I absolutely love these apartments the service is amazing and the people are so helpful and kind Kia in the front office is such a doll so helpful especially with finding apartments! And the maintenance crew is always on point Christopher is very kind and helpful and makes sure the job gets done and doesn’t leave until you are satisfied! As well as Philip they are a great crew I’d give these apartments a 10/10 every time ! Such great people making sure you have a great experience!

Out of all the apartments I’ve experienced I’d have to say this one has been the greatest. Kia in the office is wonderful & very professional. I don’t ever have to worry about maintenance issues because Christopher is always there to help. He makes sure he does the job right the first time & is always SO respectful during any interactions with him. I didn’t get the name of the other maintenance guy but he’s also very responsive and respectful. I wish I could give this place more stars! Thank you guys for all that you do!

Before I even submitted my application, a woman named Miss Kia welcomed me to the apartments and immediately offered the sense of community Id been missing.She was a well-dressed professional and very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know.The process was smooth, and she took the time to share the history of the place I was moving into.Located in one of the friendlier parts of Austin, this was the perfect spot for someone like me, balancing a full-time job with additional part-time work.She offered me coffee and water, and when I had trouble finding a working computer, she graciously let me use the one in the office to complete my application.Miss Kia offers that Austin vibe which was once everywhere in the city.The apartment itself is just as pleasant as she is!The floors are nice and the countertops are in great condition.I can easily see myself here for years to come, in this quiet community.Excellence in Action!

The apartments are nice on the inside. The location is great right next to HEB so that’s a plus. The apartments are well kept and clean. I did a tour with Kia and she was super professional and knowledgeable. Definitely putting in my application today. Very Mindful, Very Demure structure.

Love everything about this place, but the people are my favorites!Staff is just amazing. Respectful, helpful, friendly.... take action right away when you ask for anything and are always in a great mood.

No longer Fashionaire. Now its North Loop Villas. Sign has yet to be posted and the correct address is 1407 not 1405. This is my 5th lease and 3rd property with this Mgmt company. I love this place! Remodeled! Super cool neighbors too! Good luck getting an apt here though. They go quick if anyone ever moves out!!

I lived there in the late 70s. Long time ago. It was a wonderful place to live at. Great location too. The guy that managed on site was Doug. Wonder if hes anywhere to be found.
