Super beautiful apartments that have an awesome new Manager. Mrs. Monica Molina is extremely personable and courteous. She has been the biggest asset to the Spanish speaking tenants who were unable to receive help. She has gone above and beyond to make a difference for the community and tenants. She is amazing and undoubtedly things are improving around here.

Aside from our neighbors being super messy and dirty( leaving all their trash and furniture in the courtyard), I truly enjoy living here. People complain about the roaches but by the way they leave their trash outside it’s no wonder they got bugs in their house. Our apartment is bug free! Anyway maintenance is great! If I put a work order in on Monday the problem will get fixed either that day or the next. Which is awesome considering they only have one maintenance person/grounds keeper! The office ladies are so nice, Karen was a pleasure to work with when the moving process first occurred. By no means are the apartments perfect but they are better than a lot of other places I’ve worked and lived at!

Such beautiful apartments, the manager Amelia was so helpful and profession so happy to have her as apartment management ! Best manager I’ve encountered !

Just moved here had hiccups with move in but Karen worked everything out few easy things they need to fix but Karen I will say is the best she understood the assignment and executed it. Will update if anything changes.

So much better thanks to the new owners. This place is getting totally redone, and it’s super safe for me and my kids. I’m thankful I found a place with such affordable rent right next to my kids school and my work.
