I’ve been living here at Estates at Bellaire for about a year now. I find the place very quiet, and comfortable. A few areas in our buildings, like the outside hallways, could be kept up better, but overall, it’s clean! I feel very safe here. Today I was thrilled with my complimentary carpet cleaning! Thank you to Shay for helping me get this! I appreciate you! Keep up the great work!

From the moment me and my husband stepped into Estates at Bellaire for a touring we immediately felt welcome. Patrice was our tour guide & she is definitely a vibe. She has an awesome personality and great communication skills. We toured both 2 bed 2 bath apartments. Love how spacious the bigger 2 bed was & of course thats the one who choosed. The property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, love that! I love how Patrice took note of 1 or 2 small concerns of ours and made sure to have it worked out for us before our upcoming move in date. I also love how she and the property manager worked with me being that my credit was not the best and I was still able to get approved! We are so grateful to have found this gem and cannot wait to move in. The other leasing specialist that was there in the office, I didnt catch her name but she was giving off good energy as well. Answering my questions about the elementary schools near by. Overall this was the best apartment tour weve had in Houston! Good vibes, good energy, helpful, and super cool. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Please be sure to work with Patrice. Thank me later!

TL;DR: Originally had a good impression. Very beautiful. Customer service depends. Surprised by NON-REFUNDABLE - JETTY Surety bond instead of Security Deposit. Now they charge for parking? Still highly recommend. I hope it stays great bc I dont want to move.We have been living here for 5 months now. Originally, I were very impressed with the apartment and what it had to offer. We worked with Jonathan and Shay who have since been promoted. We originally worked David? who was pleasant when making appointments and calling in for questions. When we moved in, David was gone and we were working with Ariel. I was concerned as we just left an apartment that had gone through personnel changes every few months. And they all have different emails?PROS1) Safety - Friendly neighbors and lots of families here with the school nearby and town homes in the complex.2) Amenities - The Estates at Bellaire are very beautiful and decent apartments as far as our unit is concerned! The pool and hot tubs are gorgeous and it seems people are using them year-round. There is a nice club room with bar area and billiards table. They have a kitchen there too. The gym is well-equipped and usually clean. Theres a basketball court which is always busy. I appreciate how they have a nice lounge area, and a studying area.3) Washer/Dryer - Our unit comes with a washer and dryer in-unit so I can say the rent is reasonable unlike our last place.4) Location - we love the location.5) Customer Service - The leasing agents and managers are usually responsive and friendly. Your best bet is to call or go in person as I believe they all have different emails.6) Maintenance - Issues usually get resolved in a timely manner.CONS1) JETTY. After we had agreed to sign however, we saw we had no choice but to do something called JETTY, which is based off your credit. I wish that was told to us earlier as we were sure we wanted to move there. It was blemish on the impression I had. thankfully our credit is good.2) Parking - So parking for us is free for now. Great! But come our renewal, they will charge $24 for parking? Why? They just made us register with Houston Towing. It seems like every apartment eventually leads to charging for parking even after requiring registration. What else will TAM decide they can make an extra buck on?3) Customer Service - I said its USUALLY great. Sometimes when I call in, it seems the lady that answers seems inconvenienced to answer my questions or assist. Sometimes they will speak to you in an argumentative manner. I understand the stress that comes from the job, but hey, I have to be honest here; the customer service will depend on the person and the day.4) Parcel Pending - Parcel pending still hasnt updated our information even after 5 months. This is outside the Estates fault, though.5) Water Filter - Im still waiting for them to change the water filter in the gym.After reading a review about charges after moving out even after paying that Jetty bond. Im worried well face the same situation. Thats what our old place did to us.

I’ve been here for a year and absolutely love living here. The staff here at the Estates are very professional, timely, and friendly. I have worked with Shaelyn over a year planning my move from Florida to Texas, she made my moving process super easy and worry free. The grounds are very clean and maintenance also works very hard. I would highly recommend moving into the Estates at Bellaire

I moved to Estates at Bellaire , January 2023 since day one till now Shae has been so most amazing and helpful along with the other staff. Ariel and Jonathan. They are very helpful, responsive and find solution to any concerns you may have. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and living in this community. Maintenance is also so amazing. You will love it here and love them just as much🫶🏻

I applied to live at the Estates at Bellaire and they willingly worked with me to get an apartment, despite my credit. I did have to pay extra, but I’m so happy I moved here. I love my apartment so much! The community is nice, quiet, clean, and the office staff is very friendly. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move into a good area. They really take care of the property and residents.

I am a newly resident and so far I am obsessed! Patriece has been absolutely so helpful like literally my new bestie absolutely so welcoming. Calls me to make sure everything is okay and if i have questions. I can call her and she always answers and guides me through everything. She is also straight forward and honest which I am grateful for. The apartments are beautiful, it is so quiet and peaceful and everyone is so so kind.

Ariel is a fantastic leasing agent and made me feel very welcome during the tour. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and answered every question I had! Id be inclined to say she helped make my tour with the Estates the best apartment tour Ive ever had! Not to mention the complex is beautiful, and every family seemed to genuinely be happy to be there. At the moment I wont be able to afford living here, but this seems like an awesome place to live --I highly recommend at least giving the Estates a chance if youre looking for a safe, quiet place to live in Houston!

I really enjoy living here. I live in a one bedroom townhouse. With car break ins being so prevalent in Houston, the personal garage is what sold me. Living in a townhouse rather than a standard apartment makes me feel more like I’m in a “home,” and the floor plan is perfect— I have a huge closet and big bathroom which is great for me. My place has nice finishes like white countertops and white cabinets that I love. The two bedroom townhouse feels even more like a standard “house” rather than a typical apartment and is very spacious for having guests.I like the gym— I mostly do cardio using the ellipticals and treadmill and do my stretches/ warm ups on the basketball court but there is strength training equipment. The pool is beautiful. Getting packages is very easy. I like shopping so the location is great— close to the Galleria, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, etc. Going out is easy because there are so many places nearby that are a cheap Uber ride away (midtown/ downtown included). I’ve seen no bug problems. I have a dog and she loves it here too. We’re close to a huge dog park and the complex is large enough to walk her without having to leave the gated property which is nice for me to feel secure when walking her at odd times. The maintenance team is very nice and repair things fairly quickly.As you might notice from other reviews, no place is perfect, but I’m really happy with my choice to live here! I’m giving the property 5 stars because despite the issues other residents have raised, there is still no other rental property that I’ve found in this price range that I would prefer to live at.Update (June 2024):Shae, who is now in the role of assistant community manager, has gone above and beyond for residents since I moved in nearly a year ago. She is very responsive and gets things done. In regard to the reviews about the transition in management, policies, and systems, while some of the changes were inconvenient, other resources were a great addition. I find the management team (Shae in particular) to be extremely helpful. The reviews about poor management are quite a stretch and I wouldn’t let that be a reason to not move here.Again, I highly suggest the townhomes if you can snag one. They feel very “home-y” and less like an apartment.

My wife and I moved into this apartment complex in June of 2021. We had visited and toured multiple properties in Houston, and after we visited the Estates at Bellaire we didnt want to visit any other properties, as we felt the value for the unit we were interested in was unmatched! A spacious townhome with a 2-car garage, for a reasonable monthly rent was the biggest draw for us. Additionally, we were also impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the general cleanliness and condition of the complex and units, as well as the great amenities (gym, basketball court, clubhouse, business center, pool, grills, pet waste stations). Overall, we decided to move in based on the great value!Our experience living in the complex has been favorable, and our expectations have been met or exceeded. The maintenance staff has responded in a timely manner to each of our concerns, and have done whats necessary to resolve the issue. We have thoroughly enjoyed the ample space of our townhome unit, as well as the community amenities. Management of the complex changed in October, and while that had a few hiccups, we have continued to have a favorable experience under the new management.There were some growing pains, such as when we had fairly short notice to change electricity providers, and several of the amenities have been unavailable for some time due to extensive renovations (of the clubhouse, pool, painting the entire community, etc). However, the renovations are improving the quality of the community, and, once complete, will make it a more desirable place to live. Above all, we feel that the new management has still tried their best to do right by their residents and take care of those who live here.It is now June 2023, and a change in work is necessitating our move from the Estates at Bellaire, but if the situation were different and we were to remain in Houston, we would certainly be extending our lease to stay here longer. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and feel that we received a great value for our money!

Shae Hadley Is The BESTIve been to many apartment communities since living in Houston and it was always unpleasant because leasing specialist are rude and unhelpful. I came across Estates at Bellaire and meet Shae Hadley who was pleasant, answered all of my questions without having a negative or nasty attitude because of her I told my sister who needed to find an apartment first and when she interacted with Shae she applied that very day and I am also in a few months.Thanks Shae for giving such Stella service and encouraging and welcoming us as future tenants. I lived in the back townhome section for almost 3 years. And have only good things to say about this property and the management. Almost every maintenance issue I had was addressed basically immediately. The property was always maintained very well. The gate was rarely if ever broken, and the community was very pleasant. I even have to brag on the management. After I moved out, AFTER, packages were delivered there and they always sought me out to let me know and held the package so I could pick them up. Also, my old renters insurance company renewed my policy at this complex and the management again reached out to let me know it had happened and helped me resolve the issue with the insurance company. That is first class service right there. I highly recommend checking out and living in this complex. The only reason I moved was at my last renewal, my rent escalation was to more than the market (what they were leasing identical units for).

I lived here just for 7 months but I will say that I had an amazing experience living in this community. Alicia was super helpful for the moving process and she helped us alot during our stay for any maintenance issues and keep us informed diligently. Maintainance is quick and fantastic here. According to Safety, I felt safe even at 2 am in the night walking in the garage. It is super safe. And most importantly it so far do not have any instances for car breakins and tire stolen, etc. I would rate it 11/10 if possible. Keep up the expectations 🎉
