    The Staff here is excellent, Very helpful, & friendless set the bar high. Karla & Elizabeth were awesome. We were able to complete the application process and the move-in very efficient and quickly. This has been one of the easiest move-in experiences I have ever had. Thank you! Once again.

    I had an amazing experience at Fort Branch. I was looking to move closer to my sister and her kids I went in and got a tour the day I walked in. I moved here from Wisconsin this year. The property is clean the office is neat and organized. The pool looks beautiful. I just moved in and I’m loving my apartment. Thankyou to the manager Elvia for making my application & move in process smooth for me. Check out their units I promise you won’t be disappointed and they have reasonable pricing for apartments in Austin.

    Apartment reviewIn the 3 years I have been here, I haven’t had to many bad experiences. My apartment is nice and I don’t really have complaints. There use to be a lot of bad stuff happening but they have cleaned it up a lot, they fixed the holes in the parking lot. So things have changed.Staff ReviewThe new staff is great here, Jennifer the new manager, is the best, very understanding and pleasant to talk to, always answers my questions and will assist with anything if I need it, Kayla the new asst manager is also wonderful and easy to talk to, very understanding and helpful, they also send messages to make sure everything is going ok in your apartment, out of the 3 years I have been here , I am finally having a good experience with the staff, I was going to move because I didn’t want to deal with the previous staff, they were rude and ignorant, but because of the new staff I will be signing a new lease, so thanks to the owner for hiring the new staff and adding new ways to assist when tenants are going through trying times. Thanks for the changes.

    This is for Ms. Jennifer.She is the first office to the left .. The manager of FortBranch apartments …Let tell you she is awesome .Yea everyone has there day … But Ms. Jennifer, is awesome she helped me so much Thanks for your help and patience with me. Cause when I was in the hospital couldn’t move .. Miss Jennifer said let me tell you let me help you do the emails and I guarantee you we can work this problem. How do you know she worked that problem out for me so I commend her I think Miss Jennifer so much she is a burst of sunshine. Let me tell you and when you have a problem she does come out there and she does make sure you are right. Everybody ain’t perfect and every day I can’t be sunshine But one thing I know,Miss Jennifer,You keep up the good work..Again Thanks so much for all you do an done….

    In the past Ive lived at apartments that were way much worse than this place. After settling down and making my apartment look nice inside, and getting to know my kool nieghbors and also how quick the maintenance people responded to fixing my A.C. I actually feel comfortable here. Im at peace. Plus I have easy quick access to highway here.

    I recently went to look at an apartment and the lady that helped me was amazing. I think her name was Kathy. She was so knowledgeable about the area and made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in the door. The apartments were nice. Im looking to relocate to Austin soon and Im really considering this complex to be my new home.

    I Love the way my Apartment Managers and Staff members treat me. They gave me hope when I had nothing. I recommend Fortbranch to anyone especially if you need a second chance. Leslie and Jennifer and Mr. Drake are hands down the best in Austin.
