    The ice maker still not working, Tony has tried over and over I believe it needs a new ice maker,just to clear things up my maker has been working since Tony worked it. Thank you word to the wise dont use those blue tablets in your toilet tank I did and block up water supply, in the trash they Ill get the ones thank in the toilet Thank you for fixing that not having a toilet all night was pits especially in a one bed room Thank you Helena as well great people ,as of emergency call after hours for emergency help they totally blue me off there not any good if that was my company they would be terminated if there was something worse then no water going to my tank it could of be serious problems they are worthlessness good note I love the pool area with grills I love to see them add a grill at the other side Ive only been here a few weeks Sandy and Helena are super sweet and Tony is one of the best maintenance workers if I need anything fix I ask for him I trust that man in my apartment

    I had a broken water heater and a flooded floor yesterday. The maintenance guys showed up within 5 minutes of being notified . They were efficient, quick and knowledgeable. They vacuumed up the water, replaced the water heater and left a large fan to dry up the edges of the carpet. I am very grateful.

    They treat you like family here!! Great staff up front, maintenance guys are great at what they do and respond quickly if any issues. Do yourself a favor and get the lakeview. Can’t beat the view with the ducks, squirrels and birds :)

    Elevate at Sundance is a very friendly community and the office personnel are always helpful. Albert is so kind and responds to maintenance issues even on the weekends. He is truly an asset to Elevate. Would definitely recommend for your next home.

    Everyone was so helpful and attentive . I LOVE my appartment !! The prooert is quiet and well maintained and theres minimal.nouse from the unit above me. I love it here so far !

    Moving from out of state is difficult, but Brooke made finding a place to live super easy! Cheerful, positive attitude, timely responses to my many emailed questions... she seems to love her job and it shows! Brooke gets 5 stars!!! Water leaking from upstairs into my kitchen less than 24 hours after my arrival was concerning, but maintenance responded immediately to begin repairs. Yes, gates are currently broken and tenants ignore the rules for handicapped parking. Flip side is that everyone Ive met has been friendly. Pond is a beautiful walking option. There is the usual noise, etc. to be expected in multi-unit living. So far, so good - I have high hopes, based on my experience with Brooke and the front office!

    For our first time working with Villas at Sundance as an independent contractor, we were really happy with how friendly everyone was that was involved in communicating with us. It took them a bit of time to get the ball rolling with their first project request from us, which was a little frustrating. But, I will say that throughout the entire time, we contacted them a lot for updates and they were ALWAYS POLITE and FRIENDLY and communicated with us to the best of their ability. Also, once everything was in motion, the process was very smooth and uneventful.We look forward to working with them again soon!

    I have a Friend that live in the complex I go N visit. The ground is always Clean N the pool as well he does a very good job. I found out what the guy name that keep the complex clean Albert Ruiz Alsome Job.

    My husband and I moved into the complex when we moved to NB Texas. We have a one bedroom, and this apartment is very big. When we first moved here the management wasnt the greatest in any way. However, the team in the office now are really doing a great job. Jessica and Hennah really do care about the complex and the residents. The ladies are very nice, easy to talk too and always helpful. I love going in the office and having some great conversations. Jessica has made some good improvements and the owners seem to be stepping up, repairing things and making the complex even prettier than it was when we first moved in. Its great that they try to get clubhouse events going, which honestly is awesome & alot of fun. It helps bring all the tenants together, helps form new friendships which has been great for me since we just moved here. The pool area is nice & relaxing. The gym is pretty cool, and easy to use. Even our doggies love taking walks around the pond! The maintenance team are also very good at tackling any situation and getting things taken care of quick which is also awesome. I have not lived in an apartment since I was fresh out of high school, many years ago. So we are happy to call the Villas at Sundance NB our home until we purchase our first home here in Texas.

    Brooke has been immensely supportive and gone ‘above and beyond’ in regards to working with during my processing portion to receiving the keys at Villas at Sundance. She guided, assisted, and worked with me on any questions pertaining to moving in (transparency), screening processes (so helpful), and especially having the patience of answering all my other questions; along with waiting on further paperwork from my end during the whole process. She also provided all the information I needed (checklist and POC info) before my move-in date. In addition, to offering and sharing other businesses and companies to contact for setting up Internet, utilities, and other upfront move-in expenditures (no hidden fees). Our apartment, outside and inside, of the Villas at Sundance is spacious, very nice and clean, and just thrilled/super excited to admit in calling here our new home from the very first time stepping on the grounds at Villas at Sundance of our apartment. Thank you!

    Brooke was absolutely amazing through the whole application and approval process. She made everything quick and easy. Hannah was wonderful on move-in day. Maintenance responded quickly to my minor concerns. I am so glad I am joing your community!

    First time ever renting. Love this apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful and kept well, the pool is great and the staff is so friendly and helpful at all times. So many amenities available. The apartment is very large for a 1 bedroom. And a huge storage closet on the deck is extremely helpful. We shopped around before moving in and are very happy we chose the Villas at Sundance.

    We loved our time at the villas at Sundance. Our kids and dog loved taking daily walks around the pond and seeing all the nature it has to offer. We loved living so close to Gruene, while at the same time having quick access to HEB, Target, movies, restaurants, hospital, etc.The location was perfect! Jessica, the manager, was wonderful! If and when there was an issue, she was very communicative and got things done. Her, and the staff there, including maintenance, were very personable and friendly!

    I moved into the Villas in January of this year. The living conditions are great. Jessica (apartment manager) and her leasing staff (Hennah and Brooke) are very helpful and professional. Communication could be better, however I believe they are improving. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I put in a Maintenance Request on Jan 1 and they had someone come fix it on Jan 2. While some places have left me waiting in the past, Villas at Sundance does a great job to be Fast, Friendly and got it Fixed on the first visit.The outdoor ground around the place are always kept very tidy. Even the neighbors with pets do a great job of making sure to pick up after themselves.

    I’ve been living here about 6 months now and I’m extremely happy with moving here! The rents are some of the lowest for gated apartment communities compared with the 6 others I had looked at. The amenities are amazing but better yet, the leasing team is very kind and helpful. They are always nice and will go above and beyond in trying to help. Maintenance gets taken care of usually the next day if not the same day! The pool is beautiful and if you like grilling they’ve got really big grill sets as well as TVs and outdoor seating.Would 100% recommend the Villas at Sundance to anyone! Family friendly and pet friendly! I was not compensated for this review.

    The gentleman from maintenance named Rory helped me out in less than a minute and showed up less than 10 minutes from the time I called. I had a minor issue regarding my a/c. He was super polite and very experienced and fixed my issue very fast. Spectacular place to rent an apartment! Super impressed with the entire team!!!! Id like to give a 5 stars to Angelica who was amazing through my experience applying. She had all the questions i had answered with confidence and helped me get into a unit within a couple of days! These apartments are a wonderful place to live!!!

    It has been one problem after another here. Thermostat was broken, clothes dryer does not heat, garbage disposal did not work, and now there are 3 air conditioning units by my dining room window and one is defective and makes a loud noise. Yes, that all sounds bad, however, the management team and maintenance team is on the ball and is taking care of it all. Things happen, things break... So far, I am impressed and love it here.

    Let me just start off by saying…..THANK YOU, THANK YOU for bringing Mgr Jessica, and Asst. Mgr Hannah. They are a god sent. I’ve lived here for 6 yrs and these ladies care about their residence and make stuff happen. They go ABOVE & BEYOND like mgrs should. Sundance made the best decision to bring on these ladies. I’m excited about the new upcoming for Villas of Sundance. If you move here…. You will love them and trust them….and I’m a person that don’t like to write reviews but got to give them props!!! 👏🏼👏🏼 I hope Sundance appreciates and keeps these ladies!

    I have lived in many apartments for many years, and the Villas at Sundance have by far been the BEST apartments my family has ever lived at. Not only are the property and amenities beautiful but the staff are amazing and so helpful. Management as well as the maintenance team! Our lease is up and we are so excited to lease again for another year!

    This is the 3rd time my outline about my injury from a fall and injuries because of no lighting at my apartment been erased. This has been well documented event and I have had some minor,at this time, medical expenses. My concern is future problems that may arise. When my lease came up I expressed my health concerns with the property manager. I asked, not demanded, if I could get some help from the property to give me a little cushion for future problems that may arise, and for what I have had to cope with. I have pictures of my injuries and the area of darkness, and there were two wittiness who found me on loading ramp of the trailer and helped me. Let me be clear, I have no intention of any form of legal action. I am only asking for your consideration to give me a bit of a cushion for now and future possible problems.     Ive lived here for the past year, and I love it. Jessica has always been really kind to me and I love her new assistant Marge. The view from the pool is incredibly relaxing and I walk around the pond just about every other night.

    In the past 9 years I have lived here at the Villas At Sundance 3 times. I have a buisiness that has taken me to other places out of New Braunfels to live but every time I come back I have come to the Villas. I have ALWAYS been treated sooo great here 😃 ❤️

    Awesome place to live the maintenance crew is awesome you call when something is broken or not working correctly they jump on it right away the only problem I have is with the pool people getting in with there clothes on cause the water to have film on it from the detergent in the clothes when you get in it you just feel nasty but thats why we live where we live the river is just a mile away from here and thats where we prefer to swim!!! And there is noise from the above apartments but theres nothing they can do about that thats part of living in an apartment your not alone!!!!

    This is a really great complex! Anytime Ive had a question, maintenance issue, repair, noise problem etc, the staff has always been extremely helpful. The neighbors are all really nice and polite. Sometimes on BIG holidays the parking lot gets full - but that would happen anywhere.
