    I enjoy living here. Every since Cassandra became our new property management we have had communication as in news letters and emails informing us as to what we need to do. We also have been having awesome events. If we need help she is there for us.Cassandra is the best manager .

    I’m happy to say I’m very happy to be a resident at fair park park apt. The management is awesome! Bunmi is the best manager I’ve ever meet. She makes sure the apts is well keep, she makes sure residents are respectful . Sense she been here there have been a lot of changes that was made for the good. All of the bad residents that didn’t abide by the rules of the apt was addressed. She make sure the residents is very protected, I give her kudos for being an awesome!     I lived at the Fair park apartment for 3 years and it’s been great management and maintenance have been great especially Mrs Bunmi who has been amazing making sure things are done correctly and making sure you are safe she is definitely an “Angel”. Luis with maintenance is great keeping up with all your repairs and keeping the grounds clean. THANK YOU, YOU BOTH FORALL YALL HAVE DONE !!!!

    Came to the office I felt like at home she welcomed me with open heart Ms.B is amazing she will work with you. I will recommend everyone to this apartment.. Office is clean apartment looks clean. Can’t wait to move in !!! I would give this apartment thousand Stars if I can !!!

    Lived here for 5 years. After Mrs. Bumni took over the property has changed for the better drastically! She is always in the office to answer the phones and maintenance is at my door within 24 hrs after submitting request. Complaints are being handled immediately which I appreciate!Thank you for everything Mrs. B!❤️

    My believe was low income apartments as nothing to offer but when I visited fair park apt today the manager gave me a different and wonderful idea that as really changed my mind and answered all my questions and I believe the way this property is going as Ms b said is going to be the best, which I believe because Fair park apt as really change for the best.     My apt at Fair Park was great. Management at that time was real rude. I lived there starting in 2000 and moved in 2004. But if you need a place to live and dont mind housing this is the place to live. I would move back real quick.
