    I’ve been staying here for over a year now and this complex is decent. For the amount and space it gives, it’s affordable and convenient when you need to move in right away. The only issues was registering for parking due to towing and maintenance takes a while to fix what’s going on in the apartment, but other than that everything is ok.

    Will write another review after moving in, but today we toured a unit with Neyler, she was super super informative and sweet. Even though it was raining and not prime conditions to tour a unit, she still showed it to us and made hot chocolate for us after we came back in from the cold weather. She never made us feel rushed or strange for all the questions we had (which were quite a few) she was honest about certain aspects and left us feeling great about moving in. She typed up a quote estimate and wrote down all the other fees or pricing for things that were not already on the quote, and explained everything to us perfectly. Even when it came down to asking about little things like the process for paying rent, she showed us via her mobile app and explained how we can split rent or pay with several cards/payment methods. It was a very pleasing experience and she definitely deserves some recognition for her amazing customer service!

    I can say this Apartment meets all of my requirements within a residential unit. The management are very professional, courteous , and attentive to my needs. The maintenance has room for improvement. Great area for raising a family. I would recommend Elliott Windsprint to anyone needing a good, safe living space.

    Elliot was a hit or miss, I was on the 2nd floor Carly was nice, office staff mind their business the application process was easy got approved within 2 days lived there for 16 months I did not have any pest problems no roaches! Everyone time I had a work order it would get fix within 2 weeks one time I did had a clogged toilet and I had to go to the office personally to get it fixed and it got done within 3 days maintenance does come in with their own key but your allow to put online if you want them to come in or not. What they says the windows do need reinforcement because when It’s cold or hot it all comes in and the light bill is super high due to the thin windows the doors from the closets do come off 🤷‍♀️ we just learned to live with them lol I never got how rent was $1450 but every month we ended up paying $1780 after all the fees! Conveniently everything is online.

    I could not be happier with the Office Staff here. The Manager Meagan is amazing! as well as her Staff Gloria and Karely. If weve had any concerns or issues, they have taken care of them immediately. We just love it here! Thank you all so much for caring and taking care of us. This is by far the best apartment experience weve ever had.

    Ok, so let’s be honest the past reviews will stir you away from these apartments, but we gave it a try anyway and I’m so grateful we did! These apartments are very quiet. Everyone is friendly, but also everyone pretty much keep to themselves. We had minor issues with stairs, and outlets, but EVERY time we have any issue, it’s completely resolved the following day (if emergency, it’s followed up with immediately). They also have community events. We’ve attended two since we’ve moved in. The office staff are very friendly, especially Maria. She’s always smiling and have a beautiful personality.The maintenance team are top notch! The few times they’ve come into our home they’ve always been kind and respectful. They do the job, follow up with you to make sure everything is going good and go on the next job.

    I’ve stayed here for three months now and I am more than happy! I’ve had same day fixes on maintenance request and lots of help from Megan and Carly! They are both super nice and helpful and have no problem answering my questions. My apartment is fully renovated and beautiful!

    As the Courtesy Officer Megan and Tessa has made it a point to work with me and make sure we are going in the right direction. You have to love the team work to make sure the property is at its best. Karely is always making sure she does her part to assist with calls that have come in and notify me of situation. This team work makes everything so easy.

    Though I did not sign a lease with Windsprint, I enjoyed visiting the grounds because of Maria’s Excellent customer service from the moment we met she was full of life and extremely enthusiastic. This women could teach my generation of women how to hold a conversation even if it’s only for the purpose of achieving a goal. She made me feel extremely welcome as if I was already living there and looking for a new apartment to transfer into. The tour was the best tour I’d ever been on because she wasn’t worried about moving me in but if I was happy with what I saw and that set her aside from complexes I’d visited before.

    Love being here karley is still awesome as usual. Got the chance to get new management and has been a blessing who has been on point and taking care of us. Have to love the direction we are going in. I miss Juanita but Tessa step in and filled the void. Tessa and Megan teamwork is awesome for the future of the property and looking forward to renewing my lease just on the vision they have shown and didnt say anything about. Have to love it here

    Ive been here for about 6 months and every issue Ive had has been resolved immediately. Maria and Raquel are great. They are very accommodating and go over and beyond to help.Quick update. The apartments are fine but they could be 100 times better if tenants took care of the property. Example. We have 2 dumpsters on my side and I’ve seen the majority of tenants (adults and children) just throw their trash outside the dumpster or on the side of it. Or pull up and throw bags of trash at the dumpster and pull off.

    Megan, Gloria, Carly, & the maintenance team are simply wonderful. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else because this is the complex to live at for years to come! And the renovations are beyond outstanding. Go and check them out if you are in the renter’s market!

    Our maintenance guy Juan did such amazing job resolving all of our concerns with a lot of the issues that we had in our new apartment. He spent most of his day in and out of our unit because he was dedicated to fixing every issue, which there were several. I appreciate him seeing everything through to the end and he even picked up a trash can for us for the Trash Valet service. Juan went above and beyond in such a caring way, it makes us forget how poorly our place was initially presented to us. We appreciate you Juan. 🙂Its people like you that turn a situation around 100% in a great way!

Every time I call or go into the office for any Questions Or Concerns she always Greets every one with a big smile, always makes sure the resident understands everything.     I have lived here for 2 years, never had any real issues. Just recently, I put in a request for my dishwasher with the new management and maintenance came and fixed the issue within a few days. It wasnt an emergency and I know the new management company is probably bombarded with requests, so I was patient. Id rather have to wait a few days and have things fixed correctly than have someone come ASAP just to patch it up and need fixing again later. So, thanks Elliot Windsprint and especially Karely for being so helpful!

    I have lived here for almost a year now and like my apartment. I wanted to mention the Assistant Manager, Claudia San Juan. She has helped me several times over this year with an assortment of minor issues. She is always very responsive and pleasant. I dont have to keep at her - she just takes are of things.     Manager Megan, has made my move in process very quickly and stress free. I was stressing a little because I wanted to find a good home for me and my family. She took all my stress away and did everything posible to make sure we had a home. The process was so fast and very professional.     AC went out I logged a ticket, maintenance informed me the entire unit needed to be replaced. Ordered it 3 days later it was installed. They offered me a portable AC unit luckily we hit a cold spell so no need. Everyday Jose or Juan would reach out to fill me in on what’s going on, an ETA of brand new AC unit/replacement date. The Maintenance guys here are very professional and have great customer service skills. So far very happy with the new management.Tracie in the office is very helpful, very patient in answering all of my questions to put me at easy and a big part of the reason I decided to renew my lease with Elliot Windsprint after I initially put in my 60 day notice to vacate.Great job Elliot team!Danny Cedano

    I was looking for an apartment recently and was driving around and stopped at this location to get some information. The office was very clean and the girl in the office Debra was very friendly. She asked all the right questions and it’s rare you find renters like this these days. Some one walked in the office while her and I were talking and she was very professional. She greeted the person with a smile and very enthusiastic. The Renter was having some issues and she apologizes but informed Him on the eta and mentioned she would put the request in. I strongly recommend these apartments, if it weren’t for me moving in with a roommate, I would definitely consider living here.

    This is a new journey for me so I started here. On my visit I was welcomed with a sense of community. I was serviced by leasing agent Maria, who was professional, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the units and amenities offered. Although I did not lease with them, they will never be far out of mind because of the care and attention given on my search.

    Love my apartment! Moved here last year and have not one thing to complain about. The apartment itself is nice, the complex is quiet, all the staff are really friendly and the manager is on top of her job. Maintenance always came when needed and each one of the staff members are helpful. Theres a pool, kids playground, dog park, and areas to BBQ. Havent had an issue with parking since ive been living here. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

    I have lived here for 2 years and it’s an amazing place to be . The apartments have easy access to 360 and lots of stores nearby . The ladies in the office are GREAT specially Maria , she’s so helpful and sweet all the time no matter what day you call or stop by. The towing svc has improved for our residents keeping up with any vehicles that aren’t allowed to park in residents parking or do not have resident permits which frees up the parking for the ones that live here .

    Good place to live office staff is cool and matience fixes issues fast. The Apartments look great soo many upgrades done recently. Its a very kid friendly place to live they have a nice pool and playground also a really nice soccer field. Id recommend these apartments not to mention the inside of the apartments are really big and spacious. ;)
