I am a resident at Mueller Place on Berkman Dr. New management Asset is without question the best I’ve dealt with. Ms Palacios is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with anything requested. David (new maintenance) keeps this property looking clean and presentable. I am very pleased with the recent changes. Y’all are doing it right!!

Whoa!! The online reviews do NOT reflect the new management and ownership!! I have been living here through the transition in ownership. Now, to be fair, the place needed the change. But, I shopped around and the size of the units for the price is VERY reasonable! Furthermore, the office and maintenance folks are freaking AMAZING now. Dallas, who runs the property and Guiermo, the head of maintenance, are everything you could want from a property management team! They are friendly, caring, responsive, and actively working on making the place better and better. In addition to all that, the new ownership is giving the place a much needed makeover. Starting with new roofs on all the buildings! So, my recommendation is to at least swing by and visit with Dallas!

Moved to this place about 4 months ago it had been through some serious changes and at times it was a little inconvenient but in all honestly I really enjoy living here. Staff is amazing. Yazmin is very courteous and prompt when dealing with my requests. Guillermo is great fixes things right the first time so I have no real complaints. I wish they where more plants on site or just greenery in general but all in all its turning around great.

Ive lived here for many months now. Ive had great experiences with the new management and maintenance staff. Its a bit of an older complex, which is why the rent/utilities are(relatively) low for Austin but any time Ive needed something taken care of, they are always expeditious. Ive had issues with rent being that I am a single mother. Dallas is so understanding and worked with me. Its alot of changes that were needed and it is alot better than it used to be, Parking can be inconvenient sometimes, but thats really the only issue Ive ever had. I have no complaints about this place i highly recommend Mueller place
