I toured this property twice with Whitney. First off the property is wonderful. The floor plans are well thought out and the property is clean, well taken care off and has all the positive feels!Secondly, Whitney is amazing! She knows her stuff and has a wonderful way of explaining all the details that allows you to fully understand what it would be like to be a resident at the Estates.The ONLY reason I did rent at the Estates was the size of the backyards. I was looking for more outside space which I found at their sister property.If you are looking for a rental townhome, check this place out and ask for Whitney!

Ive lived here since April 2024 and Im leaving this review specifically for the maintenance staff. They are top notch. For example, last night I had a little maintenance emergency. I called and left a message at approx 11:30 pm on a Sunday night. Didnt even have to wait for a call back because not but 15-20 min later Juan shows up at my door with the tools needed to fix the issue and he was in and out in a matter of 4 min or so. He left things in perfect order. And this isnt the first time Juan in particular has made an excellent impression. When the company that came to check the attic insulation came by to insulate the attic door and left it a little off kilter, Juan came in after running for his ladder and fixed it right away. He also lent me an arm when I was in the office and they were waxing the floor and helped me to the door so I wouldnt fall. Seriously fantastic young man. Hes a credit to this property and to the quality work he does and his caring and patient attitude.

Excellent job by the maintenance team. Last Monday, I submitted a repair request for my home, and that same morning, they came to fix the issue. The response was super fast, and Mr. Adrián and Juan did an outstanding job. Additionally, this is a beautiful community to live in, and the team always provides excellent service. She gave me and my girls such a warm welcome to the property! Thank you for being patient and understanding to any questions and assistance needed! I’m so extremely grateful for this new start and new home for me and my girls. It truly feels like home and can not express enough the peace I’ve felt for this entire experience! The property managers were just as amazing as well! I look forward to what will come living here and starting over. Thank you to the staff and maintenance!

I just moved in and it has been such a lovely experience! From the start, I’ve been working with Whitney. She’s so personable and truly dedicated to get to know you and make your experience perfect. She took me to probably 10 different units to pick between cabinets/yard angle/locations that would make me the most comfortable. That alone was amazing! I’ve had such an easy time transitioning here. The quality of my home is incredible. Maintenance came to fix the small problems I had immediately and went beyond my expectations. I’m very happy with my choice to move here!

Lived here about 3 months and so far all has been perfect! Luisa from the leasing office helped us get into our new apartment and made the process so easy and enjoyable. She was super communicative and helpful!Additionally we’ve had a couple maintenance requests and had Adrian come by. He installed our fans quickly and efficiently and not only that, but he was so diligent and considerate that even cleaned up the mess left over which we didn’t expect.

Just moved in Friday and so far and I have to say I’m impressed!!! I love the apartment and the extra steps they took to make me feel at home are top notch!!! From the hand soap and paper towels to the toilet paper already on the roll!!! WHAT!?!?!? I was blown away! So I had an issues with the plug for my dryer. No power. Put in a work order and Adrien and Juan came in like 45 minutes. Fixed the issue and ask if there was anything else that needed attention! My shower head was a little stiff and wouldn’t move around easily. They fixed that too. If this is a preview of how living here is gonna be… I’m probably not leaving. Unless I win the lotto then I’m gone! Highly recommend this place. Definitely worth checking out!

Full disclosure. No hidden fees. The Leasing Team, Luiza, Whitney, and Ashley are always helpful and professionals.Luiza was our Leasing agent. She answered all of our questions and concerns during the leasing process. The leasing agents have an excellent Team spirit.The Management Team is responsive to inquiries.Great maintenance Team headed by Randy. Adrian and Juan are professionals. They clean up after any tasks. Work orders are quickly done.The only thing that we have to closely watch is our water consumption. The rates are high in this area.Overall, we are glad to be residents here in the Estates of McKinney.

Only positive things to say about the Estates of McKinney so far. First, Whitney has been amazing throughout the entire process from touring to leasing and following up with concerns after move in. I had three minor issues after move in and these were resolved the next business day. Communication has been great and Adrian with the maintenance team was also professional and efficient. Hoping management maintains this level of communication and service in the future!

I have lived in many apartments and this has been by far my favorite. The staff is professional, welcoming and also very responsive. I highly recommend asking for Tiana if you are looking for an apartment. She is knowledgeable and on top of that super sweet.Update: I put in a maintenance request and it only took 1 hour for Adrian to show up, he was polite and fast! Thank you!

W3 is quite simply the best run leasing company period. I lived here before at Mansions of McKinney, and just moved in recently to Estates of McKinney. From the home itself, to the amenities like the gym and pool, to the streamlined process of making payments and getting assistance they are first rate in every way. When you stop in for your complimentary Starbucks drink, you’re always greeted with a smile and conversation. You’re not an afterthought once the lease is signed. This is truly a community and the only organization I would rent from.

It was a quick and easy process. Luiza was very helpful and followed thru quickly and was very pleasant and even gave me a bottle of wine along with the housewarming gift already inside of my new place… I also had to have maintenance to come by (at no fault of their own) to help with my dryer and Juan was AWESOME and very helpful as well! I signed my lease w/o driving out to view the property and moved in within 3 days and I don’t regret it! If you’re looking for peace and quiet w/o all of the noise of the city, I recommend… a lot of shopping is just a 10 min drive or so! I work from home so it’s nice to not hear neighbors on top or under you!! The most I’ve really heard are the dogs having barking contest at times, one of them sounds like a rooster! He just might be living his last days so who am I to take that away from him??? 😂😂😂 too funny but I still would choose my new place, 10x over!

We looked and leased back in April with a move in date for late June. Our leasing experience was beyond awesome. Whitney was a pleasure/delight to work with and always checked in on us and let us know if anything else was needed in our leasing process. Fast forward, we moved in a week ago and LOVE it. There was even a care package waiting in our townhome for us that contained cleaning products and pet bags, so thoughtful. The 4b/4.5b is just what we needed. We had one issue with the carpet out of place on the stairs and it was fixed immediately. Maintenance is super nice and response. The community is well kept and peaceful. There is literally a park and dog park in our backyard!!! We were only given one assigned parking carport, but there is ample visitors parking, so I don’t see parking being an issue. So glad we chose Estates of McKinney.

Top notch. I didn’t end up leasing one as the timing wasn’t right for me, but really considered it.I recommend taking a look!

I went to visit this community, Estates of McKinney and was very impressed and excited about how they used the space in each of the units that I viewed. The open floor plan; the size of the walk in closets and the double shower/tub options; everything was amazing! I had the best tour guide and her name was Whitney and she helped to make my entire experience; an amazing one. She was very kind, very customer focused and very knowledgeable about the property! I would definitely move in to these units and I would definitely refer family and friends also! .

By far the best experience Ive ever had regarding renting a home/apartment. I searched for, and visited, around 7-8 developments, rent houses, and apartment buildings before finally visiting the Estates of Mckinney at the end. Almost immediately after walking in the leasing office for the first time, I already knew this was the right one. The energy and smiling faces on everyones faces were such a delight. Far from every other experience I had with the others. Furthermore, there were several reasons I chose to make the Estates of Mckinney my next place of residency. As a rebuild project manager in the residential restoration industry, I cannot say enough how well these homes were designed, planned out, and constructed. You can see in there photos online how great they look. The assistant manager Tiana helped get me through the screening & approval process very quickly, along with answering any questions I had. Since living here they have been the absolute best. They are extremely quick to respond to maintenance issues you may have, as well as, create such a peaceful community by the way they have everything organized and structure. If you have extra trash, they have a dumpster you can utilize as a community member at any time of the day or night. Today I used the business office to print off a few documents (completely free), however since the printer wasnt functioning randomly as they often do, Tiana had me email her the documents I needed to print and she printed them off in her office for me. It was around 120 pages and she did it with a smile. I cannot say enough how awesome all the folks up here at the Estates of Mckinney truly are, so I decided to write this review to express my gratitude to them. I really hope someone reads this review and decides to make the Estates their next home too. Ask for Tiana. Shes the best!

I absolutely love living here. After moving from a different W3 property where we had a terrible experience with the leasing management, I was a bit cautious but ALL of the leasing staff have been nothing but wonderful and we appreciate them SO much. Tiana is absolutely amazing and talks to us like a friend rather than just business, in fact they all do! They really make an effort to get to know you and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them and the property as well. It’s time I made a review for this place. While it’s very new and I’ve only been here for almost a month now. It’s been a very amazing experience to say the least. They take so much pride into this place. I’ve never been to a community where they take this much pride in it all. You can always tell if someone hates or loves their job, these people always seem to love what they do. They are always happy, and it’s NOT giving the vibe of faking it. They are happy, smiling and so nice. When we got the keys, they cleaned the entire townhome, and put toilet paper in every bathroom, closed the toilets with ribbons and gave us complimentary cleaning supplies! That helped us so much while moving in. We got the 4b 4b and it’s amazing. We love the neighborhood, our neighbors next to us and the community. It’s pet friendly here, very pet friendly. Hopefully soon they make a playground for the kids! That would top it off. I’ll have my husband be back in 18 months to give an update on the experience. But right now, it’s been so amazing and no problems at all. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to everyone that has helped us at Estates of McKinney. UPDATE: Ive been here for about 6 weeks now and am sooooo happy with my new home. From the apartment itself, to the amazing staff, the professional maintenance, the grounds, the valet trash, the safe parcel storage, you name it Im loving it! And they have amazing events at the club house for residents that make me feel like part of a friendly and caring community. Its amazing here. Just got my first electric bill and these homes are definitely energy efficient. Anyway, just wanted to post an update.~~~~~~~~~~~~~I am beyond pleased to be moving into The Estates of McKinney at the end of March. Im a bit older now, in my 50s, and have had enough experience renting to know what to look for and what I want in a home community. First, the level of professionalism from Ashleigh (leasing), Mark (Property Manager), and Tiana (Asst Property Manager) was above and beyond. The tour was thorough and thoughtful, every question was answered, the application & leasing process went smoothly (Ashleigh even went so far as help me fill out my application so I knew I did it correctly), and when additional info was needed they were prompt with communication.The one bed/one bath is lovely and the use of the space makes it look even larger. The kitchen, cabinetry, appliances and sink are so nice and there is even a window above the sink! I can use my own full size washer and dryer thankfully. The bathroom is roomy, as is the walk in closet. I will have a small backyard as well with sprinkler system. And the yard is taken care of for me too. There will be covered/lighted carports and parking near my home, which is so convenient. Oh and a 24/7 work out room will allow for this old, fat gal to get some treadmill time, lol!The small community streets have their own names and sidewalks, and the pool is so inviting for the summer. The mail area is covered and convenient, and the package delivery area is secure (no more stolen packages).I see so much care and consideration has been taken into this community. Its located far enough off Highway 75 to feel like youre not on top of the highway, but close enough for getting to work, restaurants and stores conveniently.I hope this info helps you make a more informed decision when choosing a place to live a peaceful and pleasant life. Feeling safe and looking forward to returning home is critical.
