My fiancé and I sign our lease Friday. The lady in the front office has been so nice and super helpful to us. We are more than excited and blessed to be moving into our new home. I just got to view it today, and can say I’m honestly speechless about it being so spacious and beautiful for a wonderful rate! We walked around the complex the day we turned everything in and the complex was quiet and peaceful (not to mention so pretty and cute!) Thank you so much for helping us move in to our soon to be home!!! ♥️

Love the environment here the staff is excellent! They are always there for whatever you may need. Great pricing for bigger apartments! If you are looking for a new apartment this is definitely the place to check out for sure!

Since new management no bad experience office managers are really patience and are doing their best to get the establishment in order.The landscaping has changed the whole look the outside area is now being cleaned up as well as Maintenance doing work around the complex to keep it nice the best of luck.

The new landscaping is beautiful and I am glad they are adding lots of lighting. I cant afford to live in some of the fancier places in town but Stratford has been a safe and affordbale option for my family.

Good option for UHV and VC students.Affordable apartments with friendly staff. Their maintenance crew is great and respond very quickly.

Very laid back place to call home,everything in my apartment works just great if we have any problems maintenance is very good at getting the problem worked on right away with no hesitation and always has a great attitude ....office staff is ok, kinda rude and kinda dont no much when u call to ask questions or a concern....They need help or nicer people in there js....but in all really no complaints to be made...my ex husband picked a decent place for our kids,they are happy thats all that matters 😊
