    I would like to give my honest review I was helped with my apartment from Gloria and Regina both ladies are very professional and have great customers service. I had some credit issues that they worked through with me and I was approved for my beautiful apartment thanks Gloria and Regina for a wonderful experienceπŸ₯°

    I used to live here and only moved because I wanted a bigger place. I wish I never left. They keep the groups super clean, trash is always picked up and the maintenance guys are always quick fixing anything that is broke. Also the office staff answers the phone and is very helpful. If you had a balcony and at least a bath and a half I would come back in a heat beat.

    The apartments are a bit of sunshine within the area surrounding. They are conventionally close to a major hub and near the office which makes it a prime choice. The grounds and maintenance crews have revitalized the feel of the apartments. The little woman in the office Erica is a delightful conversation she seems caring and intentional in her pursuit to provide the best service for us. She made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in she didnt hesitate to come right out to greet us, and was hospitable till the time we left the office. That goes a long way for me.

    The staff is amazing! I have been working with Erica. V to help me get my apartment and she has been great/going beyond. I am relocating from out of state and she has really made this process run so smooth! Couldnt be happier! (: and super excited to move in!

    I have been here now for 2 1/2 years and I love it. I have not seen too many apartments that stay so clean. Maintenance crew is always on point. I can count on 1 hand how many times Ive actually needed anything repaired but when I called in my work order a day did not pass without it being taken care of. Erica and the ladies in the office are nice and quite helpful. If I do move from here I pray my landlord will be equally as nice and concerned about his property as the people here at EH are. I will not go to another apartment because these are quite nice the next move will be into a house. Estancia Hills crew keep doing what you are doing. #IamHappy

    I moved in here with my wife and kids for almost a year and we love it!! A lot of stores are at walking distance and office staff are really helpful! There was two times my AC gave up at night last summer and maintenance fixed it right away after giving them a call.

    I lived in this apartments for about 3 years now with my family and I love the apartments its really spacious and big I dont have no problems with the apartment itself the rent is cheap very affordable Adriana is always nice and friendly and shes always there to talk to the manager is never there hes not mean but i feel like his no help and the maintenance is on time on work orders just need to work on smiling a little more. I would highly recommend to live here.

    Located in a really walkable neighborhood and staff is very helpful and patient. Very straightforward and user friendly process and Gloria is on top of it on Saturdays when you can’t make it during weekdays.

    Tranquility. Cleanliness. Office service. Pleasant staff. The London is very clean. I have been in this country for 10 years and I have seen London in other complexes that I have lived in and that of friends and I have never seen one as clean as the one at Estancia Jill or the public ones. The washing machines are carefully very clean thank you stay Jill for making your tenants feel truly at home for our families
