the next day & had an approval 2 days later- move in was a breeze she always was professional and kept in touch through out the whole process! Give this lady a RAISE I watched her lease 3 apartments today in a office by herself while checking everybody else needs- She is a great asset to this company and I can wait to see what Avenue5 has to offer- THANK YOU MORAVIA YOUR THE GOAT!!!!

    Moravia was my leasing agent she did a wonderful tour of the apartments and got all my paperwork ready for me. She explained very well the charges and the amenities of the community. She printed out all my paperwork for me and gave me copies. Great experience overall

    I have never lived in an apartment complex that gave me a donut and juice at the exit of the gate. That really made me feel special. Also the assistant manager Quin is the kindness person who really tries to help you get back on your feet. Everyone in the office is so very nice. I wish that everyone were just like them all. Thank you to the staff of Forty 200.

    Cheri, is definitely ANGEL!!! She was the one who called me asking what can they do for me to sign a new lease. I explain to her my ordeals I had in the past (3 months ago). Cheri, express her condolences for the problems I had with complex she was so understanding, pleasant with empathy. You dont get those kind of treatment now days she has a lots love and passion for the job that she does you can here it in her voice .She extended her hand through the whole process just aGENUINE PERSON!!!! Like I said you dont meet a person like her everyday she deserves 100+ STARS!!!! WELL JOB DONE!!!!!     I’ve lived here almost a year and haven’t had any problems. The office staff is always very nice, helpful and respectful. None of the ladies have ever come close to being disrespectful or mistreated me. They go out of their way to make sure tasks are taken care of, especially Mora💜!!! Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. My neighbors are kind, very considerate and friendly, but I really wish they would pick up after their pets when they take them outside. Otherwise, my stay has been a great and relaxing experience.

    I love living here. Its comfortable and people here are friendly. Maintenance is super quick with repairs. If you decide to move here please work with Mora. She is awesome! Mora extend her help at any time and always find a solution. Shes extremely patient and humble. My lease was up and I decided to stay and upgrade. I was so indecisive about the unit I wanted. I finally made a decision. Signed the lease to finalize my unit. I decided over night I wanted a different unit and she had no problem with switching my unit. Shes awesome, really!

    I have enjoyed living in this apartment complex for several years now. The staff is always helpful and if i need something fixed in my complex they always respond in a timely manner. The rate for my unit is very reasonable and my children enjoy the pool. Great access to the main highways that i use frequently. Forty-two hundred is a great place to reside with your family.

    These apartments arent in the greatest area, but dont let that fool you! These are refurbished and the office staff is great (Mora) ! She was very sincere and made the move very easy for me. They are gated and while I was there, I saw 2 cops patrolling the area for added security. Overall, I would rate them a 4, but you should come check them out yourself :)

    Great staff! I always see the maintenance guys driving around at seriously every time of the day, even though weve never had to call them. Lived here three months so far, we pay everything online. Super nice neighbors. A little pricey for the size of the apartment and location, but cant complain too much. No bugs.

    I’ve lived in these apartments for going on my fourth lease. The office staff have been nothing but amazing to me since day 1. Anytime I had a problem it was fixed very quickly! They maintain the property year around and I’m constantly seeing upgrades to recreational areas. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone.

    Such an amazing staff. MaryJane, the property manager, is very thoughtful, kind and you can tell she cares about the residents. Mora, the leasing agent, is extremely helpful and and really nice. The whole staff really takes care of their residents, which is rare these days.

    My name is Sallie Stratton and I just signed my 4th lease here at Forty 200, having thoroughly enjoyed my first 3 years. The staff is excellent, always caring, friendly, competent and responsive, as is maintenance. With such easy access to Highway 80, all the shopping or restaurants I could ever want are readily available. I have great neighbors and a wonderful place for daily walks around the basketball and volleyball courts. I feel very safe here. Amenities are great - swimming pools, playgrounds for the kids, a gym and exercise room; plus the staff is always planning some extra surprise and fun activity. I love the diversity of residents. My fireplace was a real selling feature for me. I thoroughly enjoy it all winter. Also love my balcony where I can enjoy colorful plants. Theres not anything I dislike about Forty 200. I see some negative reviews below about roaches. I had a problem when I first moved in coming from the apartment behind me. Unfortunately roaches come in on boxes, sacks, etc. in Texas all the time. But exterminators come in regularly and take care of the problem. Ive not had trouble in that regard at all. I would gladly recommend Forty 200 Apartments to anyone seeking a great place to live.

    The leasing agents and property management staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always on top of getting issues resolved as soon as possible. The property itself is located in a great location and has a lot to offer including a soccer field. I would highly recommend to someone looking for a nice spot to settle down in the Dallas/Mesquite area.

    I love the Groundskeeping Staff members!!! So friendly when coming by to pick up trash left by residents who are too lazy to walk their trash to the dumpster, leaving it outside their vehicles or dropping it before they go inside their apartments. Marco & Josh are awesome!!!

    I have moved here two months ago and it has been great! I haven’t had no problems at all with community or anything!There is some things that need fixing but Morita has been AMAZING! Any little problem that I have she is always there for me to fix it! I honestly do not know what this place would be without her!Thanks so much for you’re excellent customer service! Keep up the very hard work you do!

    I’m a current resident at forty200 and I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience in these apartments so far. The staff is awesome and maintenance is great! They stay in contact with the residents through text and email and always have raffles and contests, it’s a great little community to be apart of. ♥️

    When I first signed a lease here I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but after moving in a realized its a pretty nice complex. Ive been here 4 months now and Ive had no issues nor do I have any complaints. Its a nice quiet place to live.

There are no men, like our men in Forty200.Security is solid, and our Facilities are fantastic.
