    So far living here has been great! The leasing process was easy. Apartment was clean when we moved in I do love how they have valet trash that pick up at the door since I do love on the 3rd floor lol. Best apartment I have lived in so far. :)

    My family appreciates the team of staff and all they do for the community. From management, to leasing, to maintenance, etc., they have all made living here a comfortable experience.     Place is awesome! This place has a UNIQUE pool and area for the kids to play! Always being maintained and dogs WELCOME! They do pick up the trash every day for you from out the door. If you want somewhere to live it’s so beautiful! Crystal, Grace and Jolie are the best employees, they treat you like family! And they understand concerns and questions!

    My husband and I moved in recently from Georgia, Jolie was plenty reassuring, accommodating and just all around awesome with helping us get a feel of our new place even though we were states away. They have plenty of events each month to help stay close with the community and the pricing is reasonable for how much space we have and we love how quiet it is here as well! We have had no issues with parking yet but getting a reserved parking wouldn’t be an issue. We are very content with calling this home!

    I loved everything about this experience. Jolie was amazing and made everything so smooth. I was in a time crunch and she was able to get me a move in date within a week of viewing the property and applying. Excited to call Enclave my new home tomorrow!

    We are new residents of Enclave at Westport in Roanoke, TX. Let me tell you the property is absolutely PERFECT. Manicure and clean lawns. Private section for the pet owners. The online application was as easy as 1,2,and click. We had a response in less than 48hrs. Extremely easy! The move in process was a breeze. When we saw our unit, it was cleaned spotless and they left behind a little gift bag to welcome us home. I am obsessed with this new apartment, and the community. Also, the staff are extremely kind and very professional.

    The Enclave staff are incredible especially Chris & Maria. The place is well maintained and well designed. Parking closer to our apartment is a little bit hard to find at night so we normally park in the newly built parking extension on both ends of the building. Extended our lease for 24 months and we plan to stay here for a long time.

    I use to absolutely love this place. It is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in for all around beauty, comfort, staff, grounds etc.I had lived here since it opened (1st one in my apt) and I had resigned my lease every time because I loved it there. The grounds are always clean and pretty. Its very quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in. My apartment was gorgeous with colors that go with my theme and I even had an island in my kitchen...not many can say that about apartment living.The staff use to be wonderful...always friendly and eager to help me and Carrie that was the General Manager is an absolute doll. I have lived in many apartments since my kids grew up and this was by far the best staff I have ever had to deal with. They did extra things for the community like a omelette and fruit breakfast about once every month or so (the cook is awesome) and a donut truck occasionally, little parties for the residents, etc.The location is also good because its by 170 but back off the road enough that you dont hear traffic and I35 and 114 are just a hop, skip and a jump away.So after giving them a great review and living there 7 years they raised my rent $200, i signed cause i loved it there and fig it was worth it since i loved it so much and got a good deal before but then they wanted to raise it $200 more again the next year.. so i moved! New people in the office dont really care about the residents like the previous ones!

    I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Objectively, nothing is perfect anywhere you go. All apartment complex have their issues. What makes the difference, is the people. Crystal, Abi, Jolie, Briana, and Elvin have been phenomenal the entire time I have been here. It has been nice knowing that the staff isn’t constantly turning over.The office has always been pleasant and quick to assist with any issue you could think of. The maintenance team constantly keeps the grounds looking good and always quick to a solution when something goes wrong. If you are looking for a great location, great apartment, and a overall great community, stop by Enclave. Props to you, team! Keep it up!

    Absolutely amazing! I recently had to do a transfer and didn’t know what to do, I called and went up to the office and Jolie McGee, Briana Gibson and their managers helped me be able to do it stress free and helping me through the entire process. They were completely understanding and extremely helpful with everything I had questions about. I would 100% recommend living here to my friends and family with how amazing they are!

I will use the computer and printer, as well as any fitness area appropriate for me. Great dog friendly environment.I moved here from NH, with no exact idea what I was getting myself into, but felt accepted and supported by Jolene especially. Jolene was patient and caring toward my needs. Thank you everyone for being so supportive. From Jolene and Briana to the maintenance and pest control- everyone is very professional but personable.Food trucks, annual swim party - so much to get people acquainted and together.

    Beautiful property with beautiful apartments. The pool area is really nice with grills connected to main propane lines. Nice gym with new equipment. And 2 bark parks.Cons: gates do not work. Disappointed because the gated access was a big reason I chose this place.Can not access club house outside of office hours.Upon move in I discovered the cleaning lady had not dont anything- drywall and broken glass in the bathroom from work that had been done. Dog hair in the dishwasher and cabinets. And floors dirty enough to turn your feet black.I had been asked to write this review when I picked up my keys, so here is my observations after 2 weeks living here.

    Ive lived at the Enclave at Westport for about a year now and have really enjoyed it. It feels a lot safer than apartments Ive lived at in years past ... probably because of the type of people living here and the fact that its a gated community. The insides are nice with nine foot ceilings and nice features throughout.But the best part about these apartments is probably the office staff. They go out of their way to help you with any issues and are great about answering any day to day concerns that come up. Im not a big socializer but Ive noticed that management constantly has various food trucks and social events and fun parties for the residents. Its pretty nice (and somewhat rare) to see an apartment so often go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable and reducing any problems to a minimum. I guess this review is my way of saying thank you!

    I just love the apartment. I feel really comfortable, i love all the fun, and the cute place and environment in the property. Such a nice place to live in. Big thanks to Jolie McGee from the offices, she made everything 10 times easier and such a cool person. 10/10.

    My family lives in Roanoke and my husband and I wanted an apartment near by them so we are close by. We found Enclave at Westport and spoke with Jolie and Briana. They were super nice and answered all questions we had and they made us feel right at home. The property is very nice and clean and the apartments amenities are great. The customer service Jolie and Briana bring is amazing and any issues we may have they address it right away. I highly recommend this apartment.

    Ive been wanting to write this for a long time and just decided to just do it. I have lived at the Enclave for a long time, I think Im probably one of the first residents in my building.I love my apartment and couldnt think of living anywhere else. But the reason for this review is that Ive notice people moving in and out all over town. Its that time of year, kids are getting ready to go back to school and families have to get settled.The one thing that I can say about this development is the quality of service they supply. The office staff is friendly and most of all will go out of their way to be helpful. Im a senior and feel that they really try to take care of me. Im not that needy, but whatever me needs are I feel that they are addressed. Most of all, their maintenance staff is terrific! Friendly and very accommodating. I hope this helps if someone is trying to make comparisons and decisions. Finding a good place to live for yourself and your family can be very difficult.

    I haven’t lived in an apartment in a long time so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Enclave has far exceeded my expectations. Is everything perfect? No. Parking can be an issue at times. People don’t always clean up after themselves. Minor service requests can take a minute. These are issues you will have anywhere but I think the staff does all they can to make it a great experience for everyone. They have MANY times gone above and beyond where they are not required to. Chris, Amber and Carrie are awesome. I love walking in the office and Chris already knows I’m there for a package and what apartment number. I also love what they do to bring the community together (especially breakfast on the weekends). Thank you guys. Keep up the great work!

    This is the first time I have lived in an apartment. We are living here while our house gets built. I was worried living in an apartment would be horrible from all the horror stories my friends and wife tell me. Living at the Enclave has been amazing though! Maintenance is very responsive and friendly. Tyler in the office has been awesome to work with and has resolved any question we have had. The apartments are very nice and ours has a back yard which was mandatory for us! The pool area is awesome with tons of grills and seating all around. We also use the very nice gym 6 days a week and love it. All in all we are very happy here and would stay longer if we didnt have a house coming!

    I’ve lived at the Enclave at Westport apartments for over three years and plan on renewing my lease in June of this year. The staff is wonderful. The grounds are impeccable. Maintenance takes care of everything immediately if you have a problem. I genuinely feel safe living here as well. We are very close to 170 and 35W making my drives easily accessible, which I love. They are pet friendly and offer two nice dog parks that are well-maintained and available 24/7 (which is very convenient for those pet owners who keep off hours!). I highly recommend the Enclave at Westport apartments for anyone who is looking for a very classy place to live.

    Upon moving in, Maria and Chris made great arrangements for our weekend move and made sure all was good to go. I was so thankful for the opportunity to get in here. The apartments are a very nice community AND I love the area! It seems quite peaceful to me. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are the nicest Ive seen! Granite countertops and great floor plans. Just depends what suits your needs or wants. The staff here are always willing to help assist with anything.The office staff are the BEST and cater to the occupants and their needs. The maintenance here work hard and do their best to get things done in a timely manner. I am so glad to call this place home. I have been here for over a year now, and people have complained about parking, but I have never had an issue with finding a place to park. You can’t always get one close and upfront, but there is always parking available. You can also reserve a space or a covered parking spot if desired. It’s all on what you prefer. I would recommend Enclave if you are looking for a nice apartment. I really enjoy it here.

    I have lived here for a few months now and I LOVE this apartment complex! The apartments themselves are extremely nice and new. The best part is that the walls are super thick and I rarely ever hear my neighbors beside me or above me! The complex is very well kept and clean. I feel super safe here. Hillary at the front office is sooo helpful and accommodating. I am so happy that I found this place! 10/10 recommend!

    Ill be moving into this apartment complex on Friday. The staff has been so great in getting everything ready for the move in. Theyve even let me see the model apartment twice to get ideas on what I need for the apartment. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. The community areas are spacious and clean as well. The pool area will be amazing once the weather gets nicer. The gym has all the main equipment you need. Cant wait to move in!

    I have lived at Enclave at Westport for 2 years now and I absolutely love living here! The office staff is so amazing and helpful, the maintenance employees are super attentive and always go out of their way to make sure our homes are exactly how they need to be. EAW truly feels like a safe place to live, and is filled with a great community of people! The amenities here are always well taken care of and look beautiful! This apartment is in a wonderful location as well, right off of 170 & Alta Vista your commute almost anywhere is quick, but since it is tucked back, it doesnt feel like youre living right off the highway! I can not say enough great things about this complex! 10/10 recommend Enclave at Westport!

    This past month, I had to unexpectedly move due to plumbing complications at my prior complex and was in a huge time crunch to find a place. I came here and absolutely LOVED the area and the complex is GORGEOUS. The leasing staff was so insanely attentive and understanding of my need for a speedy move in and Crystal and Abby worked so quickly to get my application approved and all paperwork done while also rushing the make ready of my FABULOUS unit. I moved in within a week of my approval and everything has gone soooo smooth. This place is an absolute DREAM and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

    I absolutely love this community. The front office staff are kind and attentive to any need you may have. The pricing here is incredible for such upper echelon living! Even though the buildings are still under construction, the grounds are kept very neatly and there isnt copious amounts of noise. I cant say enough about the staff!! They genuinely care for their residents and will accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. I never would have seen myself being able to afford such a beautiful living space, but The Enclave has changed that. No this is not a paid review and yes I truly live here...on the third floor. Thank you to Julie and Maria for always being so kind and willing to help!

    I came back to Texas looking for a a place to lease in June. I called tons of different complexes. Nothing came close to the quality of service Jolie offered! She was warm and hospitable upon entry. Within the day she found me a spot that perfectly fit my budget and necessities. Since move in I have felt taken care of and appreciated, I can’t thank her enough! The place itself is immaculate, everything is updated, and I couldn’t be happier!!

    I have been at Enclave for almost a year now, and I have loved every moment here. When I first arrived, Maria Avila, whom I highly recommend to work with, made sure everything was perfect prior to moving in. Last week, I had a flat tire, and one of the office employees came to help me! The modern feel to these apartments is great! The pool is great, and and every time I have a maintenance request, they arrive diligently and fix it with ease. I am so thankful for this community and Maria for making this a great experience!

I’ve never had any issues contacting the front office. Tyler and Kelsey at the office have always been so helpful and nice. Theyre great about keeping everyone updated on things going on around the complex. I definitely recommend this apartment complex!

    I’ve enjoyed living here for the past 10 months. The community is clean, well lite, maintained and overall a nice place to live.The office staff are helpful and friendly. The Assistant Manager, Tyler, is amazing. Every single time I reached our to her about an issue she would personally call me, tell me how she was addressing the issue and follow up with me afterwards.Like any apartment, things broke, neighbors were occasionally loud, etc. The difference is the staff were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

    This is the best place I’ve lived at so far! Have a issue in your apartment? Put a maintenance order in and they’re there within 24 hours. I had a time when I was locked out of my apartment at 11 o’clock at night and I called and the maintenance member and he came within 15 mins. he was there to let me in! Do you you need a little time to pay your rent? They are there again to help and serve you. When I was transitioning from one job to another they worked with me and accommodated me anyway they could. Abi Umanzor is a woman who definitely looks out for you and makes sure you are a happy tenant nothing but excellent customer service from her and the entire staff at the Enclave. Looking for a nice quiet apartment community with excellent customer service and a great neighborhood community surrounding? Enclave is your place!

    We love it here!! Everyone on staff is so friendly. The management and maintenance staff work hard on a daily basis and we appreciate all they do. We love going to the breakfast gatherings and the special parties the mgt. has for us. Its great to meet new neighbors and new friends. We always have so much fun!This is definitely the BEST PLACE we have ever lived! So we take great pride in our new home. Thanks Enclave for treating us with only the best!

    I absolutely LOVE Enclave at Westport! The application process was so easy and the office staff was more than helpful. I’ve been here 6 months and during the COVID-19 pandemic I had to start working from home and the office manager, Carrie and the Abi have been incredibly understanding and patient with allowing me set up payment plans for my rent. Every apartment complex I’ve lived in has always disappointed me in some form or fashion, but Enclave at Westport has been fantastic and I could ask for a better more beautiful place to live!

The maintenence personnel are very diligent and capable in caring to make repairs that keep the complexes functional, clean and presentable!     This has, by far, been the best apartment we have ever lived in. The staff has been super friendly and great at responding to questions...and maintenance has done an excellent job at taking care of the smallest of requests (they change your air filter for you, people!). I almost hesitated to give 5 stars because no apartment complex is perfect, but we have truly been pleased with this one. The manager Carrie has always been super kind and has addressed everything Ive ever asked with great sincerity and professionalism. The location is close to all the great shops and eateries of Roanoke, Keller, Southlake, and Ft. Worth Alliance areas, yet it is quiet and has an off the beaten path kind of feel. Highly encourage considering this complex if youre giving it half a thought!

    I put in a work order this week and Alex went above and beyond. He replaced lightbulbs and other things I didn’t even list. I feel he always goes above and beyond what is asked. Also, in the leasing office, Jolie and Briana are always helping me if I need something. I like to stop by in the afternoons to go by to say hi and grab a hot cup of coffee. Best apartment complex and best team of employees I’ve ever encountered and I am 61yrs old!

    My apartment is just perfect. I am so excited about the resident events they offer. This is perfect place for elderly like me. My building has an elevator and theres even a dog park on both sides of the property.

    My experience at enclave at Westport has been great since the day my husband and I moved in! I love that we have someone that pickups our trash and the amenities are NICE. It’s family friendly and all around a great place to live. We just extended our lease one more year and if we move it’s because we bought a house. Zero complaints here 😍

    This has been the best apartment experience I could have ever imagined, everything is SO clean, the staff is sooo friendly, and maintenance is amazingly fast! The lay out of the apartments are great! Im in a 1 bd, around 700 sqft and it still feel massive! They are very dog friendly with 2 dog parks and lots of places to walk your dog! Only compliant i have is the parking, they have so many reserved spots which really affects that people dont have reserved spots and dont get off till late night, garages are way over priced too, but over all its still a fantastic place! Very quiet as well, have not had any noise complaints. Highly recommend it!

    This apartment complex is wonderful and new. Office staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and friendly. Regarding parking and the gates...same issues exist at my sisters complex. I dont consider that a negative. Im very happy with the apartment complex and the amenities.

    I agree with Kellie! This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! I move in on March 26!! Woot woot! The staff (Julie, Amber, Maria) are hands down the best Ive ever encountered in the area. Other apartments cant compete! It feels so great being the first person to live in a new apartment. Yes, the complex is still under construction but its soooo clean and very quiet. Ive drove through the community at different days and times because I was worried about the noise due to my work schedule but there is none. Ive rented the A4 flr plan and I love it! If youre looking to live in an awesome area, great community where the staff actually cares and treat you with respect, this is the place for you. Even though I will be paying 250.00 more a month from where I am now, I dont mind. You get what you pay for anyway. If you want a place thats cheap, then expect to get cheap customer service. But, if you want high end, the move here and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Come on down & take a tour. You wont regret it! And no, Im not paying for this review! Im passing this information on because they deserve it!

    First Chris is a pleasure to work with. The apartment looked better in person then in the picture on-line.We had a large one bedroom, almost triangle shaped living room, which was great for me because I hate the feeling Im in a box.Modern updates like granite counter tops and lots of lighting options really makes the apartment pop!

    I truly love my place here and the property is nice. I took off one star as a warning for current and future residents. With the pandemic and super slow funding for rental assistance flowing in, many people are left behind on their rent at a time when their lease renewal is coming up. Enclave (the higher ups, not necessarily the management) will not renew your lease if you are behind, even if youre waiting on rental assistance. So everyone that lives here please make sure youre caught up. And anyone wanting to rent here, just know that if something unexpected happens in the future that unless you can catch up, you will be looking for another place if your lease is up. Every place has a line to draw and this is where Enclaves seems to fall for now. I find the whole pandemic tragic and wish there was no need to even post concerning the pandemic, but it has changed everything. I wish there was more corporate could/would do.
