    This is a good start up apartment, I have lived here for a while now. I want to make sure that this review is specifically for maintenance. I just want to say that ever since Alejandro has been working at Emmitt my issues with maintenance have been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. He is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. I am so happy he works here now because it will not take months for my requests to be resolved.

    The leasing agent Melody did a great job explaining all the fees and procedures of the apartment. She was very helpful and heart warming about the property and made me feel very welcoming!! She greet me at the door very polite and I was so amazed how professional she was. I can’t wait to move in to my new home. If you need any assistance she’s the go to person!.

    Had a very pleasant conversation with Lupe over the phone so I decided to go in for an appointment. My father also was very impressed with the customer service he received. We both met with Lupe who helped us with the application process. She was patient and even stayed late to ensure we had all our questions answered and completed the application correctly.

    Have moved out , just wanted to leave a couple of comments. The front ladies and the assistant Arleth are phenomenal. Arleth always welcomes you with a smile on her face even when we’re having a bad day she always knows how to handle the situation. Sad part is they hardly have their manager in the office for help and if she’s there she has her door closed & takes longer than an hour in lunch .But amazing work Arleth , Lupe & Mel 🫶🏼

She values me as the tenant and I feel very much at ease knowing that I will be very pleased with the outcome!Everyone I have dealt with in the office, the maintenance folks, etc. , have treated me very well.     I just went in today to see what options I had after looking at 12+ apartments in the past couple of days with no hopes of finding anything within my budget, close to work, and not sketchy. When I went into the office I was treated by Lupe as if I had bumped into an old friend. Greeted me super nicely with a smile and helped me so much. She let me tour the complex, ask questions, and I was completely sold on the facility! I filled out an application and now I’m just waiting to hear back but I wouldn’t have made that decision without Lupe! She was amazing!

    This place and the staff are amazing!! Im about to sign another years lease, plan on being here for quite awhile. The ladies in the office are so sweet, and it is clear that they truly care for their tenets. They are very helpful and patient. The maintenance crew are also great! They are always there on time and ready to lend a hand. Not to mention the renovations!! They have been working so hard at getting it remodeled here and having the property looking beautiful! And they are far from finished! I cant wait to see to completed projects they have coming up! Loving the dog run they set up as well!! Great job guys and gals!

    Recently moved in this last month with my girlfriend and let’s just say Lupe does her thing! Since the beginning of us moving in she has helped us so much with everything from getting settled in till now! Maintenance is on point and they are quick with getting things solved. Apartment was clean moving in and so far everything has been good! I would for sure recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place to live.

    Ive lived here for about 2 months now and I really like my actual apartment super cozy and spacious for a good price. Its also pretty quiet as well except when my upstairs neighbors think its WWE at 1100 at night. My only huge complaint was it took about a 1 month and half to get my shower hot water to be hot and now it fluctuates a bit depending on the time of the day. Besides that my experience here has been pleasant. If you plan on moving here put me as your referral and I will split the cash with you.

    I have lived here for a little over two years. I was nervous when we were bought out by Madera. At first, the new staff was rude and and accommodating, except for Nicole Williams. She has always been extremely friendly and helpful. They then hired some new staff and they are wonderful. They renovated the front office and it is beautiful. I like that when you sign your new lease they re-run a background check on you. Some people may have gotten in trouble during the time that they lived there, and they shouldn’t live there any longer. This prevents criminals from staying in our apartments. I feel very safe here, the police come through regularly and I have had no issues with crime whatsoever.

    **Update: Called the office again July 22nd spoke with Carlie, she got into the portal and found some things that were wrong in there and said she would fix them. I got the new lease agreement in my email a day or two later sent from Charles. Carlie and Charles have been at the office since I came to live here and have always been super nice and helpful. I appreciate the team effort!Talked with Brenda on 6-3-20 about extending my lease. She said they were doing it up to a year due to the current situation. I told her I needed to think about how long I wanted to renew it for so I called her back in 6-8-20. I told her a year and then she said since my son is 19 she also needed to email him so I gave her his email address. She said it could be a bit before I hear from her since she was swamped but that she would get back with me. I patiently waited and finally gave her another call on 6-26-20. She said oh yes, I remember you and I was waiting on you to give me your sons email. I said no, I am waiting on you and I gave you his email last time we talked. She apologized and said she would get it right out to me. So, still not having received it I called again 7-17-20 and again, the same thing, she said she was waiting on my sons email and how long I wanted to renew the lease so I told her again and she apologized and said she would get it out to me in the next 5 minutes. Here it is, 7-20-20 and nothing, so I called again, had to leave a message and no one has called back. My lease is up Aug. 1st and its been 2 months trying to get the new one sent to me. Frustrated! I called again on 7-21-20 and no one picked up so I had to leave a message again. At this point Im feeling like they are avoiding me calls.

    We have lived here almost 8 years and nothing has ever really been done to improve these apartments until now, new management are putting a lot of money and effort into making this complex a better place to live. Our apartment just got renovated, new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms etc, really pleased with it, Shelly has been amazing! Cannot wait to see whats next! We just signed a new lease!

    These apartments were beautiful and I really wish I approved for them. I put in a application. Fee for 125 dollars and everything came back great. But they said I needed a cosigner... I was very upset because everything came back good and they couldnt even give me a chance because I had no rental history unfortunately I lost the 125. But its ok. I have nothing bad to say about this place it is beautiful on the inside and out. Im just hoping they could at least just give me a chance. Cause Ill I have is me and my daughter and I dont have a cosigner.... Or anyone for that matter except for my daughter.. anyways long store shorts this is a great place!!!! 😊

    I moved into my apartment in the middle of March was doing well until I got laid off due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I had no way to pay my rent on time because I was waiting on my unemployment benefits to process. When I called and told an administrator she gladly gave me an extra week to pay without adding any late fees. Unfortunately my benefits didnt come until the week after I thought they would be here and when I finally got my benefits and went on the super convenient website to pay my rent I noticed they hadnt added dollar in late fees. Even after I was later than I said I would be they didnt call me at all leave any notes on my door or anything of that nature they were patient and understanding.. I 0lan to stay here for a long time dont listen to the naysayers my apartments management puts the tenants first and cares for them its not just about the money for them and because of that they make difference in their residents lives. Thank you Fairway on the park for being patient with me in my time of need.

    I am not sure if i will end up moving here but i called about 2 hours ago to inquire about their prices and availability and spoke with Carlee on the phone. She is an all star and i told her i would give her a shout out on Google. Basically, i had a bunch of questions because i havent had to deal with moving into an apartment for awhile, and i had help back then figuring it all out. She answered all of my questions, went so far as to ask her manager about one question, and even helped me out with an agent who helps people find apartments in their price range. I talked with her for a good 30 minutes, thats 30 minutes just to help one person out who is trying to find a place to call home. Beautiful service Carlee, thank you thank you. Stay blessed. Apartments need good workers like yourself, its home afterall.

    Emergency maintenance is her within an hour if you have a clogged sink, leaking toilet, etc. The ladies in the office are friendly and so are the maintenance guys. The pools are cleaned every week. Maintenance like new screens, doors for the laundry room, etc. take longer, but overall I am quite satisfied with Fairway of the Park. It is very close (walking distance) to some great restaurants, the library, a golf course, local schools, churches, and gas stations. We walk around the complex and the neighborhood every night and have no reason to ever feel unsafe.

    Nice place, nice staff great prices I liked how they had they electric bill through your rent, and the apartment was nice. Sadly I was denied because of credit issues and told that I need a CO signer which I unfortunately didnt have. But if you can qualify its a good place. I recommend it.

    My experience at Fairway on the Park has been a pleasant one. Any maintenence issues were addressed promptly and in terms of pricing you really cant find a better deal for the square footage. The apartments are older but theyre in the process of updating them but they are very well maintained. If I had to move back and get an apartment in this area I would have no problem coming back.
