I only visit the office on behalf of a friend. Yet they were very cordial and answered all my questions readily. They confirmed they offered income-based apartments (30% of income) and that they had 2 bedroom apartments available, though there was a 6 month wait for 1 bedroom apartments. I write all this to give an example of their patience. Furthermore, they quickly gave me an application to give to my friend along with all the info describing the requirements. From what Ive seen of the apartments, the grounds and buildings are well maintained. Just based on how friendly and eager to help, I will state I was very impressed.

Really loving the changes the new company is making! They are renovating the entire property, enforcing resident parking privileges and stationed police security on site. They are definitely making this community safe for families!

Kristen is a joy work to work with and is knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face. Shes funny, smart and Im happy to work with her.

I came here thinking it was going to be bad as everybody say this is my first apartment ever and I’m loving it you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover I see reviews on here about bugs it’s because your dirty don’t blame it on the apartments because I don’t have bugs and I been here for 2 months now.
