Kinnidi (Kennedy) contacted me right away to answer all of my questions and do a virtual tour with me. I appreciate the personable support. It’s definitely top of my list! I’ll be visiting the area and scheduling an official in-person tour in a few weeks.

From the start we loved the apartments, the front desk was very nice and did a good job at showing us different units. Kinnidi Briggs was mostly easy to access to answer all of our questions and made the process as easy as possible for us. The only negative remark was that there were some requirements that we had to rush to get done last minute and did make it a little bit hectic but overall the move in process has been great.

Even though I will be moving from out of town she was more than happy to show my sister the apartment and worked with me to make the leasing process as easy as possible. Today, my family and I toured Filament with Kinidi as our leasing agent, and I must say that the apartments are beautiful. They really took their time with the finishes on the property, i.e., the leasing office, club room, pool and the units itself. We will becoming back to tour for the final time come close to our move in date. Thank you, Kinidi, for taking the time to tour us and for being so informative about your property. Also, Im so sorry for almost taking off the barn door in the unit, lol.

Great apartment complex!! Tons of good amenities, for the most part, the community is great, and as far as I can tell it is reasonably well kept.BUT - There are a few issues I have attempted to reach the office staff about and no matter what I do I have been unable to even actually speak to one of them.1. Valet Trash - This was recently set up and for the most part it has been good but it’s a hit or miss.. Some days the company that does it will show up and do it, some days they won’t. Originally, before they set valet trash up with a company, maintenance would come and take it for you and quite honestly they did a better job than this company is doing. Not only that, but when you attempt to take your own trash to the dumpster, it is PACKED FULL of trash. At the moment, it’s at the point where the entry way to the dumpster is blocked because of all of it.2. As far as I have seen, there hasn’t been much regulation on pet owners. I personally own a dog and clean up after him every time I take him out, yet even though they say there is a $50 charge for not cleaning up after your pet, MULTIPLE people still never do - Which makes me think they are not regulating their own rules.3. Ease of contacting the office. Everyone I have spoken to in the office are incredibly sweet and when I have been able to reach them they have always been nice to me. But unfortunately, the phone system makes it difficult to reach them, and as far as I can tell emails don’t seem to reach them much either. At times, when attempting to call the office ( in office hours) I get transferred to the leasing center and then told that I need to call the office instead ( which i did in the first place…) It ends up being a whole runaround trying to reach them until I give up. There have also been times I have called and chosen the Calling as a resident option in their phone system and got sent to voicemail, but then I call back and choose the Calling to lease option and someone immediately picks up.All in all, this IS a great complex. I do recommend it, I just hope these issues get addressed. If they can I will happily take this review down and write a better one immediately.

The Filament is beautiful and provides a very comfortable environment as a new resident. It is a convenient distance to many stores. Emely was an amazing agent to work with and had all the right answers to our many questions. She made the application and move in process smooth and easy.

I am definitely looking forward to starting to live here. It is a beautiful place and a truly friendly staff. I knew I would live here from the first tour. I loved all the amenities that the complex contains and the apartments are beautiful!! It would have five stars from me. The only bad detail I can find is that you do not have access to more parking if you do not pay for a garage!!
