    I have lived here going on three years now . I am very pleased with the whole complex. The apartments grounds are always clean , there is no disturbances and very safe . The whole office staff and maintained staff are always welcoming , professional and nice . They take time to try and get to know everyone . I have never had an issue. Maintained always takes care of work orders in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe , quiet place to stay .

    I absolutely love my apartment it is so beautiful and it is more than I expected. I give it a 9 out of 10 because there are a few things that needs some attention and Im hoping that at some point soon that those things will be handled. I must say up on my arrival and signing my official paperwork I did feel very welcomed. Im not sure what the young ladys name is that assisted me with the long dark hair. She was not mean or rude but I honestly was not sure if she was as excited as I was about me being a new Resident at this location. Anyway I really look forward to being here and developing a repor with the ladies in the office because I think those things are very important and again I love my apartment, so far. Oh yeah there should definitely be more guests parking. I would hate for my sons car to get towed or for him not to be able to visit. Due to a lack of visitors parking.

    I still live here. To be honest there is nothing to say against the management. The girls here are intelligent, and they take care of business. Now, Ive had my share of run ins, calls or whatever, and have had professional talks with them. Man these girls are so down to earth. The apartments are actually very nice. Ive been here like 3 years. Im in IT. This apartment was perfect when I started remote to get closer to my mama. Family is everything. These apartments are awesome seriously. Anyone that has some personal agenda is usually incorrect. These apartments are nice. The management is down to earth. Even when I have to leave in a few I will Never have anything to say against these girls. God SpeedLove my home

    I have lived here for almost a year and have loved it. I enjoy my renovated unit. Amelia helped us last summer and made my first apartment move in a breeze. The new leasing consultant, Sydney, is so sweet and answers all my questions when needed. The only downside to living here is parking. Ask for a 2nd carport or garage at move in. It is hard to have guests over as there is limited guest parking.

    I really enjoy living here. It’s quiet and it being gated adds a sense of security. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues, but the minor ones were handled very fast.

    Maintenance guy was able to fix my front door locks in a timely manner without being disturbed. 100% efficient in responding to emergency situations. Kudos for effectively addressing these issues.

    Just moved out after staying for 2 years. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Maintenance was always quick. Nice, quiet community in a great school district. Lots of space and storage and a beautiful pool and hot tub. Nice park for little kids and great gym. Great place to call home!

    The staff at the Flats on Chapel were very polite, helpful, & efficient with my move in. Theyre open until 5:30 PM M-F & 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays, which is EXTREMELY convenient for those of us who work until 5 PM or later during the week. I was able to leave straight from work & meet with a staff member to receive my move in paperwork. She went over all of the rules and regulations, provided me with the amenities, & dos & donts of the complex. I had about 10 min or less of paperwork to sign, receive my keys, & be directed to my new apartment.On my way to my apartment, I had the privilege of meeting their courtesy officer, David, who helped me locate my new building.From filling out the application to walking into my new apartment, it has been an overall pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone who has assisted me in this process & I look forward to living here.

    We moved into Flats on Chapel about two months ago. We absolutely love the apartment and the staff are so helpful. Anytime we have a need or question they are happy to take care of it for us.

    I just want to say how I am happy to call Flats on Chapel home for my family and I!Management welcomed my family with open arms and treated us like family. We moved in 3 years ago in a 2 bedroom, which we loved very much. When my family grew, management took really good care of us to make sure our move to a 3 bedroom was an easy transition. I appreciate how they go above and beyond to show how much they really care for their tenants. I am overjoyed to have management be a part of my village and to be a part of theirs.I want to thank Ms. Peggy for providing us with a healthy and clean environment. I really appreciate her for really caring to keep us safe with all the illnesses that are surfacing these days.I also would like to thank the maintenance crew for going above and beyond to provide us with what we need to be comfortable in our homes and in our community.

    We had a little difficulty getting approved. Since we moved in though we have had great communication with office and maintenance. My only issue is the parking. Me and my girlfriend live in a 1 bedroom apartment and spend almost $2000 a month, but we are only given 1 parking pass, and 1 parking spot (that we cant share.) If we could get a parking addition with more visitor parking or give every resident a parking spot and pass. It would be a perfect place to live.

    Management is pretty great and the apartment is nice, but there is barely any guest parking. We have 2 vehicles and one gets a covered spot leaving minimal parking for the other. It’s incredibly frustrating, but otherwise it’s a decent place.

    We are extremely pleased with the entire experience of moving and transitioning from a home we lived in for 35 years to apartment living. We received a tremendous amount of support and care during our transition and great response when we needed repairs. The apartments are well kept and the area is quiet and secure. We look forward to a pleasant term of living here.

    Flats on chapel. Calling the name made me a big smile. While I and my kids were living for 1 year in many personal hardships, i can focus on it and havent any trouble with apt. It is because I experienced calm and warm neighborhood, professional staff, great security, and fancy exercise facilities. My kids called the place home, so do I. It was a perfect home for us!

    I have lived at Saddlebrook for two years and i have never had a bad experience. The pool is gorgeous and clean. I have used the hot tub many times and it is also clean. The landscaping around the property is beautiful. Apartments are very comfortable and well designed and maintenance requests are promptly responded to. They introduced parking permits fairly recently and I appreciate the new procedure because it has kept strangers from parking in my spot and has prevented nonresidents from wondering over to the pool. They have given ample notice that residents must have parking pass displayed. Overall, I highly recommend the complex, especially if you can get an apartment with a yard!

    Evan and the manager (sorry I forgot your name) are very professional. I was set to move in but there was an incident with a former employee who is no longer with the company. The manager was very apologetic and tried to accommodate me. I decided on a different property and they were understanding and refunded me my money. I want to note here that I never signed a lease and was able to get my money back. The neighborhood is quiet. I would recommend if you are interested in an apartment, I would consider giving them a chance. Its in a good neighborhood and one of the best school districts around Waco. I only gave 4 stars because the former employee I dealt with was horrible!

    This is a great place to live! I believe the current management walked into a hornets nest as previous company did not maintain the property. There were several things wrong with my apartment but were corrected expeditiously. I didnt have to continually call to get repairs done. Maintenance is friendly and know their business! Office staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly. Great amenities. Complex is quite and safe. I love living here and highly recommend it!

    Its not a bad place to live at all! My only big complaint would be the amount of wasps around the complex. Other than that the staff are amazing, maintenance is on top of any and all issues and the office is always friendly and helpful.

    I lived at Saddle Brook for 2 years. Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was excellent. My hot water heater starting leaking to point it was about to flood the apartment at midnight. I got a immediate response for help and the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend renting from this apartment complex.

    My family and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We LOVE the new management and the new renovations. We cant wait for the pool to open so we can start enjoying that. When we moved in it was under the old management, and there were some issues with move in. Things werent working, things were broken. It wasnt perfect like they guaranteed it to be. I know the new management is redoing the apartments, and I know they will make them look fantastic. The only thing I hate are these out dated blinds (again that is under old management)!

    Been here just a few weeks the complex is quiet , some of the appliances are not new which is fine they work - since moving in we have had a few maintenance requests which were fulfilled and so far so good ! No complaints I love my apartment because it’s spacious !

    I lived in my apartment for over 3 years before relocating to Ohio. I lived above the pool/hot tub area and it was wonderful. Like every apartment or house, things can break. They are amazing at getting things fixed right away. I highly recommend Saddlebrook West and if I ever return to Texas I know the first place I will call. Thanks again!

    This property is so beautiful! The grounds were clean and well manicured. The office was bright and inviting and the staff were all friendly and attentive. This is community is definitely in my top 3 choices for the Waco area.

    This is a great place to live. I love the management team. They are good to the tenants. They have made major improvements to the entire property. The manager, Rina, is good to the people and knows how to manage the property.

    We enjoy living here so much. They give Midway ISD employees a 3% discount monthly. They also have a referral program, so please mention my name if you decide to come check out this great , quite, safe apartment home complex they have 1, 2, 3 bedroom floor plans. Wonderful very large Pool, separate kids pool and playground, exercise room, clubhouse and pet park.

    My daughter and I have lived here almost a year WE love it here its very clean and has a very friendly staff and management is great Especially the manager Rina if you have a problem go to her and she will get it taken care and or fixed and prices are very reasonable Rina even takes the time to come drive through the complex on weekends and etc to make sure everything is ok so come check it out
