OMG! I was having a bad day searching for an apartment, until I contact The Embry Apartment and Ms Delores ( apt manager) answered the phone she was very pleasant and informative . We set an appointment, and once I met her face to face it was like God heard my prayers and sent the sweetest, nicest and easy person to talk to. The apartments all have garages , the property is clean and well kept . She spoke highly of the owners and how they were people first . I feel like I am home at Embry Apartments.❤️ and I havent signed a lease ( applying now)

I have live here since June 2016. Amazing Customer Service!! The office management ( Ms Delores) is kind & professional. She is always there to help me with anything I need. The property is nice clean & well kept. I will definitely referral Embry to family and friends!!!😀

Finally, a new apartment manager that cares about the community that I am a part of. Questionable people are slowly but surely leaving, the community has become a lot more clean and kept that way, the property manager actually empathizes with our concerns and is very professional and diligent about her job and I like that. I am positive that the rest of the community agrees with me when I say: “She’s a keeper”. Thank you ownership, you found yourself a # 1 Draft pick in Ms. Dolores!

Love my new home here at the apartments the management is the best and the property is clean and the environment is safe thank you !!!! Embry apartments for making me a home here !!!! The manager was kind and helpful thank you Delores !!!!7 months later and it’s the best decision I could have ever made I love it and this is now my forever home it’s peaceful! And it’s safe management is always going above and beyond and they care they are fair thank you Delores for giving me the opportunity to live here I love it it’s clean and the community is comfortable!

Weve been living here almost a year and its been wonderful here. Very up scale place clean beautiful view of the pool and a Lil lake. Not trash places, trash pickup every Sunday, trash truck every morning; Very clean place. I can go on and on about the place and maintenance are off the chain, they be on point with the serviceWe love it here.

Just moved in at Embry, and it was so easy. The office staff was so helpful, and the manager Delores was very patient with me through the process. I had a lot of questions, and she didnt mind at all. The maintenance came in the office and she introduced him to me which I was glad. As a single mom, names with a face are extremely helpful. Thank you, Ms. Delores.

I have lived here almost 5 years now. There was a lot of negative reviews prior to me moving in. I took the chance and came to look at a unit. Once I looked at it, I signed the deal. It has a very down to home feel. The unit I live in has an attached walk through garage. A lot of things have changed over the years. New ownership for starters. A lot of the apartment have been remodeled/upgraded. Which benefits new clients. The place over all is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Its not a bad place to live, especially having a garage for the price. New management have been pretty good over all. Like any other place, there are always pros and cons. For me the pros out weigh the cons. I do recommend anyone looking for a good place to live, come to Embry.

I love it here! This complex has everything a renter could want from wood burning fireplace, direct entry garages to actual backyards! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and they are extremely professional. The office management team is responsive to requests.I would recommend The Embry to anyone.

I chose to live at Embry almost two years ago. It’s a good location! In 7 mins. I can be to downtown Addison or to public transportation. For the service of the staff, quiet complex, storage (emphasis on storage), amenities, safety, and shade, the price is certainly right and Im content. I’m on the first floor with an attached garage and spacious fenced in area for my dog. It’s great. I hope to call Embry home once my lease is up for renewal.Upland Residential has made some great changes to the property by adding a dog park, landscaping is well upkept and beautiful, and the pool is always clean and mostly quiet. Since our office staff had turnover some months ago, Tiffany has made wonderful changes to the organization, professionalism, and always makes sure things are done promptly. Having a manager who truly cares about her residents makes all the difference! The new office staff are the friendliest I’ve experienced in apartments (and can I just say that having lived in 4 apt complexes with grumpy office staff this is SUCH a breath of fresh air 😂). The staff invites the residents to community gatherings often. I’d say we get notified about an event they’re hosting for us twice a week on average and it’s awesome of them to go above and beyond like this.All that to say, it’s a great place to call home and the staff works diligently to keep it that way. Highly recommend.

Ive been here 4 years and I absolutely love this place. Management has always been quick to resolve the few issues weve had. It doesnt feel cramped like the traditional apartment complexs and the drive through the complex is pleasurable. All of the tennants that Ive met have seemed nice and a pleasure to talk to.

I’ve lived here a long time! I love it here...quiet...feels like condos! The garage is what sold me and Keri’s me here. The manager, Tiffany, is awesome and very professional and responsive to any request made. You will be happy here!

My husband and I moved in about a month ago and the staff alone sold us!!! So nice and accommodating!!! Every issue we had, they were on it! It’s extremely quite! We live on the first floor and I promise I don’t hear my neighbors at all! Very nice place to live!

I just had to share my experience with you’ll! So, I went on this tour of a property, and let me tell you, Xavier was an absolute gem! He was super informative about everything, especially the amenities.Even though I won’t be moving in until April, I can’t shake off how awesome this place is. The fitness center is a total win—open 24/7 for my personal workouts? Yes, please! And the view of the pond? Just gorgeous. Plus, the outdoor seating area is perfect for chilling out.I’m definitely keeping this place on my radar. Can’t wait to see what else it has to offer!
