    This is one of the few places Ive rented at where everything is transparent, and management isnt flat out rude. Ive had nothing but great experiences with the property manager, Daniel. Anytime my family needs anything hes quick to accommodate our needs.Maintenance is also very responsive and extremely professional, something many complexes are lacking. I appreciate The Ellis on Solon for giving us a place to stay in the time we have spent here.

    Daniel, is the best apartment manager Ive ever had! The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Hes also the best to my two kids hes very kind! And theres alot of nice people!     I love here it is very quiet and peaceful and my kids absolutely love living here everyone here is so sweet and very kind my kids love the playground and I love the picnic table over by the grills its so pretty and Daniel is very kind and understanding about everything and maintenance is very professional and on time about everything.

    Wonderful place to live, I have a fire place in my unit and I absolutely love it, the pool is well kept and there are areas for kids to play, along with grills for everyone to use for BBQs!

    Hey yall, I would just like to share my thoughts about my familys experience so far with Ellis on Solon. When we started apartment hunting, we were living in Costa Rica and needed to secure a place before coming back to Texas. We are a family of 6, and we needed a 3/2, so this was important to us. From the start of the application, the process was simple, and Daniel was a big help and answered our questions. The pictures looked great, it was under new management and we liked the fact that it had a BBQ area, a playground and a pool! Our kids are 6, 5,3,3. I like that the pool is fenced, but I dont love the fact that there isnt any shade or umbrellas (not that Ive seen anyway). The playground is great, but I wish it was fenced for safety reasons, and the BBQ area has a great little paved perimeter where my kids love to ride their trikes. I love all the trees. It makes being outside much better. I also thought the apartment would have a patio. It has a space, just doesnt have rails. The pictures, I must say, must be AI generated only because the pictures made it seem like the apartments had been gutted and completely remodeled, but thats not the case. Management definitely had the right idea, though. I really like the materials used and the colors chosen, and the flooring makes it easy to clean. I just think the workmanship is sub-par. The apartment is roomy and is a great use of square footage. All the closet space is great! We are excited to use the fireplace this winter. We have only been here a few weeks, but it seems quiet, and its nice that there are other children. This will be a comfy place for our family until we can find our forever home.

    Daniel is an outstanding manager! He has helped me so much throughout the entire process… I am currently going through a divorce and he did not hesitate to help me get into an apartment ASAP. I applied on a Tuesday and within the next day I was approved and ready to go! I asked if I could move in a couple days early so I wasn’t in a rush to do it all in one day and he did not hesitate to allow me to do so.

    This place is really changing for the better. Daniel, the new property manager has been diligent to fix all of our issues in the apartment. He really cares about this property and he is doing a fantastic job. I love the location, price of rent, and I’ve met some very kind people here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking to stay in Waxahachie!

    My fiance and I have only lived here for a short amount of time with his sister and Daniel is an amazing person. He gets everything done on time. If you running a little late he doesn’t scold you, he’s very understanding! Daniel and his team are probably the best people we have rented from in long time!

    I have lived here for nearly 6 years & have had multiple experiences. I can honestly say that we have had 2 different mangers since Stacy the original apartment manager. I have seen soooo many improvements here at Ellis On Solon. The current manager is absolutely amazing! She has had terrific communication & has improved soooo much about these apartments. She has been sooo helpful to me & just keeps on amazing me. For those of us who have been here a bit…to see the swimming pool look FANTASTIC is beyond my imagination! The new workout area is A MAJOR bonus to the package! This is a more family oriented apartment complex & I can hardly wait to see what other surprises Melissa has up her sleeve. THANK YOU for all your hard work it make this a better living experience.

    Solon Place apartments are great. Its a nice quiet neighborhood and the apartments are kept clean. They are quick to fix any problems tenants may have. They are also big on trying to connect the tenants with social get togethers. Great Place to live.
