This is a very quiet and peaceful apartment complex. It has swimming pool and the people at the office are very courteous and helpful. It’s a very stress-free apartment complex and the gentleman that helped us out. His name is David Sosa. He’s very efficient prompt with all his paperwork, very helpful gentleman, come and visit this place

Loving my one bedroom apartment here at Fiona apartments. Thanks to Elliot Reyes for answering all my questions helping me make a smooth transition as i am a new texan resident. Elliot was very knowledgable of the property and he also communicated with me through the application process and move in. If youre an airport employee that needs housing close to the airport you should consider Fiona or if you just want to be central to everything in the DFW area check out Fiona. Ask for Elliot he’ll get you squared away in your new home.

I want to shout our Property Manager, Genesis, she provides exceptional customer service. She Addresses all our issues and concerns in a timely manner. The community is peaceful and clean. We’re renewing our lease here and moving to a bigger apartment. The maintenance staff is great, Leo and his partner are very helpful and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.

I lived there for 15 months, never had any big issue, everything worked just fine in my small unit. At the begging of my lease there was a roach infestation but it was taken care of and never saw any bugs wandering around. Its a small complex, so everything is small, the pool, the gym and theres only one grill. The staff was always helpful, specially Leo, Esmeralda, Genesis and Selina

I’m new to the complex and was having some issues. I just spoke with Genesis and it’s so refreshing to converse with management who listens and also assist with the issue at hand. I really do appreciate her and Heather for their patience and kindness to the tenants! Also the upgrades are really nice in the apartment and the bedroom is very spacious!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything but hey just want to say Arnita is the nicest most helpful Apt manager Ive ever encounter. I had questions about my move out date and lease contract and she explained to me what I needed, She went above and beyond to try to help me with my issue and didn’t work against me like other apartment complexes do most of the time. Now I’m thinking about renewing my lease just because of her!

This new manager we have now is incredible, mrs. Amy I really appreciate what you do for these apartments that no one has ever done. Anyone else says different about her there straight up lying.. But I see people here in this apartments just try to get rid of people til it’s the right kind that fits there’s needs. There’s always complaining about this managers for nothing, I see too many good managers leave for nothing. Hopefully this one stays for a long time. A lot hateful people here if I was unhappy with a place I would leave , so obviously people have personal feelings. But that’s another topic, so I been at other places and this is the place for me… Fiona my home.

Ms. Arnita Session was very professional. She addressed all of my concerns in the apartment hunting process. She was very positive and knowledgeable, she by far was the best manager I had met all day and her energy was great!! She made the my visit pleasant I will recommend this property to other people. We just moved in in October and I have to say I love it here! Amy the office manager is great! For Halloween a bounce house, mechanical bull and dinner was provided by the office. Our kids loved it! Excited to be here for many years to come!

As a resident at Fiona, of 3 lease terms and life changes during this time I have seen Managers come and go for many reasons. It had been terrible for a while, nothing was getting done, the Manager did not take any action on anything every.However a breath of fresh air has blown in from Heaven with Ms. Arnita.She is friendly, attentive, proactive, caring, and efficient. As someone who has been here for a while, I didnt really have alot of faith in office personnel... but that has changed.Arnita walks the property, engagement with tenants addresses concerns in a timely and professional manner. She is a gold medal Manager, and I know myself and many others pray she stays here for a very long time.Its was so nice having her stop by to follow-up on my requests.

This is a review not of the apartment so much but of Arnita! She works in the corporate office and came to fill in for the current office manager for a couple weeks.Our AC had been out for almost 2 weeks and the pool had been out of commission for as long as we’ve lived there (just under 10 months). The current manager Arijana has given excuses left and right as to why things couldn’t be fixed. Arnita came in and within a week our AC was fixed and the pool is now open.While I was understandably frustrated and fed up, she handled the situation flawlessly. She was professional, calm, understanding, efficient, and quick to act. I appreciated the way that she approached the situation empathetically, as if it were her AC that was out. I would 10/10 recommend working with her again.

Gotta say 👍🏽 To the maintenance! Ana rocks all the way! Staff is friendly as well, good area just wish ppl with dogs would be better at the barking all day/night don’t clean up after dog poop right in front of the lawn when you step outside can’t even walk on the grass to the sidewalk. When the office provides doggie bags to pick up some adults are just lazy!
