I just wanna say thank you to the ladies in the office, they’ve been very welcoming and helpful with the move in process. Gabriella worked with us every step of the way from all the way across the country. The property is actually nicer in person than online which is pretty opposite compared to other places. Very clean and quiet neighborhood feel to it and they take care of workorders very quickly so that’s always nice. I’m glad we chose this place and my wife and daughter love it as well!

I absolutely love living here. I am proud to say I was one of the first to move in even before construction was finished. From then to now 2025 I have had no issues. I consider Emerson to be a very safe, Pet friendly, spacious one bedroom with two huge walk in closets Ladies. 😇💜👍🏻 . Management has been nice to me and I truly believe Emerson at buda have some of the best, hard working mantienace workers ever: hands down.....So far so good for this apartment complex, I can only speak for myself, I have no complaints, its been fun. This is a very well-maintained and professionally managed apartment community. I just completed a one year lease and really enjoyed my time at Emerson at Buda. I only had a couple of maintenance needs over the year, but each was addressed and resolved promptly. Also, the fitness center and pool area are really great!

Emerson Buda is a wonderful place to live. They are on top of everything every complaint every maintenance order everything. They are very meticulous at making sure that our community is clean and smoke-free and safe. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone.

I been here almost a year and loving my spacious apartment. Whenever I needed a adjustment or something fixed they were on it like bees on honey!! I will be renewing my least in a month. The pool and community events are so much fun!! But you must get involved.

Emerson@Buda has been a blessing. All faculty and staff that I have encountered has been amazing. Me and my mom have been living here for about a month and they are always on point. Esmee is a Godsend!!!!! From the beginning to the end and even now she had never failed to come through on her promises. I told her if leave a review after we got on the phone and if your reading this Esmee you know who this is :D. Never change always remain the same and thank you a million times over for making this transition a smooth and easy one. Already looking forward to renewing after our 15 month lease!!!

Emerson at Buda is a dream. The leasing office team (Emily, Sydney, Gabriella) are responsive, helpful, receptive and friendly. Freddy on the maintenance team is knowledgeable and prompt.The amenities are beautiful with a dreamy pool, lawn games, a nice open gym, meeting spaces and outdoor bonfire spaces.Our apartment is spacious and a perfect place for hosting. Emerson at Buda is definitely our favorite apartment we’ve had so far.

We lived at Emerson for 3 1/2 years, ever since it was first built. What stands out to me is the people (neighbors, office staff, and maintenance).We had an out of state funeral that came up the last weekend we had to move out. Even though Emily didn’t have to do anything to help us out, she worked with me us to find a compromise to buy me 3 extra days and honestly that kindness will stick with me 20 years down the road.

Its been a month since I moved here. I can only say that I didnt think I would love this place so much. My first interaction was with Jordan who made the tour and the application process super easy and enjoyable... The conditions of the apartment was clean and looks like new... To top it off the times I have had to require maintenance, they have come in less than 24 hours... , If you are looking for a place with affordable prices, with a safe and quiet environment and where they treat you well I recommend you come to Emerson at Buda

I just wanted to praise the team of ladies at Emerson at Buda for the amazing time we had just touring the site. We felt extremwly welcomed, as if seeing my best friends from highschool again after years apart. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. Hands down, the best complex in all of Buda.

Me and my boyfriend have been here a year and just renewed for another. Jordan has been an amazing help on our journey of finding our perfect apartment! The amenities are great here we love the pool which stays clean regularly, and the pup spa for our dog. Overall great spot and if you ever stop by ask for Jordan she is amazing!

We’ve had a few hiccups when we first moved in but they have/are being resolved and front office staff are very nice and always helpful. Walls are thin, so expect to hear neighbors from time to time but that’s been at almost every apartment I’ve lived in and to be expected.All in all we love our space and the apartment and property is beautiful.

By far the best apartment I’ve ever lived at! From the very first time I came to tour, Jordan was right there to help me! I wasn’t set on the Emerson and told her I wanted to look at other places before I made a decision and she was so polite and respectful! She did not manipulate or try to convince me to stay at the Emerson, instead she showed me around the property pointing out all of the great amenities that the Emerson has! It was an insanely hot summer day and she still took the time to show me all of the outdoor amenities! My favorite is the Puppy Spa! Jordan’s hospitality and the professionalism that she carries herself with is what won me over but even after i signed she has been right there if I ever needed anything!! If you’re trying to find an apartment that suites all of your needs, come and ask for Jordan!! You will not be disappointed!

Great place to live. Excellent facilities and staff. They respond to work orders quickly as well and are SUPER nice about everything. Jordan in the front office is AMAZING and is one of the most friendly people you’ll meet. She has helped me out whenever I needed something from management. Emerson has been the perfect property for me and my kids! It’s safe!! It’s clean!! Location is right next to my son’s school! It’s cozy! It’s beautiful! Is fair priced! It’s peaceful! The office staff and maintenance men are professional and friendly and caring! The maintenance men have good character and dress and smell well. I don’t feel like I have a criminal in my home if they have to come! Me and my kids appreciate Emerson and staff so much and deeply. The sun just shines so much brighter here!!

Emerson at Buda is a wonderful place to live. Good community good management and it’s close by to a lot of things. The walls are a little thing but to be honest everyone in the community seem to have a mutual respect of keeping the noise level at a respectable level. I just renew my lease for another year and Jordan has been really awesome in helping me with renewing my lease. The management team is honestly one of the best. In the way they care and do their best to help you out with things.

The amenities, events and cleanliness have been nothing but world-class. The maintenance is nothing short of excellence and there is a wonderful atmosphere. I have lived in many apartments in my life and I honestly feel this place in Emerson Buda is the best. It is clean, wonderful amenities and even walking around the pool at night with its changing lights is soothing. I love that I can workout any time of day in a full gym. The staff are friendly, efficient, and timely. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for my requests to me met. I highly recommend this apartment complex Emerson Buda to everyone. Best place Ive ever lived.

Beautiful interior, lovely custom paint palettes, granite countertops and hardwood floors. New stainless appliances, dishwasher & hookup for W/D - & great A/C. Plenty of parking in their secure, gated community; Pet friendly, 24/7 workout room, large pool & great grounds. Every amenity you could ask for-my fave is their Valet trash service-no more hauling your trash to a bin!The management, Avenue 5, and their entire staff of professionals put all of Emerson’s best to the forefront. Reasonable prices, great leases and friendly neighbors make Emerson @ Buda where you should consider living….special shout-outs to their super professional staff, including Jordan & Jordan F., Tiera & Ricardo-Maintenance Mgr.Check Emerson @ Buda out today!

I just turned in my keys yesterday and wish I could’ve just taken Emerson up North with me instead! More specifically, I wish I could take Lady K (office) and David (maintenance)! These two compassionate individuals really turned this apartment into a home for my husband and I. Be cautious about parking if you’re moving into Buildings 1 and 2. I loved the pool! The gym could use more lower body machines, but don’t worry. It’ll get the job done! We loved the open layout of our 1BR. We went to an MAAC sister property because Lady K and David represented them so well! I can’t thank y’all enough for making our experience a positive one!!!

The staff at emerson at buda are the most kindest and welcoming people to work with. This was my first apartment and everyone was so open and patient when it came to answering all my questions about renting an apartment from them. There were a few minor issues when i got my unit but they were on top of everything and sent someone to fix those issues right away. Plus the units are beautiful. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking.
