I’m a resident at this place and I have nothing but greatness to talk about. Starting with Management, Daniela. She has been excellent every time I have reached out to her. She has answered my questions with the highest professionalism and the issues have been resolved in a timely manner and diligently. From the times that I’ve spoken with her, she has shown to be a very intelligent, kind and eloquent woman who knows how to properly manage this place. And let me tell you, only a skilled woman such as her, could have the bravery and the wisdom to manage and lead this place in the way she has been doing it. To me, her Managment is impeccable. Last but not least, her team; the Assistant Manager and her Maintenance guys performed an outstanding job in each one of their positions. Evaline should be very proud of the Team that under the lead and guidance of Daniela are doing such a magnificent Job. Happy to be here at Evaline. Extremely happy to have Daniela and her team to make my life so blissful here.

I moved here 7 years ago and absolutely LOVE living here. The office manager Daniela Pabon is super friendly and helpful with anything you need.The assistance I received from Daniela Pabon is always nice and professional. When I first moved in I didnt have the best experience but When I didnt want to renew my lease. The front desk worked to make my experience even better and resigned my lease due to them, being so sweet and kind and flexible and willing to give me an up-to-date apartment unit. I Absolutely love working with Daniela. F. She has been so helpful and understanding with our situation. And I never Thought That they could have redeemed themselves, but they did. They did a great job and I appreciate everything they did for us.

Evaline Apartments does an outstanding job when items need to be fixed. The big overhead light in my kitchen was starting to fail and Evaline maintenance staff fixed it in less than an hour after I reported it. And this was done even with ballasts needing to be rewired. Just outstanding service. All of the maintenance guys do a great job and Stephanie is an excellent property manager. The Evaline team really care about the tenants.

Daniela Pabon is amazing! I have been on the hunt to move to a better apartment to upgrade our standard of living and accommodate my WFH setting.On Thursday, I did a walk-in at Evaline where Daniela P. took the time to walk me through the prospective process with full transparency and tour, despite so many walk-ins!On Friday, I brought my husband where Daniela P. guided us through another tour of our potential beautiful and upgraded townhome, despite managing eight move-ins!On Saturday, I brought my mother-in-law where Daniela P. guided us through another tour and answered all of our questions, despite being the only Evaline team member!We look forward to moving into our townhome and having Daniela P. as our Property Manager. Thank you so much for making a stressful experience, a smooth and exciting one!

I was making an out of city move from Katy. Daniela made the leasing process super easy, & quick and she stayed in consistent communication with me for two weeks before my move in. Due to me not being able to see the units beforehand I was definitely nervous but, these apartments immediately felt like home and I took a huge sigh of joy when I saw my unit. It was super clean, very spacious floor plan for a 1-1 & everything looked completely renovated as advertised to me on their photos. I am VERY, very pleased upon my move in. If you have to make a move from out of state or another city and want to be sure you will be taken care of with INTEGRITY this is the place. Off to a great start so far and love my apt they placed me in. Glad I found this lowkey spot.

The management is good.when I call them to fix anything for my apartment they will do it. I have been living here for 3 years now and no complain. I don’t know why people are complaining. My experience with them is good for the price is absolutely good 👍. My friend is the one who told me to come here and she is here since 2017 now.the manager and her assistant Daniella will assist you with any issues you have.one think I like about them is when you send a request the next hour they are here to fix it.❤️

So they just did a great job, fixing my appliances, I did also notice they cleaned the pool, big ups to you guys! However, the limited/strict parking policy that was recently imposed is a huge turn-off for most tenants. Other that that I love living here. #Veryorganized management. I recommend 👌

Preston Greens is one of the best places I have lived. Its a quiet community with beautiful landscaping and an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The staff even knows their residents by name so it makes you feel more at home. Theres multiple pools and plenty of parking. Did I mention its quiet? I have never heard my neighbors. These apartments are solid. And for the amount of space you get, they are very well priced. My only complaint is that my kitchen is a little small (old step-saver style) but there are other layouts with bigger kitchens. But then I might have to give up my wet bar :)Overall, great place to live, young or old, and if youre single or couple with no kids. Not that its not kid friendly, theres just not a lot of them around so they wouldnt have many neighbors to play with.

I am pretty new to the community but i am very pleased so far. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Everything was in great working order when I moved in, with just a couple of minor issues that were fixed very fast. the few neighbors that i have met were very cordial and welcoming. The office staff are very nice and have a quick response time to calls or emails. i can honestly say that it felt like home right away! i can see myself here for quite a while.

I lived at Preston Greens from Oct 2016- Feb 2018. I can honestly say it was one of the best rental places Ive ever lived. Management was great to work with. I loved my unit. My only issue was when I wanted to renew, the price was raised significantly enough that I needed to move. I would have stayed longer otherwise. I hired cleaners when I moved, and I wasnt charged any insane move-out fees like every other place Ive been. Thanks Andrea for always getting my packages for me! :)

I have been living here for 2 years. I never like too move from apartment to apartment,I was living at my old complex for 10 years, Everytime I call the office nobody ever answers the phone. I am high risk for covid so its best for my health to not enter the leasing office. If Daniela and Rachel have better customer service maybe myself and other residents would feel more welcomed by them.

Preston Greens are great apartments to live in. I have been living here since March 2014 and I just renewed my lease for another year. The apartments are very spacious w dual fireplace and washer and dry connect. Large spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. The staff are very professional and considerate.If you are looking for a great apartment complex. Try Preston Greens. I have renewed my lease for another and I and still happy and content. Love it here. I am still happy and I have renewed my lease for the 8th year and I am quite content.

Lovely townhome style apartments in a great location at an affordable price. The staff was excellent, the amenities were great, and the community was always safe and fairly quiet. The apartments were a bit older, but the floorplans were great.Walls were paper thin. If you live on the second floor, the floor boards would creak and stomp from normal walking and sound like elephants from below, so be prepared for annoyed neighbors making noise complaints for seemingly no reason.Never had pest issues or safety concerns. Community is popular with small families, school bus pick up is right out front as is the DART bus stop. Several pools, laundry facilities, and business center is available. Traffic can be a big headache getting in or out during rush hour due to being on Arapaho Road, so plan ahead.All in all, I had a great lease here and no real complaints to be honest. This is a great place to call home.

Im writing this review because I want people to know about my experience at Preston Greens. Im currently going into my second year here I renewed my lease a few months ago, my experience here has been very positive, I have a 1bdrm 715sqft. No upgrades which is fine because that what I can afford, when I first moved in a few years ago my apartment was very clean, no bad smells, no bugs or roaches. I like how positive Mrs. Arlene and her team are awesome, the few issues that I did have were taking care of ASAP. Maintnace is always on point they are some nice men. I like that Im pretty close to my job, shopping, restaurants and the movies. Access to Dallas tollway& 635.The landscaping is nice, 2 pools for the swimmers. My upstairs neighbor is pretty quiet thank God. The only downfall that I know of is the parking. If you are looking for a nice clean place to call home, then stop by and see Mrs. Arlene or Tonya...you will be glad you did.

We arrived 1 year ago to the USA and the truth was that it was best to arrive at these clean apartments I want to thank the administration especially Rudy could not be better professional it is a pity to leave this place to thank the maintenance team that was better now is when I appreciate no Aver ignored bad comments for me in all Dallas better management there is not and a tranquility and cleanliness I would recommend everyone to live in these apartments thanks Rudy for all thanks to all the staff for making us feel comfortable I wish it were a soonWe arrived in the US 1 year ago and the truth is that it was the best thing to arrive at these clean apartments.
