Elena toured me and my Bf we loved it we will apply soon. As someone who works in real estate I love the fact that the company managers were there that day taking care of their employees. As well as it’s the closest apt building to the Razor Ranch shopping strip.

We have lived here for two years almost and we have ALWAYS had an amazing experience! The ladies in the leasing office have always been so helpful anytime we need them! They always communicate before they need to get into our apartment. They always send out reminders and notices of anything going on. They always make sure we are taken care of! We would 100% recommend moving here!

This complex offers you many convenient locations for food, groceries,shopping, etc. The staff is super helpful especially Cary!! She’s always willing to help and she’s very knowledgeable of the area.Side note: Bring back the snacks and water in the study room

Absolutely adore the team I have here! I moved here last year & since then have been throughly impressed by the attentiveness, kindness, and heart from the team here! Any time I have a need, Christen in the Office is on top of it! Marcos & his team mate for matinence are quick to be present and help! I’m honestly blown away! I’ve lived in many other places before this but nothing tops them. I’m not writing this with no exaggeration - I write it with full gratitude, honesty and appreciation for the team here!

The agents in the leasing office are always nice and welcoming and the maintenance team are TOO NOTCH! They really make sure you’re squared away and I could not be happier with the hard work they put in everyday. Thank you Eastpark team. Your work and effort has not gone unnoticed by me. 10/10

I have personally loved my time here at EastPark. The prices are fair, the amenity’s are nice. The location in amazing. Parking situation is easy and free. And they really strive to keep up with the maintenance of the buildings and Hallways. It’s always very clean. All service requests are done very quickly and well. Can’t recommend them enough👍

Eastpark is the absolute best apartments to live at in the Denton area. The luxury amenities are amazing, you will never want to leave! The staff is always helpful and quick with any issue, as well as the maintenance. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I was a resident from past 4 months at first my friend suggested to choose this place and after visiting I loved the management and coming to the hospitality and facilities that provided by the community management for really awefull. Coming to the unit I living in 2B2B there rooms are spacious and very good to stay and swimming pool area was very clean with the fresh water and I loved to swim their in summer and I was just shocked that the community providing grill section to make food in tandoori style and Longue area is very calm to have meeting. Finally I loved to stay with Eastpark apartment.

Great location, fantastic amenities, staff from maintenance, leasing agents, to general/regional managers are helpful, super supportive, and understanding. Hate leaving just needed a bigger space and couldnt justify a second bathroom.

This is the best community I have seen in Denton till now. I just moved here from Missouri and I was worried about finding a place. Prices in this community are very reasonable and super affordable. I have contacted Cary and she helped in the whole leasing process and she helped me with all the paperwork and even clarified my silly doubts when I was moving in. Contact Cary if you’re looking to lease an apartment in this community.

Bella was very attentive & she addressed all of my inquiries with great specificity. I was blessed to view the Large Two Bedroom with wrap around Balcony & it Took my breath away & brought tears of Joy as it was Gorgeous ! This Unit was Spotless with Divine Finish Out ! Thank you Thank you Thank you Eastpark Homes for having such an Amazing Team Member as Bella Hargrove . This Property is definitely going to be a contender . I have been blessed with this encounter I am Glad God nudged me to Tour your property as Denton was not an original option for me however; it is now . Blessings to everyone at this property .
