    I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, with modern appliances and a layout that maximizes comfort and convenience. The natural light that floods the rooms creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere.The buildings amenities are top-notch—theres a well-equipped gym and a sparkling pool that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Brandon, the Manager. They are always responsive; any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently.The location is fantastic too, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, this place has truly felt like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Highly recommended!

    Jeo was fantastic in helping with all the steps along the way. Very timely communication throughout the move in process. Knowledgable, helpful people like him make the stress of moving much easier.

    So far we love Ele! We worked with Kristen and she was very helpful throughout our entire leasing and move in process. She is responsive and has excellent customer service. We had months worth of emails and she sent videos and always made sure our questions were answered and that we felt at ease with everything going on. We had some delays in the beginning from construction and had to move our date but she and Robert handled everything and kept us in the loop as news came available. So far, Ele does not disappoint. We are in love with our apartment and can’t wait to see what Ele has to offer for the amenity spaces as they come available.

    I recently came in for a tour and was immediately impressed with my greeting I received from Rocky! I have never walked into an office and was greeted with so much care and enthusiasm. Rocky took her time with me and made sure to answer all my questions. She even showed me the model a second time when I was questioning my furniture placement. I really enjoyed my time with Rocky as she made me feel like part of the family as soon as I walked in. She should really teach a customer service class! Loved the community and the service I received.

    So far all is great! Caleb does a fantastic job completing maintenance orders in a very timely manner, and the leasing office team is responsive and very assisting as well. Love my apartment and happy that most of the amenities are finally finished too! Location is great, the area feels safe and most neighbors seem to be young working professionals.

    I toured this property about a week ago and Rocky was probably the friendliest tour I had all day. She was bubbly and very knowledgeable about the property. And I asked a bunch of questions. Lol. I hope that September has some apartments open up so I can apply to live there. Her energy was so welcoming! Great training!

    Amazing apartments! They are just gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. Office team and the Manager Brandon were so helpful to me and kind! I’m so glad I found Ele!

    I dont live here YET, but I have to give a shout out to Miss Tori. Over the weekend, I witnessed this girl hold it down. According to all of the residents shes a sweet heart and tries her best to make sure everyone is comfortable. Rocky and Kristen are great as well, as a whole the Ele has a nice size community and the vibes are aesthetically pleasing!!

    I really enjoy the property so far. Caleb has been so nice and helpful with the maintenance requests I have put in. My only complaint about the move in process was that it seemed like my leasing agent Skylar’s first job. She was not very helpful and it took 4 times to get my lease right so I could sign.

    Just want to take the time out and give a huge shout out to Tori!!! Tori has been at the Ele since the beginning and has always brought good vibes. She always goes above and beyond, even with helping to locate packages and whenever Ive been locked out. Although Skylar leased to me. Tori has always been available when needed. Yes weve had some people who unfortunately experienced car break ins WHEN THEY LEAVE THEIR DOORS UNLOCK or things in their vehicle. I mean come on folks we are still in the city!For the person who mentioned packages overflowing, YOU GUYS NEVER COME GET YOUR ish! Ive never had an issue with packages here. Even if the Luxer is down, communication is given and they give us 48hours to pick up. Wifi has only gone out 3x but we know how the world loves to be dramatic when youre entitled and think you pay for the building.All in all love my stay here at the ele. Yes a few tweaks can be given, its multi family living. NO ONE is ever 100% until they get a house!Keep rocking Out TORI!!!!

    Toured with a young lady named Tori, sweetest Ive ever met. Loved the Ele, hate that they are basically full. However, during my Tour, Tori took her time, she made sure she was thorough and knowledgeable. One of the plus is knowing someone has been there since day one. She smiled while greeting me and my husband, she allowed us to tour in peace and also kept us laughing during the entire tour. Ele truly has a Gem on their hands.

    Very nice new apartments! Been here for 6 months and have no complaints. Pool is very nice and the Lower Greenville area is incredible with so many shops and restaurants. Management team is great too!

    I really love Ele! Kristen has been great with my move in and my apartment is amazing! The internet is a little spotty and I wish they would let us choose our own provider. That would be the only thing I would change. Otherwise the building is beautiful, location is prime, and staff is amazing!

    I’ve enjoyed living here for the last 7 weeks or so. Construction of the upper floors is projected to be complete in November. The maintenance manager, Caleb, has been extremely quick and helpful with the couple of service requests I’ve put in.
