Have been grateful living in this location for several years. Good location. Fairly reasonable rent. Several of the maintenance workers over the years have been attentive in getting work orders completed. Friendly neighbors. Overall, has been a good experience living here.

I toured here today and Ms. Irma was an amazing tour guide. She provided me with all the information that I would need to complete the application process. She was knowledgeable, outgoing, and welcoming. After touring the unit, she made sure to provide me with all the unit and fee information to help when completing the online app. The property is nicely tucked away, you could say it is a hidden gem, the grounds were nicely manicured and overall inviting. We enjoy the friendly neighbors, the proximity to downtown Dallas and close to excellent private schools. Its an ideal location for us as we moved here from out of state and are getting familiar with the city.

Whenever I come to visit my friend I cant help but love the peaceful and calm energy that seems to flow all over. The neighborhood is very safe but if you have any doubts this place is like fort Knox. I dont live here but sure wish I did.

We moved here just a little over a month and a 1/2 ago and so far it’s been wonderful. We had a few hiccups but Marissa and Daniel were immediately right on top of it. Our neighbors are very sweet and there are even some familiar faces (from our old place) Our new space is very roomy and the complex itself is quiet. Looking forward to laying out by the pool when I get some free time.

I’ve lived here for a few years and have seen change in management but our new manager Marissa is the best over all! I came to her with concerns I had and she listened to me and helped resolve them.Our maintenance Daniel is the best, I always see him cleaning up around our apartment every morning!

My son and I have both lived here for several years, separate units, he’s actually been here for over 20 years and talked me into getting a unit here as well. We love Fairfax, it is a very nice and quiet place to live, and wonderfully located near so many things we frequent. They just came under new management, and have a new property manager named Yuri who is fantastic and very attentive. She clearly cares about our concerns and takes care of any issues without delay. I am actually about to move into a larger unit and she has been extremely helpful in the process. This apartment complex has great aesthetics and stylish landscaping, and the pricing is just right. Really enjoy living here!

So far so good and Ive only been there for 2 months. Its quiet, parking lot isnt overflowing and theres security gates on the inside adding another layer of protection. The rooms are huge and its a perfect location for me near hospital district. I could go on because I love writing, but just go see for yourself.

I have lived in this community for over 2 years and the new management company has been doing a wonderful job. Yuri the manager has always been very nice and is always willing to help me. Juan the maintenance is very fast and very good at job .

Fairfax recently had a change in management and I cannot express how amazing the new manager Yuri has been in addressing all of our concerns and making sure we’re all getting our maintenance issues fixed. Yuri and the new maintenance make a great team and they’re so friendly and knowledgeable about what’s going on in our community. I’m so happy that Fairfax apartments is in great hands now!

I have lived here off and on for (I believe) almost two decades. In that time Ive lived in four different units, five if you count the one I just moved back into. Theyve always been very accommodating and patient with me, and responsive to my needs. The current manager, Elizabeth Reyna, is nothing short of phenomenal and has been a life saver during the hot months Ive been trying to move in, and very patient considering my erratic work schedule. She is charming, friendly, helpful and understanding... and she has a wonderful staff working with her as well. Shes also good at weeding out any potential bad tenants to keep the complex safe. The complex is older, but it gives it a quaint quality, and things are usually pretty quiet around here, which is nice. The landscaping is fantastic, beautiful foliage all around. Honestly, as long as Ive been here, I cant imagine wanting to live anywhere else in Dallas. The location is perfect too, everything I could possibly want is close by. I recently talked my mother into getting a unit here as well, and she loves it. We are both VERY happy here.

I went in looking for an apartment for me and my son, and let me just start off by saying that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest person in the office, told me her name was yuri that she would be helping me out but she did more then that she was berry professional and friendly getting me the rates of the units she had available. Def will be coming back once my lease is over

Walter, did good in cleaning the pipe that was leaking debris under the kitchen sink. My order was placed within two days. Walter showed up and took care of the problem by explaining what he would do first before ordering a new part. Great work Walter!

This is a beautiful place to live. Yes, it is not a brand new Apartment complex. However,it has all the right stuff one needs. Maintenance is fast and very efficient. The Manager, Elizabeth, is very professional and gets along very well with her tenants.
