I am leaving this review for the staff at esperanza . I have been a resident here at esperanza for 3 years I have seen staff change in the office several times. In 2024 the office staff member named Gabrielle has really made it very easy to communicate concerns and get things done when I have contacted the office or walked in to request services. On other occasions I had contact with Hannah the district manager by email and in person both times she was very respectful and she took my concerns seriously and resolved any concerns .. I am very satisfied with the mannerisms these two ladies show the tenants. I hope they can lead the office staff for a long time into the future . Thank you ladies for your professionalism

I went in to take a look at the apartments. I wanted to see the floorplans and prices for a one bedroom and a two bedroom. I spoke and toured the apartments with Gabriela. She was very kind and respectful and showed me the two floorplans that best suited what I was looking for. They were beautiful apartments and the floor plans did best suit my needs. She was kind enough to show me the rest of property and give me all the information needed to make an informed decision. Being in the hospitality service myself I appreciated her knowledge and generosity.

This is a 3rd complex I’ve visited today and she left a great impression on me. This complex is on my top list because of her. Robert is amazing! I submitted my work order late Saturday night for flickering lights & he came Monday to check on them. He ended up having to replace a few bulbs and a faulty plug outlet, no more flickering, yay! He was very knowledgeable on what could be causing the light issue and made sure to explain what steps he would take to fix them in which he completed quickly and efficiently! Keep up the great work & thank you again!

Loved the tour we had yesterday with Michelle. We had made a visit to 3 other apartments before Esperanza and the customer service we experienced was horrible. Michelle greeted us even though she was occupied with other familys. We are glad we waited, the property is beautiful and so are the apartments. We cant wait to move in! I went to several places looking for an apartment for my Mom. I ran across a lot of rude snobby people. At Esperanza Ludy helped me out and I appreciate her customer service. She actually cared! She also helped me with my very limited time to help this process go fast and smoothly. Now my Mom lives close to my house and seeing her happy in her apartment makes me happy. I definitely recommend this place.

The property manager Lichelle, front desk repNikko and other office staff have been nothing but helpful to me and my Husband during our apartment search. Weve had MANY questions regarding our unit and lease, and all of them have been answered in a timely and professional manner. Each staff member weve talked to have been very helpful and accommodating to us while maintaing authentic personalities that made us feel more comfortable and trusting. The community looks very clean and upkept. The units themselves look beautiful and we feel we got a great deal. Im excited to be a member here and will recommend this complex to others in search.

The Best apartment complex Ive lived in. Maintenance is always on point, they are there when you need them and it does not take days for them to respond. The office staff (Property manager Lichelle) is great, she works with the tenants as best she can, she does what she can thats within her powers. I highly recommend this complex.

I just moved in here Friday - & needed things fixed and thankfully got them done quickly, thanks to the Maintenance man Jacinto who went above and beyond and got it done quickly. Thank you sir . I’m loving these apartments quite no one bothers me and everyone very welcoming around me . Officer manger Adriana definitely helped me 💯 quickly to get moved I couldn’t say nothing bad about these apartments.

Hi! If you’re reading these reviews before you decide to move in, i recommend that you move in ASAP! Also, tell the front off that I sent you! These are really excellent apartments to move into and I myself am glad I selected these not only for the new appearance but the floor plans and appliances are very neat. To add to that, the office staff is just so kind, friendly and ready to help at a moments notice! The maintenance here does a great job at making sure your service requests are completely as quick as possible and in a professional manner. Not to mention the beautiful new commercial development in the surrounding areas. The Esparanzas are great pick if you’re really wanting a nice quiet area to live in! Come on down and see for yourself!

Have lived at Esperanza Apartments for a little over a year now, and I love it! The property is absolutely beautiful and I love how cute and cozy my apartment is. Any time I have any questions the front office staff (Megan, Korinda, and Yadira) are always quick to respond and if I need maintenance they always arrive in a timely manner. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Amazing place to move into!!!First time looking at apartments and had plenty of questions, the young lady, Yadira I believe was her name, was really patient and helpful through out the tour. Great customer hospitality, really felt like she enjoys her job and would like living somewhere where the staff are great to their tenants and care about them. My husband & I downsized & sold our home this summer and have been at Esperanza for 6 1/2 months & absolutely Love our new home!! We chose Esperanza as our home was in Green Glenn Acres so wanted to stay in this area. Yes, traffic continues to grow although so is everywhere else in SA. We have been in this area for 8 1/2 years so wanted to stay close to the outskirts of SA but easy access to HWY 90 & 1604. Our new HEB/211 is across the street as well as other businesses that make life easier to get to when your 1 minute away. Korinda, Cindy & Santiago are very professional & GREAT to work with!! Whenever we have needed minor things like a new air filter or a battery for our smoke detector maintenance is on it!! Elaina & Rick are fantastic and so friendly:)We have a fantastic workout room with large windows throughout & excellent equipment for cardio & strength training. The property is Well Maintained throughout & very clean. Parking is plentiful & is never an issue. Esperanza provides Great Communication so everyone is alerted of any announcements or social events. Safety was #1 on our list and I can say personally we have a terrific community that prides itself in this area as well as the many others that were on our list. No community is perfect so keep that in mind. We love not worrying about the yard as we had 2 acres and all the upkeep! We love to get up & go for our hikes every weekend so living at Esperanza is perfect for us!

My daughter and I love it here. Weve been here a few months and Our apartment is very homey and our neighbors..well sometimes I forget we have any because of how quite it is. I appreciate the fact that. If something breaks or i need anything repaired, maintenance is very quick to respond and get it fixed.I do have to say what stopped me from giving 5 stars would be the parking is limited and it would be nice if they had a playground for the kiddos.

I moved in May 2020, and I have not regretted it. Newly constructed with some construction still going on at the far end of the complex. In fact, the entire area is kinda new. I think I was third or fourth to move in, so it felt a bit like a ghost town at first. Although there are more people, it is incredibly quiet out here. Its really nice. My cat loves the balcony. Easy to clean hardwood floors. In unit washer and dryer. New appliances. Parking is great (some spots are covered, otherwise all open air). Not bad of a price, either. Management is tops and quite responsive. I hope that never changes. Maintenance...now THAT dude is awesome. Maintenance lives on the grounds and is very dedicated, quick, respectful and friendly. If you have a problem, he WILL fix it.Clean grounds. Clean buildings. Really, I could go on, but Ill just say moving here is a good choice. If ya can, do it!

Was searching for my first apartment in San Antonio coming from Miami and oh wow, I couldn’t believe Megan and her incredible amazing customer service. She truly goes above for others, she enjoys what she does (you can tell) and she goes above and beyond in her work which not a lot of people do, her professional follow up, meeting my needs before signing a lease, was always available, and on top of that, the amazing perks this place has to offer! I was truly blown away by Megan’s professionalism, truth to be told, I went for Esperanza because of Megan. As soon as I arrive, another wow experience. I was treated very well by Korinda when I arrived and was also blown away on how the community looks! I am very please by the area (new to San Antonio, completely took a leap of faith), my apartment, the people, how clean the community is, pretty much everything I was very happy with and it reminded me as to why I wanted to live in San Antonio in the first place and Esperanza was yet the best decision I’ve made when arriving for my next new adventure. Everything about my experience here truly knocked my socks off! Thank you Esperanza for hiring an amazing team! If you’re like me coming from out of state, rent with Esperanza. Be ready to be treated with respect and having a wow experience 😌👌🏼

Went to tour this facility and was completely blown away by the service, cleanliness and kindness shown by Megan and Korinda! Their professionalism and efforts put my husband and I at ease during our search for the perfect place to live. We highly recommend Esperanza if you’re looking for a space to live that is spacious, inviting and vibrant. We are looking forward to enjoying the dog park with our fur-babies and working with the friendly staff upon moving in!

The only reason I didnt move here is because my job notified me today that I would relocate to Houston. While in s scrabble to find a place I was fortunate enough to stop here. Megan was a pleasure to meet and so polite but she could probably be funnier. The manager Korinda also was accommodating to my last min visit and needs. I had my service dog with me and we felt completely welcomed. They even found her a water bowl. The reception at a place nearby was amateur and a polar contrast to my experience with Megan and Korinda. Best of luck ladies, cheers.
