    As a new tenant who just moved in today, I give this place a five-star recommendation! There are three reasons:I want to the amazing staff Gisela, Stephanie, and Madonna for always helping me and taking good care of me in the office.First, the location is excellent. Shopping is convenient, and daily life is easy with HEB and Kroger nearby, and Costco not far away.Second, the apartment complex has complete amenities, including a swimming pool and gym, and the public areas are also clean and tidy.Third and most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly, patient, and attentive. I am very grateful for everything they have done. Especially the manager, Madonna, who provided me with great help during the move-in process, such as signing the lease and setting up utilities. She is kind and approachable, and weve had a very pleasant interaction.In short, I believe living here will be a very happy and enjoyable experience!

    I recently moved into Fairfield Ranch Apartments, and the experience was outstanding from touring to moving in! The staff, Stephanie and Giselle were warm and welcoming, but Stephanie Cruz truly stood out with her exceptional assistance. From the moment I walked in, Stephanie was friendly, professional, and ready to answer all my questions. She provided a detailed tour of the property, showcasing the amenities and the various floor plans I was interested in. Stephanie made sure I had a clear picture of what to expect. Stephanie was also patient and thorough, addressing every concern I had—whether it was about apartment lifestyle (this is my first apartment), to lease terms and parking. Her knowledge of the area and the property gave me confidence in my decision. The application and move-in process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to Stephanie’s guidance. She walked me through every step, and followed up to ensure everything was on track. Overall, my experience with Fairfield Ranch Apartments has been great, and Stephanie’s assistance made all the difference.

    I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Fairfield Ranch. The management team and Madonna have been exceptional; they’re always willing to work with residents and address any concerns promptly. The property is quiet and peaceful, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community. The complex regularly hosts events like food trucks and holiday contests, which really bring everyone together.     I dont leave reviews for very many places. I have to feel very strongly to do it--and this time, its all positive feelings. I lived in an apartment at Fairfield Ranch for 2 years. I wish I couldve stayed! Bottom line: Highly recommended! 5 starsWhen I moved in, it was a very long distance move for me. I wasnt able to even visit the property before I arrived to move in, so I was really nervous. Its stressful coming in with no real idea of what I would find. The staff members were amazing, though, and went above and beyond. They even measured the closet for me one day when I got worried about storage space! (I was downsizing, so that was a whole other source of stress--how much did I need to downsize?? By the way, the closet was very spacious!)The apartment ended up being the most beautiful one Ive rented so far!Throughout my initial move, the office staff were there for me to answer every question and help me solve any problems. When I arrived, the apartment was gorgeous--nearly perfect condition. I was very comfortable the whole time I lived there. The office staff were great, very communicative, and kind. Maintenance was very helpful and timely.The only time I remember complaining about anything was about noise - I was hearing very loud music throughout the day and late into the night. The office staff called the neighbors to ask about it, and after a couple complaints, it never happened again. I was really impressed with the way the staff followed up on this!If youre thinking about renting here, I recommend adding a covered parking space to your lease. They have garages and little storage units you can add on, too. Theres also an entry gate, which you can open remotely for visitors or delivery folks. I really liked that, and it was very easy to use. The complex is well lit at night, too!When I moved out, I patched the nail holes in the walls and lightly cleaned up, but didnt have time to do a thorough cleaning. When I received my deposit refund, I think it was very fair! Sometimes places nickel and dime you, but I didnt feel that way about Fairfield Ranch.Its close to the outlets, lots of shopping and restaurants, highway 290, etc. You can even take a quick walk to HEB, or a slightly longer walk to Kroger or other nearby stores.If any of my friends want to move to Cypress, Ill definitely suggest they check out Fairfield Ranch!

    I highly Fairfield Ranch Apartments. Nice and quiet neighborhood, great amenities, and walking distances to grocery store and restaurants. The apartment was super super clean (new paint, new carpet, I give a A++ there were no bugs, no spider webs, no weird smell). No complaints at all!Stephanie went far and beyond to help me with my move-in process. She was able to find me a great deal and what best fit my preferences with my budget. She was very professional, honest, patient, friendly, and even after we move in she kept the same positive attitude and checked in. The best apartment leasing agent I ever met…..5 stars!!!!!! She made me feel at home before I even moved in. If you visit definitely ask for Stephanie you won’t be disappointed.

    Fairfield Ranch Apartments are nice and quiet! With a great neighborhood, great amenities, and walking distances to grocery store and restaurants.     When I first visited Fairfield Ranch Apartments, I was in the beginning of a nasty divorce and highly stressed. Stephanie Cruz talked me down from my ledge (several times) and took her time explaining every question I had in comprehensive detail (also several times). She was very sensitive to my situation and made me feel both at ease and welcome.Stephanie answers all questions and resolves any issue with lightning speed. Shes been very helpful in advocating for me in certain situations. Had it not been for her, I might have had a pretty rough transition from house life to apartment life.The value that you get for your money at Fairfield Ranch Apartments is nearly unparalleled. I was able to find the least expensive two bedroom apartment zoned to Cy-Fair schools and the list of standard features is extremely long. Full size appliances in each apartment is a major plus. The complex has a very nice gym and beautiful pool/outdoor rec area.I couldnt be happier with my decision to move to Fairfield Ranch Apartments, especially with Stephanie working there. Im extremely grateful to her for all she has done to help me!

    The complex is really clean, you will love their pool area, it is extremely clean, hot days are here to stay for little longer, and if you are feeling stressed, Dive in and let the water take over, relax and repeat. All the complex it is well lit at night, you will not have to worry if you want to take a walk with your dog. If youre thinking about renting here, I recommend adding a covered parking space to your lease. They have garages and storage units you can add on. Lets be honest sometimes we really need that extra storage space for office things, seasonal decorations, etc. I recommend you add a storage unit. Once you walk in the apartment, you will see for yourself that they are beautiful, make this place your cozy home. Their office staff are kind and helpful. Treat them with respect.Its really close to Houston Premium Outlets, restaurants, CUT! by Cinemark Cypress a Dine-in Theatre, very close to highway 290, etc. You can even take a quick walk to a grocery store. You will love living here!! Highly recommended!

    These apartments are so wonderful. From the beginning of my apartment search journey to the end Stephane has been nothing but a pleasure. She is so nice and sweet.     I have now lived at Fairfield Ranch Apartments for six years. Having been here since 2018, I frankly cannot imagine wanting to reside anyplace else but at this address. Currently, in the rental office, there are friendly, capable staff members like Stephanie Cruz. In addition to helping with any and every issue I might come to the front office with, Stephanie is a joy to speak to. In addition, she never lets the sun go down without carving out a solution to any housing challenge that I may come to her with. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking a comfortable niche to live. One that is centrally located to so much, and once youve been here a while, a place that becomes the center of your world.

    I moved to Fairfield Ranch in July of 2020 and just renewed my lease again. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the office. I love that the staff has been consistently the same during the time I have lived here. Every time I have spoken to Ms.Madonna, Candise, and Breanna, they have been so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff has always been helpful as well. I have spoken with Mrs. Madonna multiple times and she is always so helpful and has always taken action to return my call promptly, provide information if needed and give assistance. I love my apartment and the location is great. Most of my neighbors in my building have been the same since I moved in, so we are all continuing to renew year after year. That alone should tell you all you need to know. I will say the only challenge I’ve had has been with parking and nonresidents not parking in guest parking but I know that the office has been working on rectifying this situation with a tow company I believe.

    I’ve called Fairfield home for almost 5 years now! I am still really enjoying my place. I miss the activities they used to do in the clubhouse for residents before Covid, I wish those would come back, and the parking can be a hit or miss, but the neighbors are friendly, the pool is clean, the landscaping is really nice too. I love seeing all the flowers! Madonna is always so friendly when I see her in the office and her as well as her team always take my concerns or complaints seriously and act quickly.     Ive been a resident at FR Apartments for almost 2 years. Miss Madonna and her team in the front office have been wonderful. I never wait more than 24 hours for a service request, you can easily make your rent payments online from an app, the property is clean and beautiful with all friendly neighbors, pool is sparkling clean all year around... I cannot say enough wonderful things from the maintenance and staff here. I look forward to staying here for quite some time!

    Really enjoy staying here. Our home flooded during the Harvey Hurricane and Fairfield Ranch Apartments have been a lifesaver!! Very nice property and in a great location. Everything is so convenient. If youre not familiar with the Cypress area, well let me tell you - Fairfield rocks!! My wife and I are excited about moving back to our house when it is finished, but honestly we are going to miss living here. Everyone is so nice, and we have felt very comfortable during our stay. The office staff is so helpful & professional and the manager is always available to answer any of our questions and help us in any way. I had to call for maintenance help a couple of times and they were quick to respond and take care of my issues. What a great team and they all seem to work together so well.I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home or a permanent place of residence.

    We have lived here almost two years and we hope to live here for a third year. The apartments are great. Quick maintenance whenever you need it. Madonna is very sweet. My wife had back surgery last year and we were in a real bad place for a few months but she always called to see how she was and would always ask how she was when I’d bring the rent check in. She really is like our “apartment mom”. I definitely recommend these apartments.

    I lived at the Fairfield Ranch Apartments for a brief time. My apartment was a great size and i loved it! Due to an opportunity out of state, I had to move. I appreciated the support and promptness of anything I needed from the staff. The property managers, Madonna and Candace were fantastic! I also received friendly and courteous customer service whenever I needed to come to the office. I also loved that this site is conveniently located around the outlet mall, places to dine, schools and so much more.

    I love these apartments. I moved in Sept 2018, and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The grounds are clean, I feel safe. The location in great! The office staff is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. My favorite (always cheerful) face too see is MADONA! I cant say enough great things about her. She treats me like a member of the family, and really MAKES this place a home.

    We have been living here for a year and it has been great. Very family oriented and they just hosted a halloween themed fall festival this past weekend which my girls loved.     Awesome place to live!! Very nice activity area with pool table, huge sitting area, nice pool. Garages & storage buildings are a plus. Manager & staff are super friendly & helpful. I called for service and the maintenance guy came over right away. The Manager, Heather has been very helpful and accommodating, answering all of my questions and providing what I needed for a pleasant stay. I really love that the security gate comes with a remote control & you dont have to stop & put a code in for it to open. Great location too - everything is convenient. I highly recommend this property if youre looking for a nice and quiet place to stay.

    These apartments and residential amenities are outstanding. I had a wonderful experience while visiting colleagues that live on property. The manager Madonna was outstanding.     I moved into my apartment in Jan. 2015. This is my 4th year here. I cannot believe the reviews I have read and as my experience has been so different. I have truly enjoyed all my time here. I agree that things went down a little before Adara purchased the property. But I would like to say how happy I am that the management brought in a new manager Madonna. She is out in the field working with her employees not sitting on her MANAGER throne like the previous one. Madonna is working hard to bring the property back to its pristine appearance and our location is one of the best!!!! Repairs are attended to as soon as made and I couldnt be happier!!!Would recommend to all!!!!!

    This is a great place if you are looking for a apartment complex that is pet friendly. There are several different kinds of dogs here with very considerate owners. Haven’t had an issues within 7 months into living here. The ladies in the office are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions.     I just moved in but the staff and the management team have been absolutely wonderful. They were very forthcoming of the policies, special circumstances and the renting process. I favor this property because the competition down the street never got back to me or tried to help. However, Fairfield has been professional, helpful, and friendly. I am only leasing for a short term until my house is build but so far its been a very pleasant experience.

    I can not say enough about how great of an experience my family and I have had at Fairfield Ranch! I could not have asked for a better maintenance team or office staff! The maintenance guys were all so friendly and very responsive to any issues or needs we had in a very timely manner. We never had to wait for anything. Ever. Not one time. That is very rare to say about apartment complexes, and it is absolutely the truth! I can not say enough how awesome Candise is!! She is the Assistant Community Manager and is every bit phenomenal! She sets a standard that any company should want their employees to meet or even come close to meeting! She is so professional, thoughtful and genuine! She takes such pride in her work and that is absolutely evident in everything she does! If we ever needed anything or had any questions, Candise would answer us so quickly and her information was always correct! When my son told her it was his birthday, she made him feel so special! She didn’t have to do that. But she did because she cares. The apartments themselves are gorgeous! The closet space is on point, the countertops are so beautiful, the carpet is clean (I’m picky about carpet and there was no stains or any discoloration at all), there is so much cabinet space in the kitchen, and the bathrooms have so much storage! These apartments are the nicest, most well kept apartments I have ever lived in! And not to mention, the convenience of everything! H‑E‑B is right behind the apartments. You can literally walk to it! Lupe Tortilla? Right behind it! You can walk there too and not have to worry about finding a parking spot there! Don’t want to cook on a Friday night, or any night really, Little Ceasers is right across the street. Everything you could possibly need is within 2 miles of the apartment! The school district is the best in the state of Texas! So if anyone were to ask me should they live in these apartments, my answer, without hesitation, would be an absolute YES!!! I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else!! Any expectations people may have will be absolutely met and surpassed on all aspects!

    I have lived at this property for three years & am very sad to say I am parting ways due to a work relocation. No complex is perfect, but I have genuinely enjoyed my time here.PROS: Very clean, quiet, and that walkthrough gate to HEB is something I brag about on the regular. It is seriously the most convenient thing I have ever experienced. Now there is a Lupe Tortilla through that same gate! The apartments are nicely laid out, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, the works. Madonna and her team are the BEST.CONS: Ive lived in two units here and in both I have noticed the same issues. Mold tends to grow quickly. Im not really sure why, its not an issue Ive had before... but I just make sure to clean regularly and its taken care of. I have seen some roaches from time to time, the spiders are pretty bad. Kind of the nature of the area, though. Parking is a pain after 6 in weekdays.Like I said, no complex is perfect, but I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it.

    Since new management consumed the ownership to Fairfield Ranch Apartments, I have been pleased with management such as Mrs. Madonna (Manager) and Ms. Kandice (Asst. Manager). The both of them are great with paying attention to residence and resolving any concerns or issues. Mrs. Madonna continues to build a great relationship with each resident by coming out of her office to greet each person that walks through the doors whether it is a resident or nonresident. Also, I know that there were comments with issues that are beyond her control like fees and building structure which those concerns must be addressed to the new owners of this property community- Adara Living. I know for a fact that they do not have control over the fees that are assessed as I had to address concerns beyond Mrs. Madonnas control. For those who are looking for a spacious apartment youll find it here. As a resident here for 4 years myself and my family can say out of all of the property managers placed here, Mrs. Madonna is well suited for this property and displays quality customer service.Thank you Fairlfield Team!

    Wonderful property, wonderful office team! Blessing to have had them thank you Brianna, Candace and Madonna ! Only downfall about this apartment is if you come past 6pm you wont have good parking so its best to pay for a guaranteed spot. Apartment in a wonderful area with the Houston Premium Outlet Mall is 2 lights away ! Literally 2! You have several popular fast food restaurants, regular shopping strips, amazing restaurants and even a walk through gate to get the grocery store (H-E-B). They also have a Kroger around the corner and gas stations on both ends of the mall! Grand parkway only 4 minutes away and 290 right outside the gate. The apartments are very quiet and friendly, everythings within walking distance and within the apartment you literally forget that you even live in an apartment thats how good the vibes are and soundproof the apartment is lol. If you are looking for your dream apartment this is the one, they have everything that you could imagine, garden tubs, deep sinks, walk-in closets , open kitchen space and more!

    Absolutely love this place! The manager and staff are very friendly and professional. I know I can call and will receive a prompt response. My toddler loves to walk around the complex and go in the office to visit with the ladies. My husband and I moved from a one bedroom to two in this same community.     Great apartments! Courteous to military! 5 minute walk from the grocery store and across the street from drug store, emergency clinic, and several restaurants and cafes. The community is awesome, has an amazing salt water pool. The staff is always helpful and kind. They also plan community activities on a monthly basis. If you want more than just an apartment, this is the place!

    I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Not only is it within walking distance to everything you need, but the Manager is an absolute sweetheart! Maintenace requests are always attended to promptly, which again speaks volumes about management and the other front office staff. Ive lived in a number of apartment complexes around Houston, but by far this place has been the best. I have never had an email or question go unanswered or a phone call unreturned. For example, there was one day where I called the office prior to business hours unknowingly, however, I was extremely shocked to receive a phone call back an hour later even though I never left a message. That is what you call going the extra mile! If you are looking for a place to call home in Fairfield, then Fairfield Ranch is the way to go and you instantly realize that once you step in the leasing office and you are greated by the warm, welcoming staff.

    I have lived at Fairfield Ranch Apartments for a year and, I absolutely love it here! Madonna, Candise and Brianna are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to answer questions or address any problems. They notify me when I have a package delivered to the office and, sometimes, bring to my apartment! These apartments are well-maintained and management is on top of making sure rules are enforced! They email residents on property updates or any revelant news. Everything you need is close. There is a Kroger and H.E.B. within walking distance. Shop at The Premium Outlet Mall, Kirklands, Academy, Old Navy, Ulta, Bath & Body Works and others. Plenty of eating places and drugstores. Lease your apartment at Fairfield Ranch Apartments!!     I went a tour recently , i was 100% sold, location was great, literally walking distance to the Outlet mall, the community was beyond beautiful, well kept, quiet etc had everything i was looking for BUT wow the hidden fees blew me away!I have a beautiful apartment in the inner LOOP area which is already expected to be pricy and these are wayyyy above price point for this area which is still growing ... i would stay where i am but work in Jersey Village and want something closer to work for my commute.Be prepared to come out of pocket for the initial move in fees . The leasing agent was so sweet but i felt bad for the tough job of trying to get prospectives to sign up she tried and was really good ! Honestly you can find same quality for less in the area Im going to keep looking. I appreciate the service i received.One recommendation is give people the bottomline cost , the quote was great but what threw me off was the security deposit said 0.00 but “ you will know what that amount is when you move in” i dont like surprised , i need all the fees laid out before even wasting my time applying.For that reason i had to rate you all a 4!Very lovely property however!

    I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. The complex its self is always kept clean and promoting the residents to be a part of the holidays with activities, for children and adults, in the office area.     Loved this place! Definitely a really up kept and beautiful community. Candise definitely helped me out and was always there when needed. The other staff, like Brianna, were also a big help! This complex also has great amenities that are literally around the corner and has an access gate to get to the HEB next to it. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know. Thank you!

    Ive lived here almost 2 years now, and if there is one thing I can say, it is that they have probably the best maintenance system I have ever experienced! I have had to log several issues, some being minor, and others serious. They treat each as though they are all serious. Who else does that?From needing a replacement lightbulb in the kitchen to a potentially dangerous breaker tripping, John and the gang jump right on it and handle it very quickly. The longest I think I have had to wait for an issue to be resolved has been 2 days, and that was for a light bulb, which they had to order.That breaker I spoke of earlier could have been fire hazard, and they took care of that as though it was their own home...thats what I call fast! Instead of coming up with possibilities, they completely checked everything, replaced not only the breaker, but the socket as well...then tested it all out to ensure everything was safe.If theres an issue, it is handled quickly and professionally...thats just plain ole good business!
