    I just recently moved into my new apartment here and absolutely LOVE it!!! Its a quiet community and the apartment I was shown is a perfect fit! The leasing Manager, Morgan, has been absolutely incredible since day one of my interest of this property! She showed me several options and answered any and all questions that I had (which was a lot on my end)! She was also completely on point with communication with me throughout the entire process along with professionalism, kindness, and patience! Very much appreciated! I look forward to being a resident here! So far its been a great experience and Im very happy and highly recommend taking a look! You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much again, Morgan, for all your help! šŸ˜Š

    We moved in a couple weeks ago and we absolutely love these apartments. Everything is new and the grounds are very clean and tidy. The leasing office ladies are very friendly and the maintenance is very prompt. I am sure we will have a good experience for the rest of our time here.

    This property is really beautiful and grounds are well kept. At a glance you can see that attention to all the property is highly regarded and management is on top of things! The office areas, common area and kitchen are very inviting! Overall the staff are always attentive and offer their assistance when needed.     The office personal is alwayā€™s friendly, welcome and inviting whether you see them in person or call them on the phone. The property offers a-lot of upscale amenities that has made living here they got resort style pools, a very nice gym. Also the complex is kept clean, the complex gets a A+++.

    The Encore Crossings apartments are beautiful! Very well maintained and clean grounds. I was shown around by a very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable leasing agent that deserves recognition,Rypli. She is such a doll. Rypli really took the time and had the patience to show me different floor plans since I couldnt decide on the number of bedrooms I wanted and she was so nice and accommodating to the fact that I had my 2 little kids with me on the tour. I definitely recommend Rypli and have made my decision to submit my application!

    Great management team, they communicate and are always happy to help. Grounds are always well kept and look awesome. Units are nice, we have had little to no issues. When we have had issues, maintenance team is always there asap and are professional and reliable.

    I have lived here for almost a year and my experience has been great! From leasing to moving in, and then transferring units when I had other plans fall through, the girls in the office were so helpful. They found me another unit that I could transfer to immediately, and they made the process less stressful for me. The apartments are very nice, clean, and well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly and they are very friendly as well. They have been making several improvements across the property which make it feel even more like home. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, and Iā€™ve never had any issues with anyone. The office is very responsive with any questions I have ever had. I love living here, and I highly recommend it!

Weā€™ve had maintenance and other issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time (Issue with plumbing where parts took longer to ship). Improvements have been made to security, gate, and amenities that have made living here much better.

    My husband and I are very happy here. The neighbors are quiet and the facilities are well kept. They just updated the landscaping in our phase and it looks beautiful. I love most that there is a washer and drier in every unit. It is a great bang for your buck.

    Had a tour recently with a lady named Leah, she was very efficient, polite and knew exactly what I was looking for! I needed a place as soon as possible and the apartment I viewed was very nice, clean and ready for immediate move in. She also made sure to point out the awesome amenities that come along with the property and I found that as a huge plus for me considering that I have two small dogs of my own who enjoy having outside play time so having a dog park(s) in the complex area was a score! Big thank you to her for allowing me to find my next home in such a timely matter!!

    I have lived at Encore for a little under a month now and let me tell you; this has been the best experience. When I started looking for a new place, Leah took her time and helped me explore my options, helped me find better deals to cut down certain cost and overall made me feel welcomed in this community. The only reason Iā€™m rating 4 stars is because the gates donā€™t close, but they have a plan for that and theyā€™ve been very transparent throughout this management switch.I see a lot of bad reviews here, but you really have to go into the office, meet with the awesome staff just to learn how great of place this is! I highly recommend living here!! PS- Leah is the best!!

After move in, minor details lead me to contact their maintenance tech Adrian and he was awesome with getting my work order done in a timely manner.     Iā€™ve lived here about 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The staff is great and if it wasnā€™t for me finishing my training and needing to move out of state I would have loved to have continued living here. I live over in phase II and itā€™s been great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The best part which really helps is the manager is awesome and the staff are super helpful and responsive any time you need anything and all around I think probably the best thing about the community. Most of the residents are young professionals like me which means my neighbors have also all been great. If you would like to live in a nice quiet and friendly place with amazing staff. This is the place for you. It also helps that the apartments are really nice and the grounds are very well kept and any time you need anything repaired itā€™s usually fixed with in 48hrs. I think Melissa the manager is probably the biggest reason everything is so awesome. She and the staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful, and will go out of their way to help make everything perfect in anyway they can.

    Apartment was unfortunately not ready on the day I was supposed to move in however the Manager, Shawn made it right, so I was very pleased. When I finally got the opportunity to move in, apartment was not move in ready, at all; maintenance was still doing something in the bathroom when we walked in. The floors were not mopped. The shower bar was missing. The fridge was missing shelves. I was told that the apartment was sprayed via the Pest Control however even though I was warned that there might be some bug activity, I have spent 4 days killing bugs; Ive purchased 2 Zevo bug spray to keep up with the activity & I had to buy 2 Zevo plug-ins as now flies are appearing in our apartment. The kitchen countertop is uneven to the right of the sink. There are 2 large stains; 1 in the bathroom & the other is on the kitchen countertop. When I tested the oven, a lot of smoke was producing, and it was because the cleaning crew sprayed the oven but didnt hardly wipe it off. UPDATE: SINCE ALL OF THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OF, IVE BEEN VERY HAPPY! Love the pool. Love the covered parking spot. Love the location. Love living here.

    I just moved in to this complex. Having rented for the past 5 years I had expectations for a fresh move in. I have been overall very happy with everything since move-in. Maintenance takes care of work orders in a timely manner, office staff is always super nice and helpful and our leasing assistant leah helped us find the perfect unit for out needs.     I can definitely say being a tenant here for going on 2 years Iā€™ve seen a lot of change with the new management. Couple of months ago my washer was having problems and they came and brought me a brand new one. Just the other day my dryer went out and JJ came and fixed it right away, im so happy I didnā€™t have to stress about going to a Laundry Matt! Everytime I have a concern about anything they are right on top of it!

    Upon move in to Encore my apt had a lot of issues. Early on I was fortunate to have met JJ who was ready to take on the tasks to fix all that was wrong. With his knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism JJ got all my issues repaired and I was able to unpack and get settled. My experience living at Encore has been a good one :)

    New to corpus and saw many apartments but none compare to Encore Crossing and their staff. Yaxaira supported us throughout the process and was very welcoming, she was amazing!     Everyone in the front office is super nice and provided all the information we needed when deciding where to lease. Kristina especially was extra helpful, let me tour numerous apartment homes to see which one fit my needs and even helped decide which one was a better fit due to my extra large furniture. She got the dimensions of every floor plan to help me get a better idea! 5/5 would recommend these apartments to anyone!

    I have been living here for the past 2 years and unfortunately it is time for me to move to Houston. Although there have been incidents that are beyond anyones control, the staff have been quick to resolve the issues. I only hope that I can find an apartment complex with a staff as attentive as this current staff! They recently pressure washed our breezeways and restriped the parking area (which needed to be done) and every time I call the office to request maintenance they are courteous, prompt and very helpful. I would recommend Encore Crossings to anyone who wants great customer service.

    Very neat and well kept. Spacious townhomes. For the record, I do not know the managment staff personally. I write honest reviews based on what Ive seen. Im sure some of the complaints are legitimate but they are also typical regardless of where you live. Staffing issues are universal. Its hard to find dependable help that wants to work.

    Lived here over a year, and give it 5 very positive stars. Quiet upscale apartments in a great location near the Athletic Club. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive.

    Management is great and very responsive. They have come along way when it comes to service. I wasnt impressed with their service in the beginning, since last few months they have really shown how much they care for the tenants. Sarah is always helpful and friendly!I def recommend Encore!

    Has to be the best service and leasing staff ever. Get with Nicki she makes everything possible, fast approval, and super easy to talk to. Honestly my new bestie! Need it done she gets it done! Fast and no hassles.

    Ive lived here for over 1 year and everytime I go into the office EVERYONE is always so friendly and helpful! The property itself is VERY WELL taken care of, thanks to the groundskeeper. Maintenance is very quick and helpful! 5 STARS for making this place MY HOME!

    I just moved in a month ago and I love it. The move-in process was so easy. The complex is nice and clean. Itā€™s also a quit community. Living alone I do feel safe here. Also the The staff is very friendly and helpful!!

    Loving Encore! Quiet, clean, and safe community. The office on duty is always driving around or at the front gate. Seeing him gives me peace of mind. The front office is super helpful as well! Iā€™m so thankful to be here!

    Theyre fantastic. My dryer was not working properly and maintenance was shorthanded. I was told it might take a week to get fixed. They werent sure. They fixed very quickly left me note what was done and did not leave a mess. Thanks yall so much
