I honestly have not had any issues here. We have lived here for three months now and we have not had any problems. Our manager Priscilla Ramirez is wonderful be courteous super friendly and great person. The property is very calmed and not issues around here as long as I’ve been living here. The units are very spacious and the property is always clean. Great place to live if you want to live peacefully!

So far so good, the manager has always been very helpful since the beginning . Our apartment was given just on time , clean and neat. Havent had any problems fixing small things or replying to any concerns. If you are looking for a quiet apartments complex this is it.

Ive only been living here for a couple of months but so far everything is working out perfectly. The apartments themselves are very clean and well maintained. The manager was very helpful and caring about any of our concerns since we first came in . Lovely apartment complex!

As everyone knows that searching for a new home for your family is very stressful. However from the moment I walked in the office Amerika made me feel at home. I love the layout and the community seems perfect. She gave me a warn welcome and smile and made a very stressful situtaion easy as pie! We plan on being here for a while and look forward to our new beginning!!!

I have been living in these apartments for three years and the change has been seen with this new management in terms of the service and maintenance of the complex. The friendliness, the attention of both the manager and the staff who are always willing to solve any problem in any malfunction of the apartments, both internal and external. When I call to have a problem resolved, they arrive immediately. I congratulate you for everything you have done with the apartments. It looks much prettier, neater, more organized. I really like to live.

Excellent apartment complex, I have been living in them for 3 years and since the new administration took over, everything has improved in maintenance because of how quickly they respond and the complex manager is very accessible and always willing to help.
