    I’ve lived at Everlee for 6 years and have seen the good and bad. Clearly the good outweighs the minor bad things for me.I love the staff, they deal with a lot and do their best to find solutions, that includes the maintenance team!Recently, they have really invested in improving our community. I love it!

    I’ve read the reviews too… I think every place gonna have someone mad about something. Because The front office ladies, Michelle and Danielle are both phenomenal. They made the entire process so easy and I had legit several questions. Even well after move in, they’ve been there to help. The apartment itself is just like the online tour, it’s a great place to live. I haven’t experienced any of the negatives I read about

    Well, this an update to my previous review.I am a 4 year resident, so there must be some appeal to staying here.The amenities are nice. I love the saltwater pool, and during the week, when school is in, its like having a private resort.Michelle and Jessica do a very good job of addressing concerns and answering questions, and believe me, Ive had my fair share.Rent, like EVERYTHING (thank you Bidenomics, and Californians offering 20% over asking price for homes in the area) is going up, significantly.I, usually, am able to enjoy a very quiet experience, and I am almost always home, but that is not the case for every building. Again, apartments. They are a lot like college dorms except all the residents arent there trying to learn and develop. 🤔By the way, my rent is 1337.00 a month for a larger one bedroom, but the ACTUAL bill is over 1570, with all the charges, service fees, utility management fees, so BUYER BEWARE.The fitness room is great, but you may notice there is no sanitizer spray to clean the equipment before or after use.The door to the concierge and mail room broke for over a week, so feel free to stop by and check to see if you can snag an early Christmas present.Anyway, I still live here. After finding where the gnats were coming from I was able to us some preventative actions to cut back on them, and adding blue lights for lighting in the evening seems to really help them not flourish.Hope this helps!Also, theres a sweet room with a pool table and virtual golf course, but in three years Ive never been able to access it after the office closes, even though there is a fob/keyless entry.The maintenance guys are GREAT! They work hard, and typically have a great attitude.Always ask who owns the complex you are considering. The reason being that if they are out of a highly liberal state, they tend to run all their properties in the same manner. We were primarily under NY Covid rules for the pool, weight room, etc. for months after the ban was lifted in Texas.The Trash Valet team is now ON POINT!(Thank you management!)Everyone ALWAYS wants to know what rent will ACTUALLY cost:Between the 8-11 line items I tried to cut and paste, my $1371 rent finished at $1700 a Mos with an attached garage.

    Modern and spacious floor plans, close to Houston or the Woodlands. Prices are definitely in my price-range… I’m excited to move to my new apartment home. I noticed the office is busy but they always get back to you and that means a lot.

    I’ve been living in this residential complex with my husband for a year and we haven’t really had any problems. The maintenance team and the girls in the office are great. Whenever I have a problem in the apartment they solve it maximum in 24 hours, I even had an electricity problem in my apartment on a Saturday and Michelle was incredible, that same day a maintenance guy solved it. The apartments are super well maintained and it is a nice residential complex. We are happy to have our home here.

    I am one of the original residents to move into this property . Any issues that I have had have always been resolved FAST ! The front office staff especially MICHELLE are attentive and handle any concerns I have quickly and professionally !The maintenance team all of the maintenance team is OUTSTANDING ! Maintenance request are taken care of the same day !The property is very well taken care of and the apartments are gorgeous .If you are looking for a place to live I would definitely encourage you to tour the Everlee Apartments.

    I have lived here since 2/2021 and the only issue I have is the gate. The office staff has ALWAYS been very nice and helpful and when I put in a maintenance request it is literally done within hrs!!!! I may have to move at the end of my lease due to rent increases but other than the gate (which office staff are very helpful and friendly about), I feel safe and happy here.😊

    I recently moved out of Everlee but it was just because my house was ready to move in, however, I couldnt be happier of the time that spent in the apartment. The apartment is spacious, a lot of closet space, big windows and the price for all that is ridiculously cheap. Dalia and Michelle helped me through my time living in the apartment, also all the staff are very respectful, and patient. Definitely they deserved the recognition. I Definitely recommend it you wont disappointed.

    This apartment is my husbands and my first apartment. We love it here. Dalia has been a great help since day one and always answers any questions we have professionally.When it comes to maintenance, they are on top of it. Usually fix whatever problem within the next day or so.We love it here so far the area is very convenient store wise. Everything is just down the road.

    I have lived at the Everlee apartments for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my experience here.The grounds are well kept, the pool is beautiful andthe gym has everything a person would need to get a good workout and you wouldn’t find a more convenient location.The office staff and maintenance crew have alwaysbeen attentive and responsive and people that live here are friendly.The security gate for the most part works,but unfortunately does have its issues, which isn’tuncommon for an active community.I would absolutely recommend living here!

    Been living here now since 2019. love the staff, the landscape is always done no matter the season. The walking trail is so convenient. There is even a dog park super cute. The pool is super nice as well, can someone say cabanas. The mail center is also is well lite. My King bed fits in my 1 bed..

    Great place to live!! Office staff is amazing!! Lived their for 1.5 years... recently moved out back in March due to upgrading to a house. But would definitely recommend. Lots of grills to grill on site...sit by the many fire places n relax with a beer...the pool is one of a kind and go for a walk around the trails they have! Honestly the best price for all the amenities n quality of living you get at an affordable price! Every body on here that mentions a racist office need to actually live there n see that the office managers n staff are not....Maybe if they would give a place a chance they would notice it! Coming for a tenant who ACTUALLY knows the office staff. Again AMAZING OFFICE STAFF not racist IN ANY WAY.

    I’ve been here since October 2017, I love the property. Quiet for the most part & maintenance does a great job of handling requests pretty quickly. My issues are the gates, which are hardly EVER closed & the water never being stocked in the gym.. under old management there was Gatorade but at least having water would be nice. .. Otherwise it’s been pretty great living here. ☺️

    Moving during a global pandemic wasnt ideal, however, Marlin made the entire process quick & easy! I let him know prior to moving in that a garage was a must have & although there was limited availability near my unit, he worked his magic & got me exactly what I requested. Jessica has also always been very quick to respond to any issue or concern that I have had & has gone out of her way to ensure that it is always taken care of as quickly as possible! Maintenance has always been extremely helpful & polite. Thankful to call Everlee my home!

    Michele made my apartment hunt an easy choice with choosing the Everlee to be home. She was so helpful, attentive, and personable and let me tour the apartment twice in one day. My apartment is beautiful and an amazing price at that. So far I am very happy with my decision to live here.

    I have been living here for almost a year and my review is since the management has changed the security of the complex has been non existent. I do know other properties have been broken into as well. A month ago 15 vehicles were broken into mine included. Which if you have thieves in the world you can’t stop them all, but my issue with this property is as soon as the gate was fixed from the first theft it broke again! maybe two weeks later and THE GATE STILL IS BROKEN! It’s been broken which allows non occupants to cruise right on in! It is not cheap to live here and if I’m paying for a gated community I think I am entitled to a fixed security gate. I know everyone can’t be compensated but maybe installing some cameras along with getting the gate fixed will make me feel better! Other than the security gate and no more free water in the gym 😂 it is a nice property. The staff could also work on there customer service skills. One female always has a attitude not sure of her name but she sits where Ari use to sit. The previous group of staff members are missed!***Update the gate is fixed!     I love it here although I’ve had someone call me a “n word” and the apartments never followed up with me about it but that’s all. I’ve never had any problems EXCEPT the office staff changes a lot so you never know who to talk to and the spiders are everywhere if you stay on the first floor. No matter how much I clean they still tend to get in. It’s really quiet and peaceful I hear noises occasionally but the floor or walls are so thick it’s rare you hear anything. Over the time people do often leave trash laying around and don’t clean after themselves. But neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The gym is great and has everything you need so no need to pay for a membership . I recommend anyone to move here it’s great. I honestly hate to leave 😭

    Everlee Apartments is an amazing place to be and live! Ive never been to a complex where it is always so clean, the office is always so polite and the Maintenance staff is the hardest workers I have ever witnessed! All employees here do a great job and I advise them to keep up the good work!

    We have lived here for over a year and just resigned our lease. we are so pleased with everything about the complex. The staff from management to the maintenance department are amazing. I have never had to wait for something to be fixed or looked at in the apt. I will not be going anywhere anytime soon!

    This is a great community. It has the perfect location, close to everything. It is also very safe, so if you have kids, go for it. Michele from the Leasing Office, is so great! She is so professional, understanding, has the patience to explain, and goes above and beyond to help. I definitely recommend this amazing place!

    So far so good, besides an upstairs neighbor that does not seem to sleep and I guess his kid loves to run from one end of the apartment to the other end. Very inconsiderate of the neighbor if you ask me. And people please try to be positive even thought it is hard, if all of us follow the rules and treat each others as we want others to treat us our World will be better in those apts. Management can only do so much, but we have to do our best to get alone so we can cohabitate in peace. Please lets try to get alone and to my upstairs neighbor please I know is hard to keep kids calm down, but please since I move there I have not being able to sleep due to the fact they keep running day and night. If all those people that commented are gone from the apartment, please allow others to have their own opinión every one is untitle of it, just be happy that you left a place where you were not happy and wish you the best and you finally find your happy place wherever you go and dont forget to Love thy neighbor as you love yourself. This apts are nice, and well kept and no they are that expensive as someone said, dont make someone else opinión yours, come and check them out once you experience yourself and interact with the staff and see around then you decides if it is for you or not. Stop the hate and make others Look bad ventilating and exagerating your experience. It is not nice or right.

    I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Michelle. She was very welcoming and informative. She even gave detailed information about renters insurance. Ms. Michelle answered every question without attitude and gave an in depth explanation.

    I had an opportunity to view this gorgeous property, the pool is so nice and clean as well as the rest of the amenities and honestly the prices are super affordable compare with the same level of luxurious apartments.

    From what I read, most of the people that left these 1 star reviews didnt live here. They shouldnt be reviewing the place if they dont live here. I have lived here for 1.5 years and I have nothing bad to say at all. I would recommend this place highly.

    These guys are amazing. Seriously, they went out of there way so many times to ensure that I had a nice transition. They have very nice facilities and the staff are great. The apartments are very nice.
