    I came home to a 80 degree apartment yesterday and called the office. They were very empathetic and had maintenance come in a flash. Maintenance came out and were so nice to me and quickly fixed the problem. I wanted to share a positive because we sometimes get caught up on the negative. I have lived here for I think 4 years.....cant remember and although they arent brand new apartments I have never once had an issue with not getting something done or had a bad experience with the front office. Of course there will be issues but they have always been committed to the few Ive had. With the prices of housing these days I feel blessed to be where I am. Good job Easton Parc and staff!!!!

    My boyfriend and I have been living here a few months now. I don’t have any complaints really. Any issues they come pretty quickly, we only had issues with the toilet not flushing properly which they came to fix shortly after. It’s close to many places and everyone here seems to mind their business and be friendly. I like it here! I wish people would pick up after their dogs more but that has nothing to do with management. When I bring our dog out I pick up other poop if it’s nearby. Just be mindful of your steps… lol

    Ive been living here for 3 years now its a quiet place, and its by everything easy access to the highway if you need to go anywhere and its by all the shops and fast food places. The apartment office is nice and maintenance is good about coming to you when you need something and the pool is really nice and they keep it well clean.

    I loved living here. The neighborhood was peaceful, not noisy, no crazy nights, played music with no issues, and ai felt safe the entire time. The small issues were not management issues, they were unavoidable like any other regular/luxury apt. Management did what they could to handle issues and maintenance stayed busy to assure homes were okay. My neighbors in the building across were great!!!! I would definitely move back if for some reason a job brought me back that way. Thank you Easton Parc.

    This place has turn around from when uit was when I was younger the staff are the nicest and they work with you and help with everything the Maintence take care of problems immediately and the pool is amazing the pice for the apartments are great compared to all other apartments in the area but this place I would recommend everyone looking for an apartment to go there the staff and workers are the most helpful and amazing people I have ever met

    So I have been here for close to three years, this is my output of the apartments. 4 stars as you can see. I wasn’t big at complaining over little things. But maintenance is the reason I don’t give it 5star. Other than that everyone in the office is nice and the maintenance guys as well.(just slow at times) I haven’t had a roach problem in 2 years. I kept my apartment clean and used roach combat. They are really on top of there game with pest control. You ask and they will definitely come and spray apartment. The prices are not to bad nor is the down payments. The only reason I’m honestly moving is because I need a bigger house. Other than that these apartments are probably for the price, best ones around. They don’t charge an arm and a leg for rent.

    Hate leaving such a great community, been here for two years and the office staff as well as the maintenance staff were perfect. Good place to live on and the surrounding area has plenty for everyone to enjoy getting out and about. Their on line services are also excellent and easy to navigate. Check them out if you’re in need of a one or two bedroom apartment. Will miss this place 🥺

    Ok, Im new and just moved in. Last night, my kitchen was flooded caused by dishwasher and disposal. I called hotline and a man came quickly. He stopped the leaking, saying he will have people come in the morning. True to his word, two men arrived in the morning, to replace the dishwasher, fix the disposal and even fixed an aging bathroom. Im 100% satisfied.Ill begin my life here now.

    I enjoyed living at Easton Parc apartments. I really liked the friendly management and the care theyve shown with me living there. Kim knows how to take action when it comes to managing. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Im going to really miss the convenience of being so close to town, and the pool. They care about you and that makes things easy to deal with. Most places dont care!

    I have lived at a number of complexes in the Sherman area, some good and some bad. I have been comfortable here at Easton. The current management has brought this complex up to a pretty good level from where it used to be. I have had two appliances go out on me that were replaced with brand new ones.Also, I like the activities put on by the office: Wind Down Wednesday, Pool Parties, pizza on rent day. And they are pet friendly. I have a cat and a dog so that was important to me when I was first looking for a place.

    Weve lived here for a few weeks now and its a nice place! It seems like if you pay uour bills and keep your patio clean you wont have any trouble. Neighbors are considerate and the apartment is decent for its age!

    Lived here 6 months so far, and Ive only had one issue. Roaches. But after laying my own bait, and refusing pest control they are gone.Rent is great priced, and other than some residents speeding through the complex, weve had no issues. Friendly neighbors, no loud noises or etc.

    I love it here! I have a really nice apartment, rent is cheap compared to other places Ive seen that arent as nice, its quiet, and the apartment managers are really great! Shout out to Lindy, thank you for all your help and the great apartment I have!

    All the people that work in the front office are amazing Kimberli in the office is very nice and helpful she is always there and always has the answer and if she dont she will get the answer she is also very amazing about getting things fixing in a timely manner thanks keep up the good work you guys love this place

    I read a lot of bad reviews about the complex. I chose to move here anyway. During the past year and a half Ive had a couple of problems but they were taken care of in a timely manner. All of the staff have all been very helpful, respectful at all times.
