I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been with the leasing office at EightyOne10 Blue Goose. From the start, the team has been incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lisa, the manager, is absolutely the best — she truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Denise has been such a sweet and helpful presence, and Laura and Keyla are always working hard to create a welcoming environment.They do an amazing job of keeping the community engaged, constantly hosting fun events to bring everyone together. Today, were enjoying a food truck serving authentic Mexican food, and in the past, weve had a mobile bar and even Breakfast on the Go events. Its these little touches that make living here such a pleasant experience!Additionally, I’ve had two service requests, and I was so impressed with how quickly they responded — within 15-20 minutes both times! They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled efficiently and with great care. Highly recommend this place!

Ive had an excellent experience so far , and I have to say that the customer service has been outstanding. The manager is always very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to Laura, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly. She always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of promptly. Its rare to find such great customer service, and I truly appreciate all the effort that goes into making this a great place to live!

I’ve been living here for 8 months and I’m very happy with my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the management team is always helpful. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and park, are top-notch and well-kept. Overall, it’s a peaceful, secure, and great place to live, and I highly recommend.

We just applied for an apartment at Alta Blue Goose and it was hands down the best apartment experience weve had in Austin. Mason and his able assistant Emily bent over backwards to assist us and make us feel welcome. They were genuine and transparent, professional, caring, and capable, nothing like your typical double-talking apartment management types.Yes, the apartments are top notch, well appointed, well designed, and the property is excellently maintained. But what really sold us was the quality of the service and caring from Mason and Emily that gave us the confidence that this was a well managed apartment complex that we could depend on and enjoy living at.I dont usually write reviews, but Mason and Emily deserve one, and its knowing that people like them are running things that gave me and my wife the confidence to choose Alta Blue Goose.

Its very nice , clean and quiet, they do a lot of activities and effort to make it a nice place to live in , the parking lot is not so great some buildings don’t have a parking lot in front of them you have to do some walking to get to it , other then that everything is good

I’ve been at Alta since June. The apartment itself is amazing and is at a great location. The amenities are also a BIG plus. What I love most are the leasing/maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful with any questions or problems.

Great apartment complex! Located with easy access to anywhere you want to go in the Austin Area. The apartment features are modern (e.g. smart lighting, digital thermostat). Best part was dealing with Noah at the front office. He is very friendly and professional; overall welcoming. In my opinion, apart from the fantastic apartment, dealing with a top-notch professional like him sealed the deal for me.

These apartments are exactly what I was searching for: a complex with modern designs and great amenities. It’s also very quiet, which is a huge deal for me.The staff; especially Mason, Ricky, and Noah, are incredibly responsive, always answering all of my questions in a timely manner (and I ask a ton of questions - thank you all for the help by the way). The maintenance team is also great, due to their consistency and quality service.Additionally, the location is particularly good if you are working in Austin, due to the shorter daily commute. Manor is growing fairly quickly, and starting to get the attention it deserves.

Best place to live in Manor! The staff is so helpful, and the facilities are beautiful. We moved from 6 hours away and the transition was seamless with the help of the amazing folks working in the offices. Response time is great, community is wonderful, I really cant recommend Alta Blue Goose enough!

I have been working with Noah (great name btw!) since March, and he has been super helpful. He met me at the apartments to do a hard hat tour while they were still under construction, and he reached out to me as soon as the office opened to invite me back out to see the finished product and my actual apartment. The kitchens are super nice and the pool is awesome!!
