10 stars if I could! First I called bc I was interested in an apartment and I was greeted by a nice lady on the phone I believe her name was Cheryl. She was very informative and welcoming. Then when I put an application in I was helped by Gilbert who is an OUTSTANDING person. I have never in my life met someone so kind & helpful. He deserves so much recognition! He made me & my husband feel so welcomed. Made us feel at home before even signing the lease. Great personality & very helpful. Iβm happy to become a resident here. Beautiful apartments & kind people. -

My family loved our apartment. The grounds were kept very well maintained, and the area was well lit at night. Any issues we had we also resplved relatively quickly. The monthly activities were great too! I highly recommend these apartments. -

Living here was actually quite pleasant. The units have nice appliances, very spacious kitchen, unit was also clean when I moved in, which was a refreshing experience from previous apartments I have lived at in the past. Overall the property is Exceptionally priced, neighbors are warm and friendly, really conveniently located to the mall, hospital (both VA and S&W), theatre, and the staff is EXTREMELY nice. Management always greets you with a warm smile and always offers to go the extra mile for you. Maintenance crew are also very punctual and fix issues quickly. Def a bonus that they offer discounts to hospital employees. The ONLY gripe I have is the damn ceiling. I lived on the first floor and you could hear literally every foot step from your upstairs neighbors. If you live underneath a large family, kiss your sleep goodbye. Mornings and just before I would go to sleep at night I was always woken up by what sounded like a stampede. All I ever heard was footsteps and cracking and creaking from what sounded like the floors above me about to crack open. -

I have lived here for 5 years and love my spacious apartment. I have great neighbors. Maintenance is great and on top of the work orders. It is quiet at night. Also, well lit at night. -

My wife and I lived at Echo Station for a little over two and a half years, and we loved it.Lannae and Corinne were always friendly and professional. We rarely had issues that required maintenance, but when we did, they were always taken care of quickly (which is a very rare thing in apartment complexes in general). The grounds were always clean and the neighbors were friendly and, for the most part, quiet.Yes, you might end up with upstairs neighbors who make too much noise. We dealt with that for a while ourselves, but I think thats due more to a design flaw (thin ceilings) than anything else. I dont know what the negative reviewers expected the office to do about that. Unless the noise was happening late at night (which the lease prohibits), there really wasnt much they could do about it.If youre looking for an apartment in the area, I highly recommend checking out Echo Station. Its honestly the best apartment experience my wife and I have ever had (a fact Im reminded of every day at the far inferior complex we live at now). -

My husband and I lived there for 2 years. He was military. We never had an issue apart from our upstairs neighbor who always had different men coming and going every night and morning. We lived in apartment 903 Lannae and Corinne were always good to us. Very attentive when we had questions, quick to respond to phone calls and emails. I loved it there and miss it -

I have lived at Echo Station for the past 3 years and have loved every minute of it! I have always felt that it was a very safe community (which was important to me as a young female) and maintenance is always super fast. Ive have had very few maintenance requests in the time Ive lived there and it is very convenient to Scott & White, grocery stores, and shopping! And...their floor plans had the largest kitchens out of all 10 other apartment complexes we looked at!Both of the managers, Lannae and Corinne, are wonderful! I highly recommend Echo Station! -
