    My wife and I have lived here for 3 months now and we could not be any happier. The place is great, the amenities are awesome, the location is perfect, the units are nice but the best part about this place is, are the maintenance crew that take care of the place. Matt, Ruben and other guys really take care of the place and help when you need them. I don’t have a lot of issues but when I do, they are prompt and professional. The office gals are helpful as well.My one complaint has nothing to do with the company or employees. There are some a-hole neighbors that are animals. They don’t pick up after their dogs and leave the common areas a mess after they use them. No respect for where they live or their neighbors. Again, This has nothing to do with the team here because they do their best to clean up and keep up with the complex.I will always recommend living here. Just be good neighbors and pick up after yourself.

    I am so impressed with this complex. My move in process was a breeze, thanks to Micah! Any work orders I have are done within 24-48 hours. All the maintenance staff are super kind and the grounds are kept up very well. It is also nice to be so close to so many things (target, sprouts, etc). I couldnt recommend this place enough!

    I have lived at the Fieldhouse apartments since July of 2024. The Fieldhouse apartments management team and the maintenance team are wonderful. Whenever I need anything they are very helpful, professional and kind.

    I love living here. I have been here since September. The complex is clean and well kept. The maintenance guys are great and they respond quickly. Anthony was a huge help during my leasing process and the property mgr Mallory is always nice on the phone and quick to assist. It is pretty darn quiet here, I RARELY hear any neighbor noise. I love that they have security driving around every night. I feel super safe! All of my neighbors are really cool and the location is great. Other people have mentioned parking issues but I have never had an issue finding parking right in front of my building or using the app to make sure my car and my guests are permitted!

    Leasing here has been an ease! Beautiful apartments, Giselle has made the process so easy and smooth. Ruben, our maintenance man is super prompt when you have issues and extremely professional to work with. I’ve been here 6 months and no complaints! Thank you team for being awesome!

    Ive been living here for about two weeks now.The move in process was very smooth! The leasing office and maintenance are wonderful. Ive called in a few things to look at / questions and Matt (maintenance) is so patient with me.There is still a little construction on the property, but honestly it hasnt been that bad to live next to. A bit of noise, mostly before noon - I work from home and dont feel distracted.The units are gorgeous! And, my legs are getting used to going up the stairs again. Overally, really enjoying the peaceful community so far. :)

    We have been living in this beautiful and amazing apartment for about six months now and we are loving every minute of it. They have everything you can imagine. The community has Lots is places to shop, eats and just take a nice walk around the area.     Ruben the maintenance man is amazing! I’ve lived in several apartment buildings and this is the first I’ve seen with the cleanest pool and hot tub. He does an excellent job at keeping everything in order and working properly. Thank you!

    We have had nothing but positive experiences since we moved in! Mallory and the office staff have all been extremely helpful and Matt and the maintenance team are top notch!! I appreciate the quick snow and ice removal with the recent storms weve had. I would recommend Fieldhouse Apartments any day!

    My experience at fieldhouse has been so great. Gisselle went above and beyond from the very begining. She has the most positive actitude and is so attentive. After my move in she kept being responsive and attentive and made sure eveything with my move went well. If you decide to lease make sure to go with Gisselle.

    I love this place. We have lived in Fieldhouse for almost a year and they are super friendly and always attentive to solving all kinds of problems. Thanks to Gisselle who helped us with everything from the beginning. It also helped us a lot that he spoke Spanish! Gisselle we love you 🫶🏼
